American Senior Communities

My mom is in a very nice community and is getting great care. They keep the rooms and the outside very clean for others to enjoy the grounds. She seems happy with the food and the variety. They offer activities for those who want to participate. I would recommend the community for other families for good care for loved ones.

It was important to have my parents close to me, and Brownsburg Meadows is a perfect fit, just 10 minutes from my home. The building is 2 years old and very nice, clean with no bad smells. The staff is very friendly from front office , the nurses to the waiters in the dining room. When I first check Brownsburg Meadows there were no apartments available in the assisted living building. I met with Christie and she kept in touch with me throughout my search. She was very professional and friendly. Before my parents moved in I wanted a second clothes rod added to the closet. Christie stepped up and worked with Mr. Keys ( maintenance man) to have it installed. My parents are now in their one bedroom apartment with a living room, a small kitchenette and outside patio and are very happy. They can't say enough about how friendly everyone is, even the residence are happy and friendly. The dining room is beautiful, the food is delicious and you can have ice cream when ever you want ( a big plus for my dad ). I am very pleased with A Place for Mom for providing me with numerous places to visit in my search. They kept in touch with me throughout the process. I was impressed with how quickly the different assisted living places got in touch with me to set up a tour.

Everything is working out very well for my father at this community. He is doing very well. The community is very well-kept, his room and the facility is always nice and clean. They have a very good staff here, I haven't had any problems with them. There activities offered for him when he is ready to participate. I know he is receiving great and I would recommend this community.

It is on my final list. I liked the area and the apartment was very nice. I also liked the houses very much but for me they were too far from the action.

I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff at Coventry Meadows. I feel as though they genuinely care for my father, and also our family (they almost all recognize us and refer to Dad by name before we ever have to say who we are or who we are visiting). They are always friendly, and helpful whenever we visit, and my father, who can be a bit particular, has nothing but great reports to give on the way he is treated. The activities director seems to have some fabulous ideas on things to do. My father is a bit reclusive where activities are concerned. Since male residents are highly outnumbered, I think fitting his particular interests in a way that can interest the majority of residents is highly challenging for the activity director, but I know she gives her best effort to involve him, and all of the residents. I feel that everyone goes above and beyond to do whatever they can to assist him with getting to meals and making sure he is receiving excellent care. The only negative we have found is the distance from the main living/dining space to the end of the hallway. There is a list to be moved closer, as space is available, so hopefully that will be remedied in time, but it is a very long walk. That being said, I know that they have been very helpful at assisting him in coming down for meals whenever he wasn't feeling up to the walk. I wish the layout were a bit different, but they do make a huge effort to make up for this minor layout flaw. The location of the facility is a big plus for us as well. It is located very close to our home, and in a very busy area of town very near the interstate. However, it is situated in such a lovely spot overlooking Eagle Marsh that it feels like a country retreat. On several occasions we have been greeted by deer on our way out in the parking lot. Such a special and unexpected delight! Overall, I am very satisfied with the care my father receives. As I noted before, he can be a little particular about things, but he seems to really like the staff, and I feel they go above and beyond the call to make sure he is treated with respect and affection.

Was here for rehab & loved it, good staff, excellent food,but doesn't accept Medicaid waivers.

Very wonderful staff! Decor colors are bland, but this was 2nd on my list.

Researching for an assisted living community for my mother was time consumingl. I now feel like a "know-it-all" on the subject matter as I had toured and compared NUMEROUS facilities for the "best fit" her BROWNSBURG MEADOWS ASSIsted LIVING community is the answer to my dreams! It is vibrant, employees genuinely enjoy working here, facilities are safe, clean and pleasant plus the residents have welcomed my mother with open arms. It is the total package!!! My heart flutters as my mother adapts to her new apartment, makes new friends and pursues new activities to consume her time. No more sitting and doing nothing for her! She is soooo happy! I feel like a "proud mother" myself! Thank you, BMAL!!!!!!

We are extremely happy with Brownsburg Meadows. Our parents are very happy & so are we!

I am impressed beyond belief! It was such a tough decision to pick the place my parents call home. I am assured I couldn't have made a better choice. My parents have blossomed since they have been living at Allisonville Meadows. The management staff, nursing care, meals, and amenities are over the top. I would recommend all my closest friends to Allisonville Meadows.

So far it's going okay. The staff are pretty friendly. The one time we had a maintenance issue they fixed it within a week. They were pretty competitive in price compared to others in the area. We liked the idea that they had garden homes, and then you could progress to higher levels of care with out having to move. Based on my expectations, I would give them a five so far.

We haven't had any problems. The manager is very helpful. He answers all our questions. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They have taken care of her garden for her. She was complaining about the food at first but says it's a lot better now. I would definitely recommend the Heritage Park Assisted Living & Garden Homes. It's a very nice community with very nice people. It has been a good experience.

Nursing care, food service, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk (Rita), activities, laundry all performed in an excellent manner.

It was a very nice place. I was very satisfied with what I saw and how they helped get my parents into a place there. We're very happy on their garden home that they have. It was cheaper than other places I have visited. They are there at all times when we need something. They are very accommodating. I would recommend the Rosegate Assisted Living and Garden Homes to anyone looking for a nice place. I can't rate the activities because my parents did not participate in them.
