I felt the tour went quite well. Very nice community. Hoping to schedule a couple more tours after the holiday for comparison. Then hope to move forward.

We are so pleased with our choice to go with Spring Mill Meadows. My dad is so happy there. He loves his "apartment" and the staff is wonderful. Thank you so much for the referral. [Name removed]

Wonderful staff that seems to really care about their residents.

The general manager, [name removed], has been there 16 years and you can tell he cares for all the residents in independent and assisted living. He treated my dad with respect and was very helpful answering all of our questions and staying late to meet with us. The garden home my dad is moving into feels like a home! There is a lot of light since it is an end unit plus the sunroom at the back of the home is a unique and appealing feature.

Staff was friendly and recent renovations are beautiful!

My father was cared for at Allisonville Meadows for approximately 4 years until he passed away at 91 years old. The standard of care he received was excellent and the staff could not have been more professional. Being out of town, I was very concerned about what his experience would be like. My father was extremely happy and felt as though he was surrounded by his "surrogate family" at Allisonville Meadows. Highly recommended.

Lots of options and staff seem very nice.

I toured this facility and it was very nice. They had a large residency, though, and it seemed a bit too busy. I felt it would be too disruptive for my Mom. I appreciated their input and help but they would’ve been considerably more expensive as well. I’ve heard the food was good, but never had the chance to try it. The building itself was slightly older, but it looked well taken care of and clean. They’re a wonderful facility and, for some people, that might work well but it ultimately didn’t fit our specific needs.

Feel that everything I will need in the future is right here at Heritage Park. It is a very happy and friendly place. Food is quite good and also a variety of choices. I will never go hungry. Grounds and buildings are kept in good condition and clean. Many outside activities are offered each month for all residents as well as many on site activities.

I toured here when I was trying to find a place for my mom and they were very welcoming and very friendly. The apartments are outside of the facility and that’s part of why I chose not to have my mom move in. She would’ve had to walk outside just to get to the dining hall for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was very nice and it’s a fairly new facility so everything was very beautiful. The girls that showed me around were wonderful.

What came down to our final choice is the pricing. While they were not the best fit for his lifestyle they were still a nice community. Everybody was respectful, courteous, understood ours needs n they were seeing if he was fit too.

I toured with [Removed]. The facilities are truly wonderful. The price is a bit too high for my budget. the grounds are well kept. the residents there seem happy.

This facility was beautiful, well maintained, appeared well staffed. Their philosophy, approach and medical affiliations were impressive.

Brownsburg Meadows Assisted Living is a nice and clean community. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The community offered all the amenities we were looking for except they did not offer the type of unit my mom was were looking for.

Zionsville Meadows is a very nice place. Driving in it looks like a beautiful state park. They have independent living on one side with porches and assisted living on the other side and the nursing home unit in the same community. Very conveniently laid out. Mom is taking her time and slowly adjusting to moving from a three bedroom to a one bedroom with a den. It is very spacious, plenty of room for herself and her kitty. They do have the option for a housekeeper, but for now, we will see how mom does with a smaller apartment. There are plenty of activities to choose from, she already participates in the book club, they have pot lucks that she attends and there is transportation to various places to go shopping. There is a cafeteria onsite where they can purchase meal tickets. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We saw the maintenance crew updating and maintaining different things while we were moving in. They definitely do a good job of taking care of the community.

The care at this community.The staff is nice and attentive to her needs.We like knowing that the community is clean with a nice environment. My mom is happy with the nice variety of healthy meals. I am glad that she is liking the activities that are offered to the other residents. We would recommend this community to other families for the nice care and value that is received.

This is a nice community. We have been happy with care. The community is very clean and taken care. My father seems to like the care and the variety of the food is appealing. They do offer him to participate in the activites.We would recommend this community for the good care and the value for other families

We toured this community for care. This was a smaller community and if families want a smaller community this is a nice place. The staff were caring. They had activities for the residents that seemded to be enjoyed. We would of moved into this community if it were alittle closer to our home. We do recommend this community for other families

The only concern that I have is we have sent in some maintenance orders and they haven't fixed them.I cannot fully blame this on the community because my mother has asked that they do not enter her apartment when she is gone and she has had a lot of appointments. They could also add doorbells because she has a difficult time hearing knocks on the door. We bought her one but it would be nice if they came with one. The staff is amazing! The bus driver is a wonderful man. The manager [Removed] is great!

I like this community for the care that is given. The staff are nice and friendly and caring. The food is good and the variety. She is active and likes participating. She is happy to live in a clean community that is taken care of. We would recommend this community for families wanting this type of environment for a loved one.
