American House

I toured this facility! It was a great place. Priced a little higher than some of our other options, but we liked it!

They have great activities and excellent service in the dining room my apartment is kept clean ,staff are wonderful and pleasant and easy to talk to. The bus driver very happy and full of energy and ready to help anyone.

My mother loves living there. She can't wait for BINGO. She has met a bunch of friends. Misses the fresh fruit to take back for a snack later. Would definitely recommend American house to any friends or families looking for a great facility.

The staff is so patient and that really sticks out to me. They really do treat the residents like family. The facility is clean and the room is clean. Communication with the family is great, both in person and over the phone. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The tour at Harmony at American House Lebanon was wonderful, we just didn't feel that for the special care needs our loved one needed were able to be accommodated at this location. Overall though wonderful facility and staff.

I toured with [name removed], the Community Relations Director. He was welcoming and warm from the very start. I was in a very difficult position as my Husband had just been with 6 months to live and I was lost at how to make him comfortable. [name removed] really took his time and listened to what I hoped I could provide for my Husband with his short time left. My Husband was a professional photographer and [name removed]was able to show me this prefect room for him with a gorgeous view of the lake and palm tress. He told me to bring any of my Husbands work and American House would show it off to all the other residents and introduce him to another resident who was an artist. They made me feel like they were genuinely interested in who my Husband was and what he enjoyed. Unfortunately, my Husband took a turn for the worse and passed away before he could move in, but even then [name removed] helped me through and offered to still show my Husbands work to the residents. I can't thank AH enough and would recommend to anyone!

American House Hendersonville would be the only place I'd look at. I wouldn't even look at the others!

American House Fort Myers was another fantastic tour experience. The facility was absolutely gorgeous and we were able to try the food and it was fantastic. They are able to accommodate vegetarians here which is a big plus. The staff and residents were all very nice to us. My loved one was just looking for something more independent.

They have been very good with transition and onboarding from another location. The whole team of staff was wonderful in this process and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Everything has been wonderful thus far.

Very pleased with American House Hendersonville. They were very patient and understanding with my uncle. Seemed short staffed at times but that was a country wide problem but they did the best with the circumstances.

Any time I needed assistance from the front desk or staff they were very helpful.

All things considered, American house is the best i have seen. I give it five stars across the board.

We had a favorable opinion of the proximity of American House to our home, It is in a neighborhood setting so it felt more like home rather than a business setting. What was really stood out to us was the nice balance of activities throughout the month and it was things that any resident could take advantage of whether they were in independent living, assisted living, or like my mom memory care. She has transitioned into hospice care and they made that transition easy and seamless which is very important. The addition of the hospice care has been a plus. We would give our highest recommendations that others check out American House Cottage.

We looked all over before choosing The Palms. Best decision we ever made. The team that showed us the community are wonderful and most of all they are family.

Have been here for 3 years and I absolutely love my home! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I feel so much safer living here. I have been able to enjoy life again!

I looked at other places, and this one was clean and had no smell. They catered to my loved ones needs.

We had a great tour experience with American House Hendersonville. It was a little bit of a smaller sized community and we were looking for something larger. But the staff were all great.
