American House

They really do actually care. My mother has been in several other places, and especially compared to those experiences, I find the people here to be very kind to her. They know me as well. She'd rather come home with me, but she likes it overall and is getting used to it. All the staff is wonderful - we love them. If I bring anything to their attention, they listen and get right on it, which is so important to me.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, it was very clean and overall a nice place but the price was just to high out of our range.

My loved one is pleased with everything. Everything has been very good. Overall, I would recommend to other families.

This community is much better than others I've lived in. Staff did great during the pandemic, I felt safe. I would recommend this community to anyone who is looking. I enjoy the dining, social activities, and fireplace.

Clean, well maintained and managed

I have worked with Anthology at Burlington Creek on multiple occasions to find placement for my patients. They go above and beyond to help families feel at ease with the difficult decision of placement for their loved ones. I have witnessed the staff at Anthology at Burlington Creek provide their residents with care and compassion. I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for an assisted living/memory care facility.

It was a great place. They generally have a 30-day minimum for respite stays, but they allowed us to do two weeks. Sometimes I don't need even a whole two weeks though. But the staff was friendly. The facility was clean. And it was just a good environment.

This facility is good, we've been very pleased. Housekeeping is regular and they do very well. Communication with the family is good. I would recommend them to friends and family.

My Aunt lived at Anthology for over 1 year. She loved it and we enjoyed visiting her there. People were very friendly. She loved the activities We were impressed with the food and even though she was very picky..she always said she loved the food. She made friends and we were pleased with the staff there..who were always so helpful The beautiful large patio was so nice for visiting and enjoying the sunshine on nice days. Her experience at Anthology was excellent and we were grateful! My mom.. her sister..,wanted her to move closer to her.. so we moved her to Arkansas. We give Anthology 5 stars for taking such good care of my dear aunt.

Anthology at Burlington provides great care and communication when we’ve needed it. We refer to them when our residents need memory care. We take care of their residents for rehab and our teams easily work together for the residents.

American House Murfreesboro is a great place to bring your loved ones. It is a small, homelike atmosphere where everyone is treated like family. From every department: housekeeping, maintenance, activities, dining, nursing, and administration, ALL HANDS are on deck in making sure these residents are loved and cared for.

I was impressed with the tour of the independent living building. Very courteous in the entrance and offices. I have been living here since Sept. and I don't have a bad thing to say about the employees and my apartment.

We have been very pleased with American House. It's a very welcoming place, and my dad is very happy there. The atmosphere is very friendly, and it's a nice place to live.

Fantastic, new, and spacious facility, managed by even better people and staff. My grandfather was extremely apprehensive about ALC and after several weeks he had made so many friends with both residents and staff alike. Staff was more than accommodating of his needs and very communicative with me and my family. While his passing was heartbreaking for me, I was surprised at how much he connected and meant to the staff and residents at AH. Not sure you would get that at every place. To that, I credit the culture and environment. If given the choice again, I would very much select American House over any other local ALCs.

My aunt lived at American House for a little over 2 years. When she went in, she could see but little by little she lost her sight. The staff was wonderful to her even tho she got angry and was difficult to deal with.....they always took great care of her. Even during Covid, the staff was so good. All the nurses and the other staff were always so helpful. My aunt also had mental health issues and they were always attentive and made sure she was safe. We as a family always appreciated all the great care she recieved at American House. I would recommend American House to anyone looking for a great, caring place for elderly family members to live.

My father lived in American House, Keene for eight years; six of them alone after my mother died. American House was absolutely the best place for him. He had company, care, and companionship. The staff were terrific. I never had to worry about him because I knew caring eyes were on him every day. At the end of his life, Dad came home to American House for hospice care. The staff - kitchen, nursing, admin, activities -all came to visit him, sharing stories, and telling him they loved him. When he passed, they cried with me. I could not have asked for a better place for Dad.

It has been a wonderful expereince. The place is spotless. From the management down to maintenance, they could not be more helpful, patient, and pleasant., It has just been spectacular. The food is EXCELLENT! I am in a smaller apartment which is what I wanted and it is perfect for me. I have visited the in other ones and they are lovely as well. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others and already have.
