American House

My family just attends the movies - none of other activities so I can't answer much to those. They have a big list of options though. It's pricey but beautiful inside. Very bright and airy. Lower priced than another high end facility in the area. They also offer covered parking and weekly housekeeping.

My loved one is a resident at American House Holland. We've been very happy with this facility. The cleanliness is great. The meals and dining and the activities are good. The friendliness and staff are also great. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

The staff is very accommodating. Food is excellent Rehabilitation is done by caring people. They have a lot of different activities going on. We have already recommend this community to other families and we will continue to do so.

I chose American House Murfreesboro because of the interview with [name removed]. She said she would not work for a place that didn't care about the residents. I believed her. The Management really care. I got to know all the caregivers at American House by name and loved them all. Especially [name removed]! She loved my Momma and told me all about her conversations with Momma. The on staff nurses at American House even treated ME for my high blood pressure the night my Momma passed! That is even more than the local hospital did. I recommend American House to everyone.

Our family and our loved one have had a wonderful experience with American House Bartlett. The community is nice and safe, and located in the heart of Bartlett. We would recommend the community to others for their loved ones.

American House Fort Myers is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL facility. The tour that she gave me was great, they really had a lot to offer here. They even had an outside pool! It was all phenomenal, but just way too expensive for what I was able to afford.

American House has been a great place for our family. Mom and Dad are relaxed and having fun. They enjoy the meals and the socializing, and they feel pride of place. We are grateful they are in a place that is clean and very well run.

My loved one loves the food. It is reasonable and affordable for my familiy. We picked this community becasue of the location and the ability for my loved to not have a roommate. She loves it. I would give them a good recommendation.

For the meals: - communicated as chef-inspired meals, but really more cafeteria level. Food is often salty and not a lot of options for different diets (unless you order the same thing every day from the substitutes section). Meal times are early (specifically for dinner 4-6pm) and kitchen starts shutting down 15 min before end time. However our loved one seems to be pretty happy there.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in what a warm and inviting environment it was. People seemed truly happy and it was a clean place. I was impressed how open and new the community is. You can tell they put time and care into the upkeep of the grounds. I enjoyed my visit.

Beautiful community with caring staff. Everyone does a great job of making the atmosphere feel like home. [name removed] and the team really care about the seniors in our community. If you are searching for assisted living I highly recommend.

Well the American House on Allen Road, the staff was very friendly. Also, I have a friend that's stays there and she loves it. It's very clean as well.

They were exceptional at every thing they did. It's a great community and I'd move in myself when the time comes. We picked this community because, of the cleanliness and list of included services. Staff friendliness when I toured. Comments from a resident I met in the parking lot when I was unescorted. I would recommend to others.

We took a tour with American House Troy and it is a very nice place, but [facility name removed] that we went with was just closer for our friends and family to visit.

I would tell others looking into American House East I that that staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful. The apartment sizes here are large, they also offer many great activities for the residents.

Yes, I would recommend them to others. They do the general housecleaning, changing of the sheets and washing them and towels once a week. Empty the trash every day. The food is not too bad at all. Staff is very friendly and accommodating after I got a tour of the place and they were done, I walked around the complex on my own and talked to the resident and asked him how they liked it how the food was how the staff was, etc. and everybody I talked to was very happy there, said the same things food was pretty good. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is an excellent facility and I recommend it highly. I am very happy with this facility.

the over all experience was amazing hands down. from the moment you walk through the door the cleanliness of the entire facility is amazing. No matter were you are in the building The staff, every single one of them, are super friendly and helpful. And if they could not help you they were quick to find someone who could. Mom enjoyed the meals greatly. the cost was a blessing. With the rising costs across the board everywhere we could not afford anywhere else sadly. We are thankful to them for everything. though my mom didn't get to participate in the activities at the stage she was in she enjoyed watching them and the simple fact that they tried to include her was amazing. I cannot stress how important the quality of care for my mother improved simply by moving her to this facility. I have so many regrets not placing her there from the start. I have recommended them to jot only other families for placement for other caregivers for employment opportunities.

My mom was only there a month before she passed away. The staff was incredible and made the experience such a positive one! The residents all appeared well cared for and happy when I visited my mother. The staff were very conscientious and took their responsibilities very seriously. They were genuinely engaged with the residents in the memory care facility. After Hospice came in, various staff, to whom my mother endeared herself, came in and sat with my family the last week before her death.
