The facility itself is clean and is like a hotel. The staff is great. The food is pretty good, with lots of options. We have had no issues with communication. Parking is off street or across the street, which can be a hassle if you're in a hurry. It is also right by the hospital and medical offices, which makes appointments easier to navigate. There are lots of activities, including some where guests are invited.

The staff has been very attentive to my mother's needs. They have made every effort to make her comfortable and feel at ease. We are able to communicate with them on a regular basis to inquire about my mother's health and we'll being. The whole family is satisfied with the care she is receiving.

What our family likes the most about the Canopy at Walden Woods is how they took the time to talk to me whenever I needed some answers. Their staff team is also very friendly. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to other families who may need their services.

The facility has a very homey comfortable atmosphere. There are several in Tallahassee but me and my father feel this is the best . It does not feel sterile and the residents are out and about so easy to make friends.

Mom feels at home at Alto. We enjoy visiting her there. It's a very warm & welcoming atmosphere. Mom really enjoys the socializing. I'm happy for her and relieved to have such a caring team around her especislly after I was her primary caregiver for 4.5 years in her home. Couldn't be more pleased with Alto and the staff.

Staff is super friendly but sometimes hard to get a hold of on the phone. We have had a very good experience there. Room sizes are a "little" small but can vary as well. You can tell the building is a little on the older side but they have updated it quite nicely. The amenities are very nice and seem to be what all he residents like as well.

I found this place through some very good friends of mine after having been refused at the Carpenters after six months of waiting for approval!!! The Canopy of Walden Woods. Is graded. Five Stars!

My loved one is a resident at Crane's View Lodge. The staff is attentive and supportive. The quality of the food is great. I highly recommend this facility to others!

My mom moved from another assisted-living community in St. Louis, and we cannot be happier about the decision! The Allegro community is very active and she gets so much support throughout her day. Since the move, she’s been playing cards regularly with friends and doing other activities. The staff know her by name. Allegro is excellent and we only good things to say about Allegro!

We picked this community because my dad liked it. I would recommend to others.

The Canopy at Waldon Woods is a place where senior adults receive the best care by a compassionate and professional team who view their work as more than just a job. The demands of their jobs are numerous and I’m sure the stress level reaches a peak at times. But I have observed on a number of occasions how their kind words are matched with their caring actions. It truly is a place of compassion!

She pulled the fire alarm and tried to escape and the Canopy did have her taken to the hospital to get her settled down. Which I think was fine. They did not Baker Act her. The place she was at before did baker act her 2 times for misbehavior. They also refused to take her back. Made it very difficult to find a place that would accept her because of the "baker act" labeling. So people need to know in advance that they do not Baker act your loved one. I asked Canopy up front if they do that. They said absolutely not. "We may hospitalize them to get the help they need to get settled down, but would never Baker act them and would never refuse to take them back."

Very very clean facility. Workers were very friendly. Pleasant personality. I do recommend Canopy at Walden Woods.

They have been such a good community for my parents to join last August. Mom had dementia and dad was pretty isolated in his role of caregiver. The staff was professional, courteous and at the same time incredibly kind and loving. They were quick to respond to my mom's every need. Mom passed away at the end of December and everyone from staff to residents have been supportive and caring. Staff as well as residents came to my mom's memorial service to be there for my dad. Can't even adequately express what a blessing it was for my dad.

All of the staff in Memory Care are fantastic! They know us. Doors are locked coming and going. The room sizes and accommodations they have are great! At times, I think his room is just a tad small, however, I think it's probably perfect for an older person

The most friendly staff ever. We are beyond pleased with the service and staff. I chose them for my father because they were genuine and truly cared about their residents.

While no place is perfect, Allegro is pretty close when you compare it to options. It's pricey, but not as pricey as other facilities and I can only speak to independent living. I can say that time and money are spent on keeping residents active and entertained. As far as the staff, they are wonderful. Everyone is friendly and they really do care about bringing joy to the residents, with just an ton of great activities designed with residents in mind. Staff is available to talk or help, always. As for the activities, my mother went from living alone in a house thru Covid and illness, to having a bunch of new friends. She has become much more active and the residents are very friendly (of course, there's always exceptions). I no longer worry about my mother being alone, and she is always busy! As for the food, it could be better and I think the staff knows that. Without going into detail, I do hope the food is improved significantly. Otherwise, no complaints!

Alegro is always clean and everyone is friendly. I feel that my brother is safe there. If something goes arrive, I'll depend on the staff to give me a call so we can fix it right away. I feel good every time I visit him and relief that he lives there.

It is pretty expensive, but there is value. Based on the experience we have had so far with the Allegro at Harrington Park, we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

[name removed] loves this place and all the kind people who work there. Her son did surprise tea party (In beautiful side room) with all her friends! What a great afternoon. All was prepared perfect and we all had a great time. Santa sing along with all of us and she had a fantastic time. Thank you for inviting me to be part of this spectacular afternoon!
