We truly love the staff and how they care for mom. The facility is clean and doesn't have that smell that is sometimes found in ALFs. The staff try to get to know not only the residents but the family members as well.

A lot of the staff has many years of experience in the field and have worked at Alto for many years. It says a lot about the facility that it's not a revolving door for staff. Staff want to stay there. It's family there. The ratio of staff to residents is great and the staff are highly educated and certified.

The only person I remember at The Canopy was [name removed] and she was great. My mom never got to move in because she had a fall at home, and ended up in a nursing home. The staff and facility was very nice and I recommend them to anyone wanting a great home.

Allegro was great. I can tell you the aides are wonderful, kind and caring. The food is very good. And for the situation that the family finds itself, it's as good as it can be.

Memory care staff was very accommodating, caring and I trusted them to care for my mother.

Facility/staff try to get residents engaged into activities. They also take the time out to talk to residents by knowing everyone's name. This facility isn't so large that people will be not taken care of. They are very personable.

What I like the most about the community is The kitchenette. The aides and the Therapy gals.

The staff work well with us to take care of Mom with her challenges. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far .

I am currently employed at the Canopy at Duval Station. It is a beautiful community. I have never worked with a group of people with so much compassion for the Residents. We are all a team and work so hard to make our community a home. If you haven’t seen it you should stop by and visit!

Beautiful Ski Lodge like living. Veterans are honored and appreciated weekly. Open bar free drinks Thursdays. The staff is friendly and helpful. Issues do occur as they do everywhere but are handled quickly and professionally. The dining area is restaurant style service with an all the time open menu and an ever-changing daily menu. There is no cost for the dining room food or service. The restaurant is open all day for anytime dining and residents can order food to be brought to the rooms. There is a small walk-in free use Bistro open 24-7, with coffees, teas, spa water, juices, and pastries next to the game room and lounge area. There is an entertaining room for bingo, and community gatherings and events. There is a dining room next to the large lodge hall and adjacent to the restaurant that can be reserved for families getting together. The large covered and screened in patio next to the restaurant has a full kitchen and bbq, has a waterfall feature, and wonderful view of a wetland area. There is a library with huge bay windows and a fireplace on the fifth floor where fireworks from 2 local theme parks can be seen nightly. There is a smaller card and pool room with slot machines and a full kitchen setup for poker or other table games. They have a movie theater that plays movies twice daily. They have an in house salon. Community laundry rooms on every floor, and several public bathrooms. Weekly room and bathroom cleaning, laundry, and linens service. They have in house primary care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, podiatrist, psychology, psychiatrist, nursing staff and station, pharmacy, and more. Rooms are hard floor for walkers and wheelchair ease. The showers are all walk in with no step or bump to go over and spill proof edge drains. Each apartment has a full kitchen and living room. My parents needed one of the 2 bed room 2 full bathroom units. All the doors are wheelchair accessible. Transportation within 10 miles of the ALF is provided and free even for wheelchair residents. The capacity of the lift is only 300lbs though. All above except for the salon and pharmacy are included in the monthly rent of the apartment. Residents smile, are content or happy, and very friendly. Most residents like to sit at many of the scenic spots and trade stories of their experiences or make plans to go shopping, see a movie outside the facility, or get together for Bible study, poker, or the like. The event coordinator is always helping residents get together for fumes activities. They have many elevators and a staff elevator for moving in and out of the facility to not disturb residents. The lodge is located on a hill that is one of the highest points in Florida so there is little chance of flood.

Very happy with my mother moving into The Canopy of Duval Station. The facility is new with a caring staff. She moved in about six months ago and feels right at home.

After reviewing many facilities Allegro stood out. From the moment we stepped in the front door we were greeted with happy, smiling people. We decided this was our new home. We’ve been awed by the hospitality, great food, amazing activities and of course happy hour. We love our new home and so does [name removed] our Yorkiepoo!

We liked that it was small enough for staff and residents to get to know each other but still had a lot of activities and outings. I would recommend.

My mom likes everything about Alto is glad to be there.

My mom was very hesitant to live there, but I got so many thank you's from her once she got settled. Most of the staff were amazing and made it worth staying- they were easy to like and went out of their way to help. As always, it wasn't perfect, but I feel like this was the perfect place for my mom.

We toured several assisted living facilities and decided on Alto Evergreen The staff at Alto are competent and friendly. The facilities, activities, and meals are very good. Any questions or concerns are dealt with in a professional manner.

[name removed] at Alto was very accommodating to [name removed] anticipated stay 1-2 months. [name removed] provided temporary furnishings rather than moving so much at first on [date removed]. Sadly, God said her work her work was done .. [name removed] passed [date removed].

what we like the most about Allegro Richmond Heights are the aids that are friendly to mom, and it provides transportation to her doctor appts. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families but their administrator left and the head nurse left. So it's in a bit of chaos right now

My mom has been in ALTO for a year and the biggest thing for me is that I know that I do not have to worry about her at all. The 4th floor nurses are wonderful and will call me with any problems that arise. The activities keep her busy and she enjoys the entertainment. She likes the food too!

5 on all. Happy with it. Most of the staff is very personable and genuine. Location is great and very close and convenient to me.
