The facility is clean and rooms are very nice. Everything is well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The move in process was very simple and smooth. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone that needs it.

Canopy seems to be a lovely place and my mother in law is settling in. Lots of activities all the time. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Care is very personalized.

We have been very happy so far - the staff is wonderful, the food is very good, my parents apartment is lovely - great layout - terrific that the lanai is screened, lots of activities, my parents love movies and even if there isn't one on the schedule the staff will put one on for them, dr and lab are made very easy with dr's coming on site, the fact that independent and assisted living are intermingled was important to us - in some other facilities the assisted living areas were second rate

This is a gorgeous community. Sharon and Rachel are absolutely wonderful. They keep the resident as a priority with all that they do. Staff is kind and considerate. I would highly recommend this community .

I wish I had more to comment on but I have only been there 3 or 4 times but from what we have seen so far its wonderful! The staff are all very nice and caring people. The room sizes are average. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We are so happy that mom choose Alto. The community is small enough that she adapted well. Its proximity to family has been a great blessing. Mom feels like she's home. Mom loves puzzles and the activity room has a great selection. The library is constantly refreshed with selections from the public library so there's always something interesting to read. The staff in the dining room greet mom by name and with personal connection. They are welcoming to her guests and the food is nutritious and served with an eye for beauty. As mom transitioned from her large home to assisted living, having a separate bedroom was important to her. She is still able to entertain and enjoy personal time in her living room and maintain privacy with her sleeping area. We have high regard for the community at Alto.

My experience with Canopy of Duval Station has been good. They were in the process of making some changes, but they have been keeping families informed and that is greatly appreciated. Overall, it is a wonderful facility.

All of the staff at Alto Wheaton are friendly and helpful, they go above and beyond and I feel that my mom is safe. I'm happy with the housekeeping, they do a good job. Family communication is excellent. It's not a huge facility, 88 apartments, so there is a family feeling. [Names removed] are my main contact people, but everyone is great and I have interacted with a majority of the staff members. I shopped around quite a bit and found Alto to be the best value, but of course it's expensive, more than her monthly income, so that's a concern, but we know it's a reality. We moved my mom in and it went smoothly, they have done a nice job involving her in the activities. I've eaten at Alto several times and the food has been excellent. PT and OT have worked with my mom following her hip injuries. They are caring and professional and communicate with me regularly. Mom has a call button that she can press for assistance and the care givers respond in a timely manner. The Activities Director is really sweet and makes a point to involve the residents. She also does manicures for the ladies. They have a movie every night at 6pm in the "theater" among many other activities. I would highly recommend Alto Wheaton to others!

The Director of this facility, Canopy at Walden Woods, is pleasant & knowledgeable. It is evident that she puts her clients welfare first. I have found the staff to be accommodating. Very soon, I have a family member that will will require placement for assisted living. His new home will certainly be the Canopy at Walden Woods in Plant City Fl. This facility is very pretty & clean. As a retired healthcare worker, I was very impressed with the Canopy.

I have an aging mother that will need some extra care soon, so I recently toured this facility. After touring several other facilities in the area, I was taken aback out how pleasant and positive the vibes were here. The staff were smiling and active with the residents. I even bumped into the Executive Director, [name removed], and really appreciated her energy and positivity. It was clear to me by seeing the staff and resident interactions, this is a great place for my Mom when the time comes.

The Handled a recent Covid outbreak very well and got it under control quickly. The best staff. All day dining and menu Great chef. Not standard ALF food. Beautiful grounds. Shuttle service is very good. Driver amazing. They treat you as friends and not patients. We made a great decision.

Our family had no prior experience with assisted living/memory care residences until we moved our sister to the Allegro in Harrington Park. The character and leadership of Senior Living Advisor, [name removed], captured the essence of what is truly important in a manager that runs a people caring business. Allegro is an excellent facility and partner to entrust the care of people. Thanks to the entire community for all that you do!

The room had a porch and it seemed very nice during the tours.I have been happy with everything. My parents said they are not moving again this is their last home

I chose this community over others first because they offered a 3-month move- in special. Then, we met the staff and they were so nice. It was clean and the facilities looked new.

All a 5 +. The Allegro Richmond Heights community has been an extraordinarily positive experience for my husband and extremely supportive one for me as caregiver. A chance for me to just be "wife" again as they told me. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommended the community to others.

We needed ALF after a fall at home and a hospital stay. [name removed] worked hard to help make it happen in a smooth, timely manner, including coming to my place of work twice to help with paperwork She has gone above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. [name removed] and [name removed] were super helpful with the move in process and tours, even giving us take out meals so we could sample the food. [name removed], the day time med tech, went out of her way to help with the process of medication dispensing and making sure I knew that my loved one’s medication had been given. The food is wonderful. We cannot say enough positive thus far. I have far more peace of mind knowing my loved one is safe.

I just would like to give a huge shout out to the young lady that works in the kitchen. Her name is [name removed] she does an amazing job when it comes to the residents and if I could take her home I would. She’s such a great person inside and out and I just want to tell her thank you for all of her hard work.

All the workers are great at the canopy. However lately one has been standing out to us and that is [name removed]. She goes above and beyond. She cares so much for all the residents. She is always making sure that my friend who lives there, feels special and loved.

The Canopy is warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. The decor is very modern and chic, absolutely stunning! The staff is very involved and truly cares about their residents. The food is very artful and looks delicious. Tour the community, you won't be disappointed.

I toured this space recently for my mom and the staff was so nice. [ name removed]at the front desk was very welcoming and the facility was very clean. The residents were eating lunch which looked like a good meal and some of them were playing games at their tables. Staff was walking around throughout the visit which was also reassuring.
