[name removed] from a place for mom was so helpful with local resources for our loved one. She stayed in touch and was an excellent listener with everything from dinging applicable services and just having a lending ear. This is an excellent service and I highly recommend!

Ambient Homecare is a great company to work with. We needed a caregiver the same day as our mother was being released from rehab. They did the assessment at 9am and we were set up with a caregiver at 6pm the same day. The caregiver took great care of our mother and assisted her with every task needed! We highly recommend this agency!

We used Hummingbird for only a few days before my father went to a memory care home. The owner of Hummingbird was absolutely wonderful. The aides that he send were very capable and caring. I would absolutely use them again if we ever needed help, and I would absolutely recommend Hummingbird to friends.

Overall experience was very positive. Both phone and in person staff very friendly And empathetic. While services were only used briefly, they were well worth the cost. My wife was already in hospice care when we engaged your services. The health care attendants who visited helped with personal hygiene. In doing so, they showed caring and tenderness. They helped my wife to end her life with dignity and respect.

Endeavor Home Health Care Care Now Services [name removed] is a wonderful aide. She Helps me with laundry, and all the housekeeping Chores. I look forward to having her come. Endeavor has been very good to work with

Everything is going very well. My helper from Senior Helpers is prompt and courteous. I couldn't ask for a better aide. I just wish it weren't so expensive.

Nova was a brand-new agency and the Owner eager to offer the kind of services she had been offering when with [agency name removed] and the old owner. We signed a new contract the first week in [date removed]. The billing has been seamless; I get invoices on Sunday to review, and they are drawn from the bank on Monday. The cost/hour increased tov[fee removed] to reflect inflation and their mileage costs, etc. Our service usage has always been irregular; we need a companion for [name removed]when I am away; no need for a caretaker on a daily basis. We are contracted for a minimum of 12 hours/week; frequently we don’t use all that time, but still pay for it. My massage therapist is out of commission due to an injury, and I have not found another for the time being. We have had a number of caregivers; most were seasoned and trained ( I think transfers from [agency name removed]). We had one that was definitely not a good match, and we mutually agreed to not have her back. Currently we have a steady regular that we both really like. However, she is trying hard to get on with the USPS, which will mean a change. We live in Los Lunas, and apparently it is difficult to get caregivers to travel here (only 25 miles from Abq.). So far, we are happy with Nova. [name removed]is always responsive, by phone or text. W have never, to date, had a “no show”. [name removed] has covered a shift when she could not get someone to fill in on short notice. The cost is significant weekly, but well worth it for a number of reasons, which includes my being able to get out and have mental health time, as I am the social butterfly half of this team.

Senior Helpers of Geneva is providing in-home care for my parents who are in their 80's. All of our family members live out-of-area, and we needed someone to take care of cleaning, cooking, shopping, driving to doctor appointments, etc. [name removed] and [name removed] do a great job. Very professional. Harding working. They really care. [name removed] used to be a nurse and understands senior care. [name removed] runs the business side of things. They have done a great job of building a team of caregivers. The world needs more providers like Senior Helpers of Geneva. It's not cheap, but a good value for what they do.
