They were reliable, and we loved the girl Eunice that worked with our loved one. She was like a friend. She would make meals for him for the weekend so that on the days she wasn't there he would have food. Roger was great! We had a great experience with them.

Your company is a Godsend. When my mom started her problems with dementia I stopped my life to take her to doctors and find out what was going on. She lived in Columbus, I live northeastern Atlanta. So, I stopped everything to find out what was wrong. She had to be hospitalized for acute Pancreas... so after 3weeks in the hospital they found and treated the acute pancreasitis and a bad ulcer in her stomach. She was released, that is another story... my oldest brother and I oversee mom, and another sibling pretended to be me and told the hospital nurse she was not capable of taking care of personal activities... it took me 24hours to get her out of the place, so she recovered staying part time with my brother and part time with me. I came across a book totally by accident regarding personal care..so she begged me to go home and my conditions whet she had a personal care person 3x a week for baths and such..after 2 yrs I fired them for incompetence. Some of theses places are not certified CNA, which really upset me....I let her try a retirement home close to me for months and hired a CNA from there certified. Meantime, I took a State CNA program and just received my certification. Now I know how little they knew and should not be taking care of dementia patients. Well, I could tell she was getting worse and took her to every doctor, encrindologist, internist. The internist became my go to person, he made apt with lung doctor, heart doctor, then neurologist. The Neurologist were my saviors.... they gave me a brochure To a place for seniors, I liked it because it was non profit so no one was buying into the service. She looked at me and said you need this more than she...I did not understand but after looking into it and talking to Sandra Fricks....I finally felt there was real help out there and she periodically checks to see if things are going well and people she recommended called me back. Even found me a place in Savannah, when my mom is visiting my brother right now to give me a break. I am a huge advocate of your services...I was just lucky that a neurologist saw how tired I was and gave me the brochure....I thank God every day for Sandra Fricks. Homewatch Caregivers has been a great service all around! They're always on time, and the aides they've sent have done a great job. They're good at working with our loved one, and they make sure all of his needs are taken care of. We can definitely recommend them to others!

They were marvelous. My mother is a people person and she was lonely. These ladies were amazing, but they were taking care of her needs, and busy doing the tasks that were needed. They weren't really able to socialize, and she needed that too. I loved that whoever is on duty is not allowed to leave them alone, so they would stay until the next person showed up.

My sister and I started on this journey for my mother about a year ago. We first went into Senior Helpers and they were amazing. They were wonderful. They sent someone out to help us. The staff was wonderful.

Everything has been great, Ashley and Kim have been really great. They have really helped my family members out. We are able to have the same couple of helpers on a regular basis, and they have been great help. We are really pleased.

I have used Home Companion Services for my dad for five weeks and everything is going great! My dad's companion is professional, on time, and very attentive to my dad. It is a relief to come home from work and know that my dad has been well taken care of and is happy. She keeps me well informed of the day's events. Dad's companion is very attentive to my needs as a caregiver too. She has been flexible if I need to work longer or run an errand. I am grateful to go to work with peace of mind and grateful to have the services of a compassionate, trustworthy companion.

They have been very good, and everyone has all been very friendly. His follow up was terrific. They really went above board to make sure they were perfect. Their pricing was better than others. They were very responsive. They were the first ones to get back to me. He had good people, it was easy to do business with these people.

They have done a good job, I haven't had any problems. I have someone twenty-four hours, so I don't have to worry about her being late or not showing up.

They are very friendly. They respond quickly to requests. They have always been able to be available and have never left us hanging. They can help with a wide range of activities. They’re more like family than hired help, believe me.

Comfort Keepers has been wonderful to my father. They are quick to help in a pinch and professional and friendly. They figured out just the personality that would match my dad and we really enjoyed working with them.

We are very happy with them they have been very nice and knowledgeable. They are able to accommodate for the varied schedule we have. We have different people on different days, but that works for us. We have not really had any problems with people showing up late or not showing up. This is home care so cleanliness and activities do not applyl.

Service has been good so far. The caregivers have been friendly and competent, and we haven't run into any issues with scheduling. Due to our location caregivers are only available on certain days of the week, so if they could expand that it would be nice. Mom can be difficult to work with, but they'd been very accommodating.

We have one girl and I would give her beyond a five. She's fantastic. For what I needed it was hard to find a service that could help because I only needed two hours a day so every other place was like 3 hours minimum. With Right At Home I got what I wanted at a fair price. The caregiver is giving my mom a shower, she'll do her nails, she'll do her hair, she'll do just about anything I want her to. She does some physical therapy with her and gets her walking. Most importantly she talks to her. The whole time she's here the two of them are chatting away. I'm very fortunate to have her. My mother lives with me and I work in the mornings so I just needed the support a few times a week. They were able to give me what I needed. I really takes the burden off me.

They're onsite at Edgewood Downs and it's absolutely excellent. They're different people, one lady comes Monday, Wednesday, Friday and she's in school full time and wants to get into home health care as a profession. Another lady works Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and then the manager/director for the on-site buzzes in and out all the time and when she comes through the dining room she gives hugs out to all of the clients and everything.

I used Right at home and Love them, however my mother had a stroke so my direction has changed. I will use them again once mom is home and after I find out her hours from Medical IHSS and they have been exhausted on a monthly basis. I worked with a few other sevices and Lisa came our ASAP and had a caregiver with her they met our needs she came to the rescue when other where saying we will get back to you or someone will call you on Monday. I needed a person in place on Monday not looking for a call and then a possible available caregiver. RIGHT at Home is the best and would recommend them to any and all that need there type of service.

The price seemed reasonable and the care was very good. The couple of times I used them it was kind of in emergency situations where I needed them for my wife and I was actually going to the hospital to the emergency room. They were very responsive. They came though for us within hours and with good people. I was surprised at how good they were. I'm sure we'll use them again.

We knew our father had to either go in to a skilled nursing community or have to have someone provide in home care. His desire was to be at home and Right at Home really made it easy. We like them from the very first time we contacted them based on A Place for Mom's recommendation. The made the entire process very simply and getting everything started and moving was very easy. They offer a variety of payment and billing options so it makes it convenient. Their check in procedures are really great, the care giver has to call their automated check in system from the residents phone and also has to use the residents phone when checking out. That really helps our family because we can check phone records and kind of keep track of the hours they are working. We are very pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for in home care.
