For the most part, staff was good. There were times they had meeting their schedules but overall ok.

This is a company that just started up when we used them. They were very accommodating, prompt, punctual, trustworthy, personable and easy to work with. Fully recommend them!

Hi im [name removed] i wanted to make a review for this agency . First let me tell you my mom has cancer and needed help with feeding,bathing, mobility and transferring. Most days mom needs 24 hour care. Kimbell Home Care were able to service mom 7 days a week 24-hours each day . Other companies wanted to charge me $[removed] per hour due to mom being bed bound . Kimbell Home charged us $[removed] per hour . Very affordable . They are very dependable . They have no problem with cleaning mom or even changing diapers . They even took the time to feed her . The owner [name removed] is also hands on . She worked side by side with her staff . she always treated her staff so kind . Mom and [name removed] has bonded . And its so sweet . [name removed] and her staff are amazing . She is such a small frame little lady but is she able to lift and transfer my husband with no problem . Her rates are very affordable. When she comes in the morning to service my husband she always greets both of us and even though she cares for my husband she cooks breakfast for both of us. The best part of working with Seniors Helping Seniors is that they helped us avoid asking too much of my mom's neighborhood friends to volunteer, and they helped us get organized and plan ahead. They were very helpful with a wide variety of tasks and my mom's needs and friendly, and it helped that there weren't many different people but mostly two that usually came, especially in the evenings. It was vital to my mom's safety to have people with her in her home until we could move her into an assisted living facility. I was very sick during that stressful time and couldn't be there with her, also because I have four kids and many responsibilities in my home and community. My family and I are very deeply grateful for the peace of mind we enjoyed when my mom was receiving home services from Seniors Helping Seniors, thanks to the dependable owners and employees my mom was blessed to be with.

I am not sure I found this company for the elderly, like my wife and me. But it has turned out that we found the right home care company. [name removed], the owner and main caregiver, has turned out to take excellent care of both of us. Care for exactly what each of us needs. It's not only the normal care, but those nasty unexpected health problems that pop up, she has a remedy to take care of it. And the sticky problems are taken care of quickly, also. Her caregiver crew is excellent, as she gets the right person to handle each and every type of care. You should give it a try.

We were very happy with our experience with the service from Endeavor. They truly cared about our family. There was quick communication and our needs were met. The caregiver who was assigned to my mom was kind, professional and listened to us. In fact, she accompanied my mom to the emergency room and stayed with her until she was assigned to a room. Who else cares so much? I recommend Endeavor wholeheartedly to care for an elderly family member.

I have nothing but praise for this company, Alternative Living Residence. The company is owned and operated by a wonderful compassionate woman. She leads and directs a team of care givers, who are trained and certified nurse aides. They took care of my spouse who is total care for 5 days. My husband who is hard to please loved the caregivers assigned to him. His care was superior. If you are looking for exceptional and compassionate care for your loved one, Alternative Living Residence will Not Disappoint!
