Regency was a great help in arranging in-home care for my mom after she left a rehab center. I really liked how responsive their team was and that they didn't have a minimum requirement for hours or a strict cancellation policy. When my mom's needs changed as she recovered, they were quick to adjust our care plan without any extra charges. [name removed], who did the assessment, was amazing and kept in touch regularly to make sure we were happy with the service. Thank you, Regency!

If there were ten stars..I'd have highlighted them all.. Hands down! I have been homebound and in need of caregivers for 12+ years, I am still a...fairly young Female veteran.. I have never received care at this level! I actually know that my needs are being addressed and don't have to worry about sacrificing one thing for another..i.e. groceries instead of a shower... I am treated with respect for once instead of a means to a paycheck. If you or a loved one is in need of some home health.. Whether it be for recovery after a big surgery or because of limitations/handicap. Take my word for it...Stop looking!! You found the One of.. If not the only company that treats it's employees and clients alike with respect and understanding.. Having a very high standard for it's employees and thus conduct.I've been with my fair share of companies.. Some of which left me high and dry without any care for months. Thank you!

5 All across the board. We have found great value with them and my mom seems to be really enjoying the staff. They've been very helpful for us and when one girl heard that my mom had fallen again, she alerted her advisor and advisor came over to just double check on my mom and they've been very good actually. They check in quite often to make sure everything is going well.

Amada provided excellent care for our mother at the end of her life. [name removed] put together a wonderful, caring, able, compassionate team that helped us through a very difficult time. We recommend them highly.

Excellent experience and my mom is responding well. Administratively, clear business model which honors the caregiver. Responsive to my mom's specific needs and wants. Helps her to optimize her capabilities. Provides guidance and support as if she is with a good friend exercising good judgment.

A lot of agencies we contacted were not very flexible on the number of hours, number of days per week, etc. But Home Instead listened to our specific needs, found someone who could fit those needs, and we have been very happy with their help. They are friendly to Mom, provide the help she needs, and it has been a great experience for us!

We have asked her to increase the number of days she stays with our mother over the next month to accommodate our need for additional help during a vacation. Anita was very kind, courteous and professional when she assisted me with showers once a weed in my home. 5 for everything as they are great . The staff are always accessible and take extra time to ensure quality of care even if not being paid for extra visits. They truly care about their clients.

We are now with Griswold. They have been able to meet our needs and have surpassed our expectations. They are hands on with checking in. They have a good accounting set up and the caregivers are very well trained and very passionate about doing everything they can for their charge. Reliable and involved are two good adjectives.
