I called Choice Senior Home Care when my mom needed home care after a hospitalization. I spoke directly to [name removed] throughout and she was very informative, helpful, and even met my mom for an evaluation directly at the hospital before her discharge. [name removed] was always incredibly responsive and flexible. My mom loved [name removed] and was very happy with the service and oversight she provided of the caregivers that were sent to her home. You can tell [name removed] and [name removed] have built a truly patient/person-centered business as their dedication to clients comes through in every interaction. Choice Senior Home Care specializes in long term care and getting consistent caregivers in the home that make your loved one feel safe and comfortable. Ultimately, my mom didn't need long term care but I would always consider going back to them if she ever does, and I would recommend them to my Michigan friends and family.

My elderly mother lived in a retirement community and had Alzheimer’s. Our family was supporting her needs and bringing joy to her world 7 days a week. But we needed respite and more help as her needs increased. Help included meal prep, med management, enrichment activities, light housekeeping and companionship. Home Matters exec and office staff were responsive in listening to my mom’s needs and adapting as we went. The care providers were thoughtful and savvy about Alzheimer’s. In addition to addressing her core needs, they really brought joy to my mom’s life. [name removed] was an especially amazing care provider that was creative in engaging with our mom so she laughed and smiled. When our mom had a catastrophic fall she went into hospice. Home Matters was able to respond with 1 day of our request for 24 hour care with hospice-experienced care providers. They were compassionate and helpful in my mom’s final days. I highly recommend Home Matters in-home care.

[name removed] came to our home and answered all our questions. She helped us to decide on the right hours and care for my Mom. My Mom is relieved that she has a kind and caring caregiver. [name removed] at the office is a good listener.

The sitters provided to help us watch and care for our 82 year old Parkinsons father have been life savers! They listen and communicate and have given my family the assistance we need that allows us to know he’s cared for when we can’t be with him. They’re knowledgeable and very helpful with his care. We are so glad we found them to help us during his difficult recovery away from home.

Home Matters entered our lives with kindness, professionalism, and understanding as my Dad was on hospice. Although it was only a few days we needed them, we couldn't have done it without them. We are grateful we choose Home Matters.

When my Dad entered Hospice care, I wanted to find a caregiver to provide companionship and oversight for him on the weekends, as the facility where he lives is often understaffed and I live out of state. I called six agencies and only Home Matters was able to find a caregiver for us. And what a gem! She provided an invaluable service to to our family by easing my Dad’s loneliness (he very enjoyed the time she spent with him) and she was able to keep an eye on things for me in my absence. We have had the honor of having the best caregiver for over 2 years now and he has been a true blessing to us. We think of him as a part of our family now. My husband came home from a rehabilitation facility just about 10 months ago and he requires a lift to move from place to place as he cannot stand or walk. Home Matters has been with us since he arrived home and it has been quite a journey for all of us. Home Matters has been so thoughtful and responsive for every turn in the road. I found myself and my husband having to deal with life turned upside down and Home Matters has been the rock we could lean on. Did we face some personnel problems along the way? Yes, but we were able to work them through as a team. Our journey continues and we feel very blessed to have Home Matters with us as we move forward.

We reached out to Endeavor after a hospital/rehab stay for a family member. They came highly recommended from the Mesa rehab facility where we had a great experience so we felt good about their recommendation. From the start, they have been very helpful, responsive, and kind. They met with us in our home to determine the services that were needed as well as what our family member would like in a caregiver. They offer a variety of services and availability to assist the client in their home. Our family member had some concerns and reservations with someone she didn't know in her home and driving her to appts/errands, but she/we could not be happier with the female caregiver they found for her. Endeavor shares that they want to find someone you can trust and create a friendship with, and this has been what they have done. Would highly recommend their services and have even shared their company to several friends that are in a similar situation with family members.

Endeavor has been extremely helpful as I have transitioned back to my home. They met with me and my family to identify what specifically I would need assistance with as well as what I was looking for in an at home caregiver. They matched me with a perfect individual that has assisted me with everything from grocery shopping, driving me to appointments, to helping me with my ironing. I enjoy our twice a week visits together!

Everything is great, the girls are here for me when I need my showers and are ready to help in anyway. I absolutely praise them they are eager to help me , are always on time and happy to help which I appreciate

Endeavor is by far the best home care company to have assist your loved ones. Not only did they care for my grandmother but they treated her like their own grandparent. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They truly show they care and love everyone, be it their clients or their caregivers. I will recommend Endeavor forever.

I would highly recommend Endeavor. Our advisor was extremely helpful in getting a sitter for my Dad on the same day I called! The caregivers were great and very helpful with my Dad. We were under a lot of stress and Endeavor eased a lot of it.

My brother has been receiving help from Synergy for a few years now and they have truly treated him like a member of their own families! He needs help with transportation to appointments and doing household chores, taking medication correctly, etc. The staff’s assistance has allowed him to live independently in a familiar environment despite his disability. He had a serious health issue a few months ago and I couldn’t be there (I live out of state.) and The owner went personally to bring my brother home from the hospital and got him settled in after he was discharged. Their consistent, loving care has allowed my brother to retain his dignity and allowed me to care for my own family’s needs a thousand miles away. I can’t recommend them more highly!

The staff at Endeavor Senior in Home Care are simply the best. 5 years ago we were in need of in home care for our 82 year old mother. We interviewed 5 in home care companies before selecting Endeavor. We have been very pleased with our decision. It has allowed our now 87 year old mother to remain in the comfort of her own home.
