As the wife of a client receiving services through Servant Home Care, I am truly grateful for the care and support this company provides. The staff has shown genuine compassion and dedication in helping us maintain quality services for my husband. They’ve been responsive, dependable, and have gone above and beyond to ensure his needs are met. I especially appreciate how they’ve worked closely with our family to secure the hours he needs. I absolutely love this company and the peace of mind they’ve given me. Their support has made a meaningful difference in our lives.

I am currently employed with Servant Home Care as a caregiver for my father, and my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The agency has been incredibly supportive in helping me maintain consistent services for him, ensuring his care needs are met without interruption. They have also been proactive in assisting me with securing additional service hours when needed, which has greatly benefited our family. The compensation is fair and has been especially helpful during times of financial strain. Overall, Servant Home Care has provided a reliable and compassionate support system, both for my father and for me as his caregiver.

What we like about Advantage Home Care is the varying ages and genders, professionalism, and timeliness of getting an assigned caregiver.

My mom used a home healthcare provider from Caring for Portland for about six months until she needed to go to assisted living. This is a great company with great caregivers. I know it's not an easy business to run, but they do a great job. They were responsive and communicative, and they quickly changed out one caregiver who just didn't mesh with my mom. I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering hiring in-home help for an elderly loved one.

Right at Home was wonderful they were so caring, wonderful, thoughtful and generous - the case provider who came to our home I unfortunately I can't remember her name - was so wonderful and so accommodating, especially in such a painful time of what we needed with my dad being sick. everybody was wonderful. We have not only recommended Right at Home to people, we would be interested in using Right at Home again in the future if ever needed.

Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Very accommodating and understanding of clients with dementia. Aides are always on time and scheduling changes are handled in a very timely manner. Excellent services.

In home care. People are great to work with. People friendly and kind. They take prompt and cheerful to work with. I use personal care and cooking. This has helped me care for mom in my home. I'm so less stressed with this help.

They are the only care company that will schedule 2-hour shifts as long as they get at least 4 hours of care/day. ALL of the others are limited to 4 hour blocks of time.

4 Brothers provides care 3 to 4 days a week. Her caregiver is trustworthy and professional and communicates with me weekly on her condition.

We ended up not actually using them after setting everything up. My mother was not agreeable to having someone come to the house at all. I only spoke to one person for everything. The owner I think but I don't remember her name. She was thorough setting things up. Came to the house and asked a lot of questions to get an understanding of what was needed/wanted. When I couldn't get my mother to cooperate she was very understanding and simply canceled the contract.

.Quality of care 5, above what was required. Administrative staff 5, always willing to assist. .Value for the money 4, only because all personal care is expensive. Always ask questions there is a chance they have a solution or at least can recommend another option. Trust your instincts, those gut feelings exist for a reason. Approach everything with love, it will get easier.

1-5 2-5 3-5 4-4 5-5 I only used their services 2 hours a day, 3 days a week. Primarily to bath, do my wife's hair and dress her. The caregiver that came was an exceptional older woman who also read to my wife, talked and laughed with her and just made her feel so much better whenever she was here. Her main duties only took about an hour so the extra hour was spent just socializing with my wife, and it was so much appreciated. The rating of 4 was because they charged extra for their website, which I never needed or used. Their admin. Personnel however, were great.

It is a well run agency. Communication is great. Yes, we would recommend Senior Helpers of Greensburg to other families based on the experience so far.

Our care experience from Exra's aides continues to be an excellent experience. My husband, who has Congestive Heart failure and Kidney Disease and myself who has spine and hip problems have support from two aides that care for our physical needs, emotional needs and help with daily living. They provide services that maintain our dignity, which is so important. They provide companionship and amazingly know what works for each of us in different ways. This keeps our spirits up at a time when this is difficult. Their calm demeanor keeps me on track at a time when this is difficult. Ezra does a wonderful job in making sure that aides are well-trained, have specific areas to work on and are reliable Ezra's staff has been so helpful in meeting needs, whether they be specific times for support that are not on the basic schedule or being supportive at difficult times. They provided us with aides that meet our specific needs, aides that know how to relate to each of us in different ways.

They provided excellent care. They were incredibly responsive to scheduling needs - I was on vacation and during that time we realized we needed 24 hour care . I called [name removed] from my vacation room and she took care of it immediately . The staff were all wonderful . I am so glad that my mother had them taking care of her. Fabulous company and fabulous staff .

I have had good experiences with them [name removed], one of the coordinators ,for caregivers, she has been great. She was even up very late one not helping me with a problem with one of the caregivers & sending someone else who is on a regular schedule with us now. Best to text her & she is great to work with. Prices are very reasonable

I highly recommend Two Loving Hands! Starting with the consultation with[name removed], my husband and I were impressed with the compassion for the cared for, her knowledge and expertise, and professionalism. Our mom was assigned an exceptional caregiver who was patient, skilled, and reliable. The caregiver took very good care of our mom with the utmost respect and assisted with personal care, dressing, and light cleaning. Two Loving Hands provided us the support and services we so desperately need during a difficult time. Our burden was lifted because of them!

We were very pleased with the care given by our primary caregiver!! Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with Overall excellent... we did have a couple of 'fill in' gals that struggled a bit. Great!! Well worth the cost!! Yes, we would recommend their services to other families!!

Company is very accommodating to families needs. The staff that help family members are caring and competent.
