My parents have been receiving care from this company for a year now and I have never been so relieved they are getting the best care. I can now give a fair testimony. The owners actually do their check in's and get to know their clients personally. I appreciate the caregivers and the owners who are always so engaging. That is important to me. They were very helpful with getting me help on grants to help with the home health aid cost. And In giving me info on how to handle the various stages of dementia.

Finding a home care agency for my grandmother was a challenging task. With frequent work travel, I needed someone local to Houston—specifically in Tanglewood. Fortunately, I came across Homewatch, and they quickly met all my needs. Their office staff is highly responsive, and their caregivers are truly exceptional. I’ve already recommended them to my neighbor.

We have had the same caregiver since we signed up with them. They have been easy to communicate with and so friendly. We have been very impressed with cornerstone. They have allowed us to adjust up or down hours needed. We started with two-three days a week and are now up to five days. The caregiver has my cell, as she takes care of my mother and provides me helpful updates

From the initial consultation to the ongoing care, every interaction has been marked by compassion and expertise. The caregivers have been attentive and responsive, ensuring that all our needs are met with the utmost care and respect. It’s comforting to know that we are in such capable hands. I absolutely Loved working with[name removed]. He was extremely accessible the entire time and came to our house more than once to not only assess what we needed from our caregiver in the beginning, but also later on in the process. In addition to meeting my husband's needs, there was also a great deal of emphasis on making sure my own needs as a caregiver were also being met. The billing process was straightforward and easy to follow. Unlike some of the agencies I spoke with, there was no up-front deposit required. Their policies were also clear and adequately explained. They were a little more expensive than some of the other agencies, but to me, they were well worth it. I also appreciated [name removed] background as a physical therapist and the ability of the caregivers to assist [name removed] with his exercises. With some of the other agencies I spoke with, it sounded more like the caregivers were just there to take up space and provide [name removed] with companionship. In our case, that was not what I wanted. Although [name removed] did eventually decide to end dialysis and pass away, prior to that decision, it was important to me that he kept moving forward and regain as much strength and mobility as possible. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Thank you for taking great care of my dad. Your caregiver is always in time, very compassionate and caring. We are very grateful for you flexibility and for your willingness to to attend to all of my dads needs.

What we like the most about HomeWell Care Services is how very thoughtful and helpful. Yes the staff was very helpful and kind, considerate and overall just great people and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

Home Helpers were very informative and answered all my questions in the initial meeting. Came to the house and met my parents before they assigned a caregiver that would fit our needs. Only needed a short time to help with my dad due to my mom recovering from a hospital stay. The care giver helped with everything my parents needed on days that I could not be there. Did everything from cooking breakfast and lunch and cleaning and doing PT exercises with my dad. Starting and stopping service was easy. I would highly recommend

Everyone is helpful, polite and works hard to meet needs. There is a relief knowing when I go away that someone will be with my mother and I know she is being cared for. I appreciate everyone’s hard work and quick response

I recently attended a CPR/AED training session led by a certified RN and CPR instructor, and I was thoroughly impressed! Her expertise, engaging teaching style, and genuine passion for ensuring each participant fully grasped the concepts made this one of the best training sessions I've attended. She made complex topics easy to understand and provided hands-on practice that built my confidence tremendously. I highly recommend her to anyone needing CPR certification or renewal—her sessions aren't just informative; they're enjoyable and empowering. Truly an AWESOME experience! I think they are great people. They have tried hard for my family. I personally would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I'll give them 5 stars on all thing's you just asked. The first young lady was the bets! The owners were great to work with.

Very nice caregiver. My parents liked her a lot. Always did as she was asked. My mom wished she would be more more helpful without being asked but that's very minor. They are coming back to new Lenox Illinois [date removed]. When should we work on getting them serviced back up here in Illinois. They really loved the last lady, [name removed] 5 days a week. 6 hours

I have used this company for the past 6 months and they are great to work with. Anytime i need something , big or small they help out. Over Thanksgiving, i didnt have a meal and the owner brought a plate for me. Good People

I cannot recommend A Peaceful Homecare highly enough. [name removed] and the caregivers who took care of my mom for over two years ([names removed]) were exceptionally compassionate, competent and reliable and they did a great job of making my mother’s life better and giving me tremendous peace of mind (no pun intended) knowing that I never had to worry about my mother’s care. I will always be grateful to Peace and the other folks who work with her for the love and care they gave to my mom.

[name removed] goes above and beyond to make sure the client has the things needed and also provides emotional support and encouragement to all. I recommend Helping Others to anyone who need psychological help or assistance. They are amazing

This company have been hear for me from the moment I got released from the hospital everyone is so patient and very easy going if it was not for this company I would have to go to the nursing home very special thank for this team for allowing me to continue to stay in my home
