[name removed] was very helpful and wonderful to work with...no pressure.

Reliable and relatively easy to have a substitute provider if the regular provider is out sick. The caretakers have been friendly and kind and have provided quality care with respect.

Our contact person, [name removed], has been great in a slightly difficult situation. Two of the caregivers have been outstanding but have had to leave for various reasons. One of the caregivers has been not reliable and we are not thrilled with. If we discuss this with [name removed] I am sure she will adjust. They are very responsive.

Very reliable, friendly and does what is asked of him. I would recommend their services to others.

Ease of starting care-Came to our home explained what the caregiver can do and who she had in mind. Signed an easy to read and understand agreement. My mother's primary caretaker has been a great match for her. She is very caring, conscientious, and has a real sense of my mother's needs. The Always There management has been very responsive and professional. Someone is always available to answer any questions. Our family is very happy with Always There.

Our helper, [name removed], is the best! She has helped us so much. Would gladly recommend.

Overall experience - Professional, Caring Reliability and Punctuality -Caregivers always on time and as scheduled Ease of Starting Care - No issues but we were very flexible on time and days. Communication and Responsiveness - A small hiccup here and there but nothing unreasonable. Friendliness - The Bestest Overall Value - For my mental health...priceless

Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing they talk like real caring people and know exactly what they are doing. A lot of companies act like robots.

All of the caregivers have been extremely caring and responsive to my mom and her needs. They have a great system for communicating and backup plans for sick calls or other issues. The cost seems to be in line with the other agencies I spoke with.

In home help was provided. I only had 1 and she was a middle aged loving Mom type that needed some extra money.

This service was very helpful in allowing breaks to family caregivers. The schedule people are very thorough and flexible. The initial caregiver didn't work out but an excellent replacement was quickly found.

They are extremely willing to help even in emergency situations.

My [name removed] was afraid and alone, and when her Caregiver came, she felt safe and cared for. it turned out to be the end of her life. But without you you it would not have been a comfortable end. The best experience I could expect ever. Everything was excellent including everything. Home instead was a comfort at a time of difficulty. Everything was up front and very, honest. We trusted them with our loved one and they came through.

It started off rocky because of no-shows. However, once we got a dedicated person named [name removed] we had the best care possible. She starts her shift cleaning, cooking and she settles down with my mom to watch her favorite shows and movies. Yes, I would recommend them because they worked with me to get the best fit possible.
