The service has been an absolute god send. The help was just what I needed. They have been very helpful, caring and compassionate. It is truly an agency with a heart, and I will add that [name removed] is amazing. So glad I found them.

We have been pleased with our services provided by Synergy HomeCare of Concord. They have provided one-on-one attention and flexible scheduling which has been very important for my mom. They worked hard to find the right match for her.

ACASA been a blessing for my family. Every time I needed someone to check on mom for more than one close calls they were always there to check on her with no questions asked. Caregivers have been so consistent and helpful with her day-to-day activities. I can’t recommend this company enough. The owners are lovely and seem to love what they do.

Caregivers have shown up and been helpful for everything I need help with. I'll be using them as long as I can. Some companies have used AI to make robot calls which I do not like. Everybody here has thankfully been a human.

Caring companions has done everything they said they would do plus more. Anytime we have an issue or emergency request they get back to me very quickly with a solution. All the caretakers have been kind and helpful. We had one person that didn’t really match up with our parents, not because they couldn’t do the job, just not a good fit. Caring Companions handled it with dignity and found someone who was a better fit.They have made our lives easier and we trust them in all they do for us

I developed an acute pain that prevented my driving and needed a ride to my doctor in two days. This agency was able to provide. My driver was excellent: on time, courteous, and careful and pleasant.

My needs were promptly met - exceeding my exceeding my expectations. The young man who stays with my husband has been wonderful. My husband enjoys time with him doing puzzles and games and never complains when i leave him. This has been a game changer for me.

Our home care worker was very pleasant and very patient. She takes her time and listens to our concerns. She always informed me with any concerns. My Dad felt at ease with her and said she was kind and understanding.

The in-home caregivers were very polite very attentive to my husband needs they were right there whenever he needed assistance they helped with his personal needs and the physical therapy exercises he needed to do. They took him out for walks.

Our experience with Rica’s Angels providing a hospital sitter for our adult daughter exceeded our expectations. There was continuity of service between the two care providers who were compassionate, skilled, and flexible with our time needs. They were attentive to our requests for daily reports at the end of each shift and provided opportunities to FaceTime with her. Our daughter enjoyed and grew attached to each of the sitters.

All the staff members were compassionate to me. Everyone was professional, respectful and knowledgeable.. I was completely satisfied with the care provided by the in home worker. I would recommend them to anyone.

Still using the services. All of my interactions with the management have been so awesome and the caregivers are great. They help her shower and they take her outside in the wheelchair in nice weather on the deck. They do dishes and keep laundry up.

I am the successor trustee of a trust set up to benefit the son of the trust originator. He is well cared for by Home Instead and their communication with me is professional and allows me to provide the support which is my responsibility. Also, the son himself is happy with them which is important. He is a 75 yo autistic man who can communicate well but doesn’t have the maturity to care for himself. So, Home Instead is very helpful to me as his legal representative.

Everyone was very professional. The caregiver was always on time, always happy and willing to do anything I wanted. Her manager was readily available if I had a question. I would definitely use PCS again.

Home instead is a great fit for mom. Caregivers are very professional skilled, caring, and work with moms dementia very well. They have the supplies they need. I am happy that we switched from [removed] to Home Instead.
