We were looking at a community that was only memory care and when we were moving our loved one in they started to completely change hands and change all the management. The management has been really good at communicating all the changes and they did keep all the staff. We do wish we would of known this sooner but in reality we would of still chosen this community. Everything has continued to trend in a positive way. We do love this place, it is smaller which give it that much more personable touch to it. The staff are great and our loved one always looks well cared for.

A beautiful community with a nice outside area for the people living there to get fresh air and enjoy. Definitely very clean compared to some of the other places.

We could not be happier with out experience at YourLife of Cocounut Creek. The staff members are so nice here and really care about their residents, I have never seen them not interacting positively. They are the best that we looked by far and we looked at quite a few. They have activities going on everyday, when we go to visit he is always doing things. We are ecstatic and would absolutely recommend.

Yourlife is a very well kept community with caring staff members who are open to meeting the needs of the residents and families. Some of the activities offered included movies, music, walks, and more for the residents to choose from.

We chose YourLife because they had availability at the time and we were needing something quickly. The room sizes at the facility are average. It is very expensive. I would recommend to others.

The staff members are very friendly and very supportive, they are always keeping us informed and keeping us updated on what is going on. It is such a beautiful facility. Just the other day we were able to sit outside in the sunshine and it was just so welcoming. It is such a supportive atmosphere and one of the workers we were speaking with was saying how much of a joy it is to work there. It is in a beautiful location not far from where we live, it is a nice home.

I was amazed at the quality of care and the knowledge that the staff had. My father is happy and loves the activities and dining. Thanks to everyone at YourLife for helping us make this extremely hard time in our life easy. This is by far the BEST memory care community in the Tallahassee area.

I love YourLife in Coconut Creek. The staff is all around kind loving and very attentive. My father loves the food ! Since this Covid-19 experience they have gone above and beyond to keep everyone healthy and happy. We have been kept well informed and have made every attempt to make our window and virtual visits easy. It's not just staff and residents it's a family.

My whole family have been beyond blessed to have found this community and entrusted them with the care of our mother. Especially during these scary times in the world and the unknown with COVID we have been blown away by their communication and care for all of their residents. Having an Alzheimer’s diagnosis was hard for the whole family but YourLife has show us that there’s so much more life for our mother to live. We truly cannot say enough.

The staff are some of the best around. We have been so blessed to have my father at this community. It is beyond gorgeous, the food is amazing and the care is unlike any other community he has lived at. We are blessed we took a chance on a new community and are so grateful every day to the amazing team at YourLife Coconut Creek.

Blessed to have found this community. We are driving out of our way but we wanted my husband at the best place. Not only is this community gorgeous, but the staff have been amazing. The food is delicious and the activities are beyond what we imagined! The technology they have as well is something we were searching for. They always communicate with us so we are comfortable going on our first ever vacation in a LONG TIME! Cannot thank them enough!

Toured this community along with many others for my mother. I am so blown away by the decor, the staff and their programming. Truly a blessing I stumbled upon them!

This facility is good. Well kept and clean. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Housekeeping is good, mom's room is always clean. We had a couple of issues with her bathroom being cleaned up after accidents, but that's under control now. Food is pretty good, good variety and quality. Communication with the family is very good. The residents' outdoor area is more secure than some other places, which was important to us. I would recommend them to friends and family.

As with any congregate living facility there have been some hiccups which prevented me from giving 5's access the board. Still, we are happy with our choice... the executive director is fabulous and has asked to be personally texted when family members notice any problems. When the ac in my loved one's room stopped working properly, the director had a portable unit placed in the room to make it more comfortable until the needed parts can be installed. The director has also hired a manager to oversee housekeeping, and a new chef. My mom, who is a picky eater, comments daily about how good the food is. I'm at the facility daily and what has impressed me the most is the congeniality and kindness of the employees as a whole. It is wonderful they seem to get along so well, and also show concern for the residents.

The level of care has to be evaluated because my mom is more independent than most there and is required to pay the same as a person wheelchair bound! It is expensive, the rent has increased every year.

The staff is very nice and they have a lot of social activities. They could improve on checking the residents thoroughly. They give my mom 2 showers a week and they completely miss an infection in her right foot. Unfortunately the infection was so bad they had to cut 3 toes off and part of her foot. I was very very upset. The surgeon said the infection was there for at least a month. That is unacceptable! I thought about taking her somewhere else but my mom is declining and I felt it would be too hard on her.

I think it has some good people working at this facility. It is expensive but most facilities specializing in advanced care are expensive. Mom needed memory care and the facility was close to my sisters house.

Very good experience, they go out of their way to assist/care for the resident, including special tasks for them.

Very happy with my selection of Capital Square for my mom. Staff are what makes the place great. Everyone addresses mom by name and go out of their way to engage her -- even though she doesn't always respond. I can relax knowing she is where she needs to be.

We chose The Monarch because they focus solely on memory care and that is what mom needed. When I walked in it was so clean and I also knew the gal who was showing us around so that made us feel more comfortbale. I think they are going through a change right now so there are a couple little issues, but I think it will resolve once things get straightened out. It is mostly all inclusive but there are some add ons that can get expensive. I am very happy with The Monarch. It is great for anyone looking for memory care for their loved ones.
