It's actually really homey there . They are all good with the people that live there and are open to any advice as far as improvements go . They do need to clean the floors better, especially under the beds and windows.

Overall experience - very good, everyone is helpful. Cleanliness is good. The individual room could be cleaned more often. The staff is friendly and nice. Quality of care is good. We had a delay in setting up appointments but looks like we're on track now. The meals are simple and tasty. For activities, they plan something everyday. It is a good value for the care that's given. I'm pleased with facility and my loved on is happy there.

Management in any organization leads the staff in how care is given. This facility has a director who cares about her residents and staff and she encourages/leads her staff to care for their residents as if they were their parents or grandparents. It is not a job at The Towngate. It is a philosophy that works for the residents and their families. Staff seems happy & that resonates to the residents.

I can't think of anything to complain about, the community is always clean and they've all been helpful and friendly. I don't have another facility to compare the care services to, but I'd say 5c no problems. My understanding is that the meals are all good. I would indeed recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

Great recommendation. Unfortunately, my Mom was only there for 5 days, so she did not really use food and activities. She was very well taken care of. Even though the facility is older, it is very clean and well maintained. The staff, from director to nursing to admin and support seem to be one happy family caring for the residents. Some residents, I learned, have been there for many years.

My loved one only stayed here for respite for a week while I was out of town. Everything went good. The staff and residents were friendly, food was good, and they had a lot of great activities provided.

It was expensive and his daughter said since they got bought out they changed cleaning to every other week and food wasn't as good. Overall the beginning of his stay was better. I was also disappointed they would not waive the 30 day move out since he required assisted living after his hospital stay.. They could have at least shortened it to 2 weeks.

Cranberry Landing is a smaller facility. It is clean and well kept. Very home like . Staff is wonderful. Very kind, argentine to the needs of the residents. Food is very good with lots of choices. Rooms are very spacious. They allow pets which is so nice. Cant say enough nice things about it. It has enhanced rehab, assisted living, memory care and independent living. Wish we thought about that sooner

The price can't be beat. The staff truly cares about the residents. The Community Relations director, [name removed] has nearly 30 years of experience welcoming residents and coaching families to fill out necessary forms. Doctors Making House Calls is a great organization coming to our Mom's room when requested along with regular checkups. Meals are delicious with 3 choices at each meal, served restaurant style. Their theme is "what can I do to make you happy?" Highly recommend!

From the moment my sister and I walked into Addison we loved it. At a follow up appt, with my mom, she equally loved it. Each and every person we met were so nice and accommodating. My mom enjoys the sit down dinners in the dining room very much. She also likes all the activities. The activities director really does a great job keeping everyone interested -husband/wife team that sings country music, happy hours, games such as Trivia and The Price is Right and it goes on. It really is a fun time for her!!

Pretty much a 5 across the board. For me the most important thing is the how the staff treats my mom, and over the course of the last year everyone has been kind and patient with her. Even the housekeeping staff is cool, and try to engage her and make her smile. I have noticed decreased staffing over the course of the year, which concerns me, however she's still getting great care from great people. I would like it if we got more updates on how they're doing, even if it's just a quick text or email, but I'm sure if I asked, they would be happy to accommodate, so that's on me! Thanks to everyone!! I appreciate so much the work that everyone does to look after Mom and all the other residents.

The staff really know the residents well. They are attentive to their needs. The staff is very responsive to concerns.

After visiting a few locations. We decided on Anthology. My uncle has been there for a few months and the experience has been above our expectations. The staff is friendly and supportive. The facility is clean. The amenities are outstanding.

My ‘agent’ from A Place for Mom was great. I explained what we were looking for and what our price point was. We were given a few suggestions and they set the appointments. My agent kept touching base with me until we found what we were looking for. She made it so fast and easy. What a time saver.

I gave them 5's on all questions. They did an awesome job considering how difficult the situation was with dad. They were informative and everyone seemed to be positive and helpful.

My loved one is doing great. She loves it there. I would recommend to others.

I would give them a 5 on all categories. They're very friendly and make an effort to engage with all the residents. The proximity from the facility to my house was great. The staff have all been so amazing. Highly recommend Anthology of Olathe.

I am very happy here however I am not sure that I need to be here I originally came because I thought that I needed a hip replacement and they have a visiting PT person. I will say that in March the food was NOT good but they now have secured good chefs/ cooks and I am quite happy with the food. They are still figuring out correct meal ordering and the wait staff has been pleasant but they have had a great deal of turnover. It is clean and pleasant with some terrific activities being offered. My family and I feel that I am very safe here

I would recommend the Legacy at Parklands. Business office staff, meal staff and cleaning staff and front desk staff are genuinely respectful and kind to residents and their friends and family. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found an apartment there for our mom. Laundry room on each floor is wonderful and not coin operated! Just part of the package.

Thus far my aunt [name removed] seems content. The food is good, the room is clean and cared for by Staff. Love that bingo is Daily as she likes card games. The Medtech staff is also nice and kind, the Front desk receptionists Are all kind, helpful, cheerful-
