My first site to tour. Excellent! Cost concerning. Like the option to have shared common living space with adjacent to bedrooms. Happy hour with alcohol is a concern since it would require monitoring with medications. Budget is good.

The amenities and services are extensive at the Fountains. There is a wide variety of housing choices and prices are very competitive. We really like the large open lobby area and the cafe open to the public. It is in a safe and convenient area of town.

Very new to Rose tree so far. My mom missed 2 days due to brief hospital stay. So far she likes the place and we do too.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for Mom. This was a nice looking place, and the staff all seemed very friendly. However, as per their assessment Mom would have been placed in the memory care unit. We did not feel like she was at this level yet, and would not have her social needs met in that sort of environment.

We toured this location when we were looking into options for my Mom. Everything looked great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The person that gave us our tour in particular was very helpful, they really took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered and that we had all the information we needed. Mom decided she wasn't quite ready to move, but this would have been the place we picked.

We're very pleased. They do have some activities, they are kind of limited in content, the calendar is full, but what they are able to provide for the type of patients they have is limited becase the people can't do very much, my loved one is probably one of the stronger mental capacity patients they have so he gets a little bored but they have to hit the middle of the range with the patients they have. The food is good. The only thing I see a little bit weak is the communication Sometimes it's hard to find a staff person, they are all so busy, they are helping people. To get in and out you have to push a code and the bell rings and I hate to bother them but you have to bother them to get out. Just to ask some questions, they are just so busy and I hate to bother them, they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. if I do ask a question they are very good at what they do. There is a little gap in the communication but it's very minor. We are kind of new and sometimes it's hard to find the right person or any person because they are all so busy and doing their jobs. They are extremely helpful and extremely friendly.

We toured this place when we were looking for options for my Dad. Everything seemed fine, but it had a more institutional feel that what I wanted for him, so we didn't look into this place any further.

While this was not the location we eventually picked for Mom, there was a lot I liked about it. It seemed very clean, and the staff were friendly. The individual rooms for the residents here were great, very spacious and nice looking. This community was larger and more spread out than some we saw, which made the residents seem a bit sparse. We wanted somewhere really busy and active feeling for Mom, so that was one reason we decided against this one.

Rockland Place was beautiful. The staff was friendly, but this was more expensive than the one we chose and it just didn't work out.

A good place for an unusual patient. My wife with dementia broke her hip and needed a place for rehab in a secure memory care unit. After searching among several options, I found this to be a good choice. The staff is knowledgable about the care of dementia patients, and the facility is attractive and comfortable. The marketing staff was especially helpful in explaining the routine and the program then intended to follow. There were no surprises, unlike other places we tried.

My Mom has only been there for 2 weeks, she has slowly transitioned into the routine. There are activities that she seems interested in and the activities coordinator has been inclusive and friendly. We originally toured the facility with Michael Rasmussan, who went above and beyond to ensure that our transition went smoothly. The facility is clean and the nurses and aids are friendly and helpful. The only glitch that I witnessed was their food service and selection. The eating area is lovely, but with 2 seating times, some residents waited longer than they wanted to for their meal...about 30 minutes or so. It was the nicest facility(out of five that I toured) and from the moment I walked in, the tour impressed me more than any other facility I had visited.

From the first day we visited the facility we felt it was warm, inviting, very friendly, both residents and staff. After visiting several others mom decided this was the place for her. She needed to sell her townhome in Colo so we went on the waiting list for a unit. One on the ground floor facing a courtyard became available within 6 weeks so we put down a deposit. She moved in 2 weeks ago and is very happy. The facility is friendly, helpful, clean, food is great. Though we were rather surprised to have to pay $47 for a second set of keys which seems rather steep and should have been communicated when we ordered them as we weren't told there would be a cost. We needed some closing documents notorized for the sale of mom's townhome and they sent a staff member to her unit to help us out. She even made copies for us. She hasn't had a chance to use many of the amenities yet as she is having trouble with her knee, but looks forward to the exercise classes and other activities offered.

It was very clean and it was very new but it was a lot more money.

I believe this community is better for senior living and assisted living.

I visited in June. Cottage is excellent option but too far from current home at this time.

The Fountains has a generous size apartment and the facilities, dining and activities programs are all very attractive. One challenge, if the resident needs assistance with basic catheter the service may not be available.

Rockland Place was a very nice community but it just did not have the level of care I needed for my loved one. Well they would have been able to care for her now but if she worsened she would have to move to a different community. They were on the pricey side but overall it was a very nice community.

When we looked into Rose Tree we really liked it but what lead me to choose another community was I was told they had previous issues with delivering and keeping the medications straight for the residents. The community is really nice and seemed like it was well maintained.

We chose Rose Tree Place because it was just so visually appealing, the inside looks like the inside of a cruise ship to me. My mother use to go on cruises a lot before so it really made it for an easy transition. We feel the value is good but we are not sure what all $5,000 gets us and what we are entitled to, we are sure once we start asking more question we will be a much better value in it. They offer lots of activities and my mother tries and goes to every one of them. During a couple of my visits we got to catch a couple of shows one was a pianist and another was a belly dancer. My mom did not want to leave when the belly dancer was there, even though it was my daughter’s recital. The food is good but a little too bland for my liking, I feel like it is good for someone of my mothers age, it is soft in texture. We feel that my mom is very safe and secure here. The staff is really friendly and with the exception of one or two they really are over the top friendly. We are very happy with our choice in Rose Tree Place, would recommend it to anyone.
