I toured here while I was looking into options. It was really nice. It was really big, and the hallways were long. I think it was bigger than she would have liked. There was a lot going on, and I think she would have been really overwhelmed.

Very nice property, with good amenities. The draw back is that the assisted living is completely separate from the Independent living, and is quite a walk, with some locked doors. So the best and largest part of the property is really geared to independent living. A good choice if we can't get into Atria.

We toured this community while looking into care options for a love done. Rose Tree Place seemed like a nice place overall, although not the best fit for our loved one. The facility itself was well kept and clean, and the staff seemed friendly and professional. Definitely worth a look if you're looking into care in the area!

I visited Rose Tree Place to inquire information for my 91 year old father. I was in touch with the Community Director Michael Rasmussen. Actually I've been speaking with Michael for over a year, as making this decision is not an easy one. He has been patient, and very understanding. Very easy to communicate with. I found the facility clean, bright, friendly, and updated. Everyone seemed very happy, and the staff quite helpful. Even though my father still remains in his own home, there is no doubt in my mind that Rose Tree Place will be my choice when the time comes to move him.

Overall it was an okay place. The workers did what they was suppose to but though they could have been more initiative to the residents. My loved was somewhat happy there just kind of boring and the food was alright. The did keep the rooms clean and smelling good.

My 75-year-old Father enjoyed his visit here. His only concern was location. The Fountains is a HUGE, beautiful place; a little expensive, $4650.00 per month for a studio, but worth it for what they offer. The location was too much out of town for my Father's taste.

I moved my mother from a different assisted living where she was not thriving at all, and where I was actually worried for her survival. Since getting her at Rose Tree Place things have completely turned around. I can't put my finger on it exactly what they are doing that has made the positive change, but they are very friendly and it is a very nice warm friendly place. I am very satisfied with Rose Tree Place and would highly recommend them.

Grace was a great tour guide, very helpful and informative.

Compared to other places we have evaluated, the value at The Fountains at La Cholla is very good. The only complaint that my mom has expressed is that when they go down for Sunday brunch, the line is so long. She is diabetic and by the time she sits down she is feeling the insulin reaction. They are really on top of taking good care of mom though. For example, she recently had a fall and they were right there to help her and to care for her afterwards.

My dad is at a level where he needs a little more supervision, and the staff is working as best they can to accommodate and help out wherever they can. We are very well pleased with their willingness to assist and communicate with us as we all strive together to give dad the best care possible.

Their move-in consultant was extremely helpful, they never got impatient with our multiple visits and questions, and everyone from the staff to the residents were helpful and welcoming. we are very happy we chose The Fountains for our mom.

Overall I liked this one a lot. I know a couple of people from my support group that are here. I like that they have the shadow boxes, and that the rooms are kept small. They have their main meal in the middle of the day, rather than at night. The dining room wasn't very nice, and could be more appealing.

We visited a couple of different communities when we were searching. We liked both of the places we saw. This was a little more affordable. They are clean and the staff is friendly. We are happy with our choice.

Overall things have gone very well at The Fountains! I'd give them high marks across the board! It's a nice looking place, and everyone here is very friendly. They also do a great job with the food!

So far so good with Rose Tree Place. Our loved one has had a little difficulty settling in, but the staff all seem like they are doing their best to help her get comfortable. The facility itself is very nice, and the apartments are beautiful!

So far so good, things seem to be working out well for us at Rose Tree Place. It's a nice looking community, they do a great job keeping everything clean and well kept. The staff have all been friendly, and very caring towards the residents.

My mother was at the Fountains for just over a year. The folks were good, the food excellent and I felt she was in a safe and friendly environment. I would recommend others to consider the Fountains.

It's been fine so far. The thing that surprised me is that everyone warned me about difficulty in the transition, and there wasn't any it was very seamless. That goes to their credit, they are considerate and aware of that and sensitive to it.

I think it’s overall pretty good. I haven’t tried the food, but my loved one doesn’t seem to like the food. We had issues at the being with getting our loved one integrated. After we expressed our concerns they reached out to encourage her.

We really liked the apartments here and felt they would work. However with the additional nursing cost felt it would be too difficult for me to get there as often as I would like to defer some of the costs. Still keeping it as a top choice.
