The heart and soul of Waltonwood lies not in the physical space alone rather in the staff who plans, organizes and facilitates the multitudes of excursions, activities, services, sporting events, professional arena shows and on-site entertainment of every variety for residents to enjoy. The food preparation and quality here are unparalleled and planned by our on-site professional chief with particular attentions to quality of taste and nutrition. The activities director coordinates multiple activities available for most every hour of the day. Most importantly on a personal level, I feel safe, secure and well cared for living here. I recommend Waltonwood most enthusiastically to anyone needing a little help while aging.

I would recommend to other families. It was a really wonderful experience. We were both in the independent and assisted living communities and my mom loved her time there. We picked this community, because of the gorgeous rooms and facilities, and the location.

Waltonwood - Cary has been very easy to work with - sensitive to all of our needs and individual situation. My parents love the food, the socialization, the activities and the grounds, apartments and amenities are beautiful. I felt peaceful and safe while visiting and the entire facility is clean. All of the staff and physical therapists and occupational therapists are wonderful and very engaging. They remember everything and that is so meaningful.

We picked this community, because they had a huge incentive going. It's a very nice place. They have caring administration. It's lots of community, and opportunities for engaging with other residents.

The one thing that made Waltonwood University stand out was the feelings we got while there. Everyone was truly caring. It radiated from them. The other places...were fine but they were doing their jobs. Truly the difference. My brother has been in the hospital and rehab the past couple of weeks. I can tell he misses WW by the statements that he makes. That means everything to us!

The staff members at Waltonwood University are great! Our mom is happy and safe! We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

My loved one is a resident at Waltonwood Cherry Hill and everything has been great. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. We didn't even feel the need to tour any other facilities, this one was that great. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to others.

Waltonwood is very comparable to another community except for the cost, was much higher than the other communities we looked at and this was the downfall for us.

My loved one was there only a couple of months and it was only adjusting time although they did seem to feel comfortable and was meeting people. I would recommend it to others for their loved ones. It's too bad my loved one wasn't around long enough to fully enjoy the community.

The cleanliness got a 3 because there is a lot of construction going on at the moment. Based off of our personal experience, I would recommend Waltonwood - Cary to others who are looking.

I went to the open house and the food served was wonderful. Wow what a treat. The plants to take home were great as well Cannot wait to use my free dinner coupon. P and R

My parents moved in at a crucial time and my mother required back surgery one week after the move. The staff helped us get them in and the support services like home care and physical therapy were arranged quickly. Everything they need other than some medical specialists is right there in their building.

I have visited Waltonwood Twelve Oaks for a number of years to give presentations for the residents. I see an effort by the staff to provide positive activities for the residents, teaching, and providing entertainment, comfort and care.

We give all above categories 5 stars, we really like the attitude of the staff and it is an outstanding physical plants. Given the chance we would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I toured this facility and it was great! They had great room options, great staff, and are in a great location. However, they are more on the expensive side.

This was a beautiful community. It was too big and more than we wanted to spend.

Rating for all categories is a very strong 5 out of 5. (Name removed) in sales is an amazing person. Late at night, she drove in to sit with me when my loved one was passing. Very caring staff, continually coming in to see what they could do for my loved one (like keeping his lips moistened, etc). When he was brought there by ambulance, his room was completely ready. They had unpacked his boxes, displayed his mementos on his bookshelves, shelved his books, made up his bed. Each night, the staff brought in a phone so that my loved one could hear his son's voice. Daytime staff did, too. The food is just delicious. They graciously offered me dinner, even though my loved one was bedridden. They have a move in coordinator who is always available.

We chose Waltonwood Lakeside because it is very conveniently located to us. When we went in we loved the feel, it felt clean, open and everyone was friendly. Very bright and airy atmosphere. The apartment sizes are pretty nice, they have a 2 bedroom so it is a bit bigger. I would recommend Waltonwood Lakeside to others.

We picked because this community because, they offer different levels of care such as asssited living, independent living, and memory care. I also felt like the facility, and what they offered was among the best. In addition, I have known other families and residents at Waltonwood, who have had a good experience. The staff is very exceptional, considerate and caring. My only suggestion, is that they improve the quality of food. Overall, I would recommend to other families.
