We chose The Ashford because it was recommended to us, we did get to tour it and for what you get in terms of cost, they were heads above the rest. The room sizes here are very large, spacious, and open. They have a lot of natural light and a lot of them have balconies. I have eaten here myself and the food is excellent. They have a dining room with leather bound menus and a chef and nutritionist on site. They have a great selection and can accommodate people if they don't like what is on the menu. The staff members here went above and beyond for our family, I would and have recommended them.

They were very nice. They took good care of my dad. The food was very good. The layout of the community and room sizes are good. They have outdoor patio for residents to use. The staff was wonderful. They kept me updated on my dad's activities.

They have a very caring staff. They are willing to hear suggestions and make changes. My parents have been very happy there. My dad commented that staff is always smiling. The layout of the community and the rooms are good.

Very happy with the community. I like the cleanliness. It does not feel like an Assisted Living or senior housing community. My father in law calls it his hotel. They like the food. They have a lot of floor plans. They have a lot of common areas for them to use and us as a family to utilize.They are keeping them very safe with the Covid virus.

Really liked this facility. Had lunch there and enjoyed the cooking and company. Residents seemed happy. Could do PD and keep Mini, mom's dog.

They saved me so much time and stress by doing all the leg work for me! They asked me everything needed to help find the right fit for the mom and recommended oakleaf almost immediately! My friends mom has been living there now for a couple months and loves it! She’s making friends, participating in all kinds of fun activities, and is quite happy and has peace of mind. I ultimately thank God for connecting me to place for mom, and secondly , I thank this wonderful help! I highly recommend it to any and everyone looking for a home for their loved one. [Name removed] gave us a tour of The Ashford. My wife and I liked the atmosphere there very well. The residents were happy and interactive with both staff and other residents. We toured during the lunch time and were able to observe meal time intereactions, which were very positive. The studio rooms were spatious with a variety of floor plans. We were shown a few different styles and all were well layed out. My mother likes to read and we were pleasantly surprised to find a well-stocked library with large print books for her to select from. Althouth the meal offerings weren't as extensive as we found at Pinebrook, there was plenty of selection and options to choose from.

Loved this place! So bright and spacious! Love the lay out. This may be the one for convenience sake. I could see her do happy here....

Wonderful campus and friendly staff.

My husband and I took a tour at Oakleaf Village in Sylvania, Ohio. [Name removed] gave us a great tour of the facility, refreshments, and knowledge. She answered our questions and were pleased by her personality! We spent 1 1/2hours with her who made us feel welcome. Even though we are not ready to live in assisted living, it gave us an idea how Oakleaf Village Facility is functioning. Doing a great job and Thanks! [Name removed]

You really need to come by and visit the place, give it the once or twice over, meet the staff, even the maintenance folks, and you will agree with me, this place is absolutely fantastic!!!!!

My husband lived there for 5 years and was treated kindly. The meals were very tasty. Lots of activities going on to interest folks. I would live there if I had to. I've been volunteering there going on 4 years now. I look forward to going in every time. Staff is "special".

We are very pleased with the care and friendliness of the staff at Oakleaf. My mother is 97 years old and she has a studio apt. on the 1st floor. The staff are so nice and encouraging. I am so happy that we decided on Oakleaf.

Oakleaf village is a great place! The staff is very nice and my mother is receiving the appropriate level of care. There are plenty activities and many entertainment options available.

Oakleaf Village is a very warm, inviting environment. The residents appear very happy and the staff is very friendly. Many activities for residents to choose. I'm very happy with the choice we made for Independent Living at Oakleaf Village.

My mom is doing pretty well here and she is still getting settled in. The staff are really nice and great. They are motivating my mom to become more active. I like they are supportive of her during this time. The residents seem really happy and I have seen them gathered together talking to each other. They have activities and they invite my mom every other day. I would recommend this community and they accept Medicaid.

We have found Oakleaf Village to be the best possible solution for the needs of taking care of my 95 year old father. He has found people his own age that he can talk to about the good old days in an environment that is homey and friendly. The staff are very helpful and always around to help out if needed without being overbearing. I have told my family; that when the time comes, I would like to go live there as well. I have recommended to anyone that will listen that Oakleaf Village is the place to go for Assisted Living.
