Atria Windsor Woods is a fabulous place to spend your retirement years especially if you are slowly losing your independence. The staff and residencees are great. They are both friendly and helpful. A great example is an incident that took place today. Our manager, Joel, saw that the front desk was backing up and needed help. He came out of his office to see if he could help. I happened to be next in line, so I told him that I needed to have a chair moved from my apt. to another person's apt. as I had an extra rolling chair that I wasn't using and the other person, who is 95 and legally blind could use it to move closer to her tv. He volunteered to move it right then and did so. He is a great manager. Many people in his position would have stayed in their office and never lifted a finger to help. The other staff members may see someone struggling and offer help. I am very happy here.

Atria in St. Matthews has been a real blessing for our family. It is certainly pricey, (but I think most places are). If you are financially able, I think it is money well spent. The staff members at all levels are courteous and really seem to care about the residents. The other residents have been warm and welcoming, and the food is great. It is very stressful to move a loved one from home into assisted living, but it is MUCH easier for everyone involved when they get to move into such a nice place.

My parents recently moved into assisted living at Atria. I am quite sure they are comparing this experience to being on a cruise. Fine food, fun people and lots of events. The staff couldn't be more helpful or more friendly. They have a one bedroom deluxe apartment which has given them lots of room for their favorite furniture. They are very happy which is a great relief for me.

My 96 year old aunt moved to Appletree Court a year ago and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. From the moment you walk through the front door and throughout the place you feel a special level of caring and kindness from every person you meet. My aunt consistently tells me how ‘special’ the staff make her feel. She often expresses how ‘good’ the caregivers are at what they do. Appletree is privately owned and many of the staff members are long time employees. It’s obvious the facility is managed by an incredible team. I highly recommend you visit Appletree Court where you can see and feel the difference the wonderful people make in this fabulous place!

The Hearth is a safe,clean and well maintained community with a great staff.I could not have found a better place for my mom.She now call this her home,loves the food,ans the girls who take care of her daily.The community Relations Directors,Cheri Anderson and Emily Birchall, were great.thank you to Cheri for meeting with me initially and taking time to answer my questions.Very Special Thanks to Emily for going above and beyond to make my mom feel welcomed.Thank you to Tommy for his hard work and to Brittany and all the girls who continue to take great care of my mom.

My dad is doing really good at Brookdale. The community is kept clean inside and out. The food tastes good and they offer a variety of healthy choices. They offer a variety of activities. I wanted to thank A Place for Mom as they are a good service for people that do not know where to start.

My mother-in-law moved into this facility in December 2015 and it has been the answer to our prayers. The staff is very caring and treats each of the residents with the utmost respect. They really get to know not only the residents, but their families as well. We are always greeted when we arrive and given a summary of how my mother-in-law is doing that day. When she needs something, their response time is excellent and they take the time to make certain that she gets whatever she is requesting as well as anything else she might need. We have never been to visit her without someone checking on her every 30-45 minutes to make sure she is well. The facility is always clean and does not smell like a "nursing home." We toured a lot of places before finding Appletree Court, but I can't imagine my mother-in-law being anywhere else.

Mom has been there a little over a week. Food is great, they keep her busy, very nice one bedroom unit with balcony. Every body is very nice and helpful, and they project such a good feeling that my aunt is going to move in next month. One more thing it was cheaper then where she was.

Great facility with people who care about residents. I have recommended this establishment to several people .Emily,Cheri are great,as well as Elizabeth at front desk and Tommy in nursing.We love Jade,The Dr.there also!

I 've lived here 3 months now and everything is going well.Our staff is well trained.I'am impressed with how they remember our names.

I have lived here on my second year,I love it.The employees are very friendly and helpful.The nurses are great.The food is great.i had lived in a retirement center before this and there is no comparison.This is the best.

The staff and facilities at Brookdale are wonderful! The people made my dad feel welcome and appreciated. He is loving all the new friends he has made with the residents. Thanks for helping make this difficult transition as smooth as possible.

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff.My father is impressed as am I with everyone here!.We have had nothing but good experiences for over a year!My dads first experience with assisted living has been nothing short of amazing.

I took a tour of this community and saw many things happening. There were plenty of activities going on and we even got to join in on a party. I liked all the staff that I met and my tour guide was on time and focus on my questions. It was very nice and maintained through out the community and I got a good experience on this tour.

I have my mom living at this community and she is doing good and happy. The place is very clean and even have a cleaning company come to clean her room once a week. The food is fresh and tasty but I will there could be a little variety. From the beginning the manager made my mom feel important and practically gave her the tour. The staff are wonderful, personable and don't treat her like another resident. I also like that there is a physician that makes house calls if needed. I definitely would recommend this great community.

The staff is kind and housekeeping keeps everything clean.The Hearth has some good food here.I enjoy it.The entertainment is great each week and I get to play and sing with some of them.

I love playing pool with the guys on Friday afternoon.We play each week.The activity housekeeping staff cares about our needs and help us when we need it.The food is good here enjoy the company.
