wow! this place is fantastic for seniors. my sister and i visited many facilities and when we left appletree court we both said this is it. the staff from top to bottom are very nice and helpful. you can tell every time you visit how well the facility is run and my mom always talked about how good the food is. first class facility.

Excellent facility! Nice and compassionate staff. The neat thing about Brookdale West End is their ability to priovide continuum of care at different life stages. For example, the "cross over community" located on campus is great should your love one develop early stage dementia at a point in their stay and need more hands on care to perform normal activities of daily living. Instead of having to move your family member to a new facility to accommodate their needs, you would simply move them to another area/apartment on campus with staff and amenities to meet your loved ones needs. Should your loved one need total memory care help, this facility can accommodate those needs as well. Impressive! The population is a more senior scene in age, I would guess that many of the residents are in their 80s or 90s but still pretty active. A lot of activities are planned for the residents if they choose to participate. You don't have to be a social butterfly to fit in here. Very laid back community with a warm, fuzzy, friendly environment from both staff and residents alike. I would recommend this facility to family and friends!

I visited Atria Springdale today. I was taken on a tour of the homelike facility by Amber and Audria. I viewed various rooms in a real-time setting. The staff that I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The tenants added their personal touch to their doors and apartments, just as I would do at home. It was so clean and fresh. It’s a place I think anyone would enjoy living.

This is a great place for families to get great care. The food is great and they do offer alot of great activities to everyone. The staff is wonderful and caring. The community is very clean and well taken care of. This community comes highly recommend for good care.

My Mom and my Dad have been living at Appletree Court Assisted Living now for almost 2 years. We looked for a very wonderful place for my parents to make their new home, after living in their own home for such a long time. I did all my homework in looking high and low for that exceptional place. Having to take care of my parents was all very new to me at the time. I did not know then what I know now, but I am continually grateful we made the decision and chose Appletree Court. I feel they get exceptional care. The caregivers and the staff are always cheerful and the facility is always very clean and cared for. I love seeing them interact with their friends that they have made since moving there. My dad had to be away for a bit in rehab after an illness and all he longed for was to be back at Appletree. They both call it “Home”. I really can’t say enough about my peace of mind knowing that my parents are happy, safe and are taken care of in such an extremely wonderful way in a beautiful caring environment. We are so thankful we found this wonderful place. Thank you so much Appletree Court!

This was good for me. They seemed to answer my questions on the tour. They were nice to meet with. It seemed like the other communities and not as homey as we would like.

I moved my mother into Appletree in early September from an independent living apartment complex. We very happy with Appletree. The staff is very caring and attentive.

I did a tour at this community. The staff was really nice and caring. They were able to answer all of my questions on the community. it was clean and well taken care of. This would be a nice community for families to move into.

I was welcomed with a sime of a wonderful staff. It was a pleasing feeling. It has been a big change for me but they made me feel great. Everyone is helpful and willing to help in any way

We are happy with this community. They have a good menu available. They have activities are always available. I would recommend this for a clean enviroment with good care for others.

Atria Windsor Woods is a fabulous place to spend your retirement years especially if you are slowly losing your independence. The staff and residencees are great. They are both friendly and helpful. A great example is an incident that took place today. Our manager, Joel, saw that the front desk was backing up and needed help. He came out of his office to see if he could help. I happened to be next in line, so I told him that I needed to have a chair moved from my apt. to another person's apt. as I had an extra rolling chair that I wasn't using and the other person, who is 95 and legally blind could use it to move closer to her tv. He volunteered to move it right then and did so. He is a great manager. Many people in his position would have stayed in their office and never lifted a finger to help. The other staff members may see someone struggling and offer help. I am very happy here.

My mom's encounter has been going just fine. The staff and caregivers interact with my mom in a nice way and it has been easy for me to get into contact with anyone here. I believe the meals are good for my mom because she has not complained yet. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

Atria in St. Matthews has been a real blessing for our family. It is certainly pricey, (but I think most places are). If you are financially able, I think it is money well spent. The staff members at all levels are courteous and really seem to care about the residents. The other residents have been warm and welcoming, and the food is great. It is very stressful to move a loved one from home into assisted living, but it is MUCH easier for everyone involved when they get to move into such a nice place.

My parents recently moved into assisted living at Atria. I am quite sure they are comparing this experience to being on a cruise. Fine food, fun people and lots of events. The staff couldn't be more helpful or more friendly. They have a one bedroom deluxe apartment which has given them lots of room for their favorite furniture. They are very happy which is a great relief for me.

I am very happy with the care and my mom is too. She is in the memory care and I like the way everyone treats my mom and I. It's a wonderful place and it is kept clean. I have had lunch and i thought it was wonderful and I was impressed. My mom is able to do gardening in the garden house in the memory care. Kevin, a guest, sings for the residents and they truly enjoy the show. I absolutely would recommend them and move-in myself when the time comes.

So much is offered to assist their clients. A happy and comfortable home like setting.

My 96 year old aunt moved to Appletree Court a year ago and we couldn’t be happier with the decision. From the moment you walk through the front door and throughout the place you feel a special level of caring and kindness from every person you meet. My aunt consistently tells me how ‘special’ the staff make her feel. She often expresses how ‘good’ the caregivers are at what they do. Appletree is privately owned and many of the staff members are long time employees. It’s obvious the facility is managed by an incredible team. I highly recommend you visit Appletree Court where you can see and feel the difference the wonderful people make in this fabulous place!

The Hearth is a safe,clean and well maintained community with a great staff.I could not have found a better place for my mom.She now call this her home,loves the food,ans the girls who take care of her daily.The community Relations Directors,Cheri Anderson and Emily Birchall, were great.thank you to Cheri for meeting with me initially and taking time to answer my questions.Very Special Thanks to Emily for going above and beyond to make my mom feel welcomed.Thank you to Tommy for his hard work and to Brittany and all the girls who continue to take great care of my mom.

My dad is doing really good at Brookdale. The community is kept clean inside and out. The food tastes good and they offer a variety of healthy choices. They offer a variety of activities. I wanted to thank A Place for Mom as they are a good service for people that do not know where to start.
