I was hesitant to move my mother in to any Assisted Living facility during these uncertain Covid-19 times, but after working with [name removed] and the wonderful individuals at Atria I knew mom would be in good hands. They are so great in helping out since I can’t visit right now, and arrange times for me to drive up and see her. They also help her with an iPad so we can video chat all the time! It’s nice knowing she’s being well taken care of.

We chose the Lodge at Aspen Village because it was close to my home, we liked the facility it was nice and modern, and the staff was very friendly. The room sizes here are good. I would want people to know this facility is clean and nice and you will get good care here. I would recommend it to a friend or family member.

It looked like a beautiful place. My aunt has dementia and they were not able to manage her care needs. I live out of state and was not able to help. I ended up having to move her to live with me in my state. I was not a good fit for us.

Traditions of Smyrna offers quality care and good service. The room sizes and layout of the community were great. The food was good. They have an outdoor space for residents to use. Overall it has been a positive experience.

My mom is in the memory care and I wish they would have more one-on-one activities. The community is very nice, the people are very responsive, they have good care. I think they are very responsible with the residents and great responses for the family. They are willing to accommodating visits through windows now due to COVID. If I call my mom and sometimes she forgets to charge her phone, they help my mom make a call to me.

The nurses are top rate. They help the resident and the family. Everyone is friendly and caring. It is a really good place. The room sizes were very spacious. The layout was easy for a resident to maneuver and it was not confusing. I never worried about my mom, I knew she was getting top-rate care.

My elderly parents moved to Atria Springdale nearly 5 years ago looking for a place they could truly call home while enjoying activities and receiving the daily assistance they needed, no longer able to care for a home and needing daily assistance. It is a smaller facility, large enough to provide varied activities but small enough to be warm and more like large family community. Mom and Dad felt the friendliness of the staff and the home-like feel of the building when we first toured the facility and Atria truly became their Home. They allow pets-this was a necessity because Mom and Dad could not give up Kitty! From the Director to the Aides, everyone is truly caring and always smiling and interacting with the residents on a personal level. They get to know each individual as a person, and cater to everyone’s individual interests as best they can. They have a resident council helping plan activities. They encourage families to be involved and participate in activities. When Mom transitioned to the Life Guidance Memory Unit, which we anticipated, and is conveniently located in the building and easy for Dad to walk to visit her, the staff was extremely supportive of Dad and of me in helping us during that difficult time. And of course they take excellent care of Mom in her confused state with such patience and specialized activities for dementia residents. They try to keep residents involved in activities they previously enjoyed, like art, music or gardening. [Name removed] the Director, [name removed] the nurse, [name removed] the Activities Director, [name removed] Director in Life Guidance, and all of the staff is always ready to talk and listen to my concerns and assist in any way they can. During these difficult Covid times they have communicated frequently and prioritized keeping residents safe and healthy, and done so many creative things to try to keep the residents’ spirits up while under lockdown, and done their best to keep them thinking and moving and helping the residents stay in touch with family with FaceTime and Zoom. I cannot recommend the Atria Springdale community enough. They are Family.

My father and I have been so blessed by Atria Springdale. From day 1, they have been an answer to prayer. My mother was dying when I had to, rather suddenly, move my father into Atria. They had one day's notice and they welcomed him with open arms and made every effort to make it as comfortable of a process as possible. What could have been a very horrible situation, turned into a beautiful transition for him. He has been there for a little over 3 years now and he has been so well cared for and loved. He suffers with Dementia and had to move from Assisted Living to Life Guidance a year ago and that transition was also amazingly smooth! The Resident Services Director, [name removed], has been so hands on and on top of it from the very beginning...she puts her heart and soul into her work and truly cares for each resident. I have such an appreciation and respect for the caregivers and staff who work there...they are all heroes in my eyes and I am extremely thankful for their hard work and care. I highly recommend Atria. It truly has been a place my dad feels happy and comfortable in and I feel thankful he can call it Home.

My mother has been residing at Atria Springdale for two years and we couldn't ask for a better living environment for her. She is wheelchair bound and her apartment is very accessible, which gives her independence. They have the best staff around....all caring and hard working. They always make Mom feel "at home". Atria Springdale offers many social activities daily and provides delicious meals. As a family member, I have great comfort knowing my mother is safe and treated well! Also, the staff does a great job communicating with families on what is going on in the community. I highly recommend Atria Springdale for your senior family member!

My 80 year Aunt had a stroke and after rehab required assisted living. A search and interview of several facilities brought us to the highly recommended Atria at Springdale. The staff is remarkable. My Aunt can be difficult and the staff is extremely patient with her and make every effort to make her comfortable. As my Aunt has lost use of her left side, the head nurse in working with physical therapy have made improvements to her function. I highly recommend Atria at Springdale for your elderly love ones.

I'm not exaggerating with all the stars on my ratings, if I did not feel they were "great," you would know it. My family, along with my mom of course, checked out a lot of places for Mom and by far, Atria was the best, hands down. I Googled what to look for when choosing an assisted living place and they passed every check point. I made a point of watching how their staff interacted with the residents, I checked for dust, the restroom was spotless, no odors in the hall way like many of the places we checked out. We had lunch there and it was great! I've eaten there a few other times as well and have never been disappointed. They have a Chef, Su Chef and even a pastry chef; it's no wonder the food is so good. I highly recommend Atria!

I have called Atria Elizabethtown home for the past five years. When I first came here it was a hard time leaving behind all that I had worked for. But once I got here everyone made me feel so welcomed. I have made friends. The staff is always so helpful, anytime I ask for help they are right there. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a new home to come here. They will treat you like family from day one.

Atria is the best facility around! We love the staff, services and activities!

My family is extremely happy with the care and attention my mom receives at Atria Park., During this pandemic when we can't visit her, they have set up FaceTime and Skype sessions so we can still see her and recently added Window visits where we can visit with her without entering the building while still social distancing. I also appreciate the creative ways the staff keeps the residents entertained. Atria Park is a special place!

The place looks like it could do a good job of making sure I had a good life. I still have to decide whether I want to move at all from my current home - which is very similar to Brookdale's resources. The tour guide ([name removed]) was very pleasant and informative.

The community was always very clean. My mother was in the memory care unit and the staff were excellent. They were very communicative with us about her care and gave us regular updates. They were also always open to our questions. They did have activities available for the residents, however given the varying abilities of the individual residents, it was difficult at times to get all of them to engage. We definitely thought Brickmont was a good value. We would recommend Brickmont to anyone!

My mother is very happy here. The staff is very responsive to the residents and the family. If there is anything I need to bring to my mother, they are happy to accommodate. They are all very friendly. They know all the residents personally and are very attentive to the needs of the residents. They are very respectful as well. They also make sure to get to know the residents personally. Normally, they do have actives available for the memory care residents that are specific to accommodating with difficulties relating to memory loss, but they would be willing to accommodate for whatever the resident's preferences are. The food is good and well balanced, my mother has never complained.

They have done an outstanding job during the Covid-19 pandemic and have kept everything very clean and disinfected. The staff does seem to be a little short handed. It would also be nice if they could spend a little more time to spend with each of the residents. My mother complains about the food quite often. The activities are pretty good.

At Brookdale Pleasant Hills they allow parents to keep their independence and grow new friendships. This is the happiest I have seen my mom since my step father passed away. It is a great place. My mom likes the food, no longer has to buy groceries.

When we first went to visit, my aunt fell in love with the community and didn't want to look anywhere else. That day, she decided on moving forward with her decision to move in to the Atria. The staff have been so concerned with my aunt and they call me all of the time with the different strategies they have to work with her more effectively. I have been really pleased with that. Initially, she really liked the food, but now she says it's overcooked and has no taste. I have to say that, personally, with I have eaten there, I thought the food was fine.
