So far I have been satisfied with Tiffany Springs Senior Living and I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Overall, the facility is clean. I believe due to staffing shortages, to some people it is just a job and they lack the empathy needed in a facility of this type. Their food much improved after changing food services. They probably could have more activities. Tiffany is at the top of the scale for what we would want to pay. Their services to residents lack in cleaning apartments well enough.

My loved one is currently a resident at Morningside of Sterling and overall her experience at this facility has been very good. The staff has been great. The meals are very good. The cleanliness and quality of care are good. I think the value for cost is very good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Everyone is really great to work with. Super nice and helpful. The food is really limited and not great. But I would still recommend Brenden Gardens. I think the 2 bedroom apartment is great for one person, but the one bedroom is really small. This makes it more expensive for just one person.

The reason why we picked Overland Park Place is because of the price, that was one of the main reasons, it was one of the cheapest we had found. However our loved one is on the basement level which has flooded with a recent storm. I think it has happened a few times in the past but the root of the problem has not been solved yet.

I can't think of any adverse issues. If there are any they get positively resolved quickly. I'm more than satisfied with my place/room size wise. There are some who decide otherwise after moving in but they either get moved to something they're more happy about or just stay. Amenities are more than sufficient for me as I couldn't attend all of the activities if I wanted to, and the other amenities are plenty bountiful. When I moved into my place, after a day or two I discovered that one of the two A/C units wasn't cooling the room and it sounded noisy. After contacting maintenance, it was almost immediately replaced with a brand new one.

The staff is very nice and the Aides are dependable and get medications to the residents, even when they are out late! I think they are having trouble keeping a housekeeper. The common areas seem to get cleaned, but the individual apartments, not so much. The meals are very good. My dad especially enjoys them. My parents wanted Independent Living, but we felt that they needed more help. This place is a great compromise. It's not perfect, but we're all pretty happy with it. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

We toured River Crossing when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. This facility was nice. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. However, it was too far from home for us although we wanted 2 bedrooms.

We toured Five Star Residences of Fort Wayne and we loved the facility itself! It's very nice! However, our tour guide seemed pushy to us and also gave us some wrong information.

In general, the staff at The Forum at the Crossing are very respectful, kind and patient. Based off of our personal experience, I would definitely recommend this facility to other families who are searching.

Our family had an in person tour with Brandon Woods and we thought the overall tour experience as well as the community was good but for our loved one it was just going to be too large.

The meals and service of the meals is not so good. There are lots of complaints from the residents in regard to bad meals and service (long waits for food). It is a very nice community and all the residents there are nice, friendly and help each other. Our loved one also really enjoys the activities. With that area of improvement we would recommend the Sugar Grove community to other families.

Everyone was so very helpful and kind. Overall, they have been very attentive and helpful to my dad. I don't worry about him anymore because I know someone is there to help him. The cost versus value is good. Most other communities are more expensive.

My loved one is not thrilled with the meals and says that they are 'bland.' Otherwise, things are good for her at this facility. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I base my answers partly on how my sister feels about being there. Staffing and care depends on who is there. She says there are some really good care givers, others not so much. Those that I have met seem very nice and helpful, which may be the ones she appreciates that are there. Food seems to be an issue with her. Think she determines how good it is on how much better my cooking is, lol. She has said the chicken always gives her diarrhea, so she tries not to have that. To me when I've been there at meal time, it usually looks good and smells good. But I know food is usually most people's complaint. Not sure if she can choose from a separate menu or not? She's not much of a people person so activities she refuses to partake in. Overall cost for what she gets, I feel it's pretty reasonable. Due to her care level -3- she needs assistance for toilet and bathing. They do her laundry weekly and clean her room. I have no complaints regarding what they have to do for her and know her personality is not always pleasant, so they probably deserve what they get paid to deal with her type of patient. My overall assessment of The Village is I think it's a great place! I referred my good friend to get her mom moved there and think she is far more pleased with them than where she was. I'm happy my sister is there and overall ok with this as a good place for her to be.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Make the residents feel welcome and nice small community. My mom says that the food isn't seasoned well and they need better choices. A lot of the baking items are very dry. Soups are too thick. The residents need more variety of choices.

I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I toured this facility and I considered them as an option. However, they did not have a washer/dryer unit in the room which was a requirement of my mom.

Overall it has been a pretty decent and positive experience. The grounds are really well kept from what we can see and they are updating the interior of the building.

We didn't like the setup for walking her dog at Brenden Gardens. Too far to walk from the apt and the ground slopes without handrails to assist her getting back into the building.
