I was able to tour this property and I did like the staff. They were helpful and friendly and answered all my questions. I just felt that the community was a little smaller than we were looking for. The residents here seemed to be enjoying themselves.

My mom is getting great care with this community. The staff is excellent and caring. The food is good and appealing and a good variety. Rooms are clean and a beautiful environment . Alot of activities to enjoy to stay active. I would recommend this for good care for loved ones.

This is a nice community and our tour went very well. The community from what I saw looked nice, everything is neat and tidy. The staff was kind and helpful. We just didn't think this was the community for us, but our tour was decent.

Pros: great location, close to shopping and medical. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are large. Good variety of food. Common areas are clean and attractive. Cons: not enough laundry machines Door jams are hard to push walkers over. Showers all have 3-4 inch lips.

My mother moved here fairly recently. She likes it and already feels at home. She enjoys the meals. The food is well prepared, not too salty, but a bit heavy on corn and mashed potatoes. A little more green vegetables and leafy greens in the salads would be a welcome addition. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's obvious they care about the residents. There are plenty of activities for those who enjoy them. The apartments are clean and spacious. I feel my mother is secure and well taken care of, and is able to be as independent as she can be. I'm very glad she is happy and comfortable, and look forward to more time to spend time with her in her new home.

My mother loves it here at this community and I am happy with the choice to move her here. The community is spotless and my mother room is always clean and smells good. The care givers are wonderful they do a very good job caring for my mother. There are some activities she got a facial one time. The food is amazing and really good. We had a few problems with billing and they are slow with getting information to you from the main office.

My mother is doing fairly well and getting acclimated. I would say their level of care seems to meet her needs. I would recommend Carriage Court. I would suggest families work closely with the staff who does the original assessment to make sure it goes correctly. They do a lot of activities there, she does participate in some and I'm sure will do more in the future. She likes the live music, bingo, church service. She is eating well there.

So far, things have gone well at Walden Place. The staff is nice and pleasant and the facility itself is clean. Overall, things are fine and we have not had any complaints with the facility or the staff.

It's definitely going to take some time for Mom to adjust but she's getting there. Since she's moved in she's made some friends and participating in the activities which I've encouraged her to do. The staff have been friendly but there are a few that could use an attitude adjustment. Since Mom moved in there have been a few minor things that have concerned me but I can't say that I wouldn't recommend.

Everything is very nice there. Very clean, bright and cheery. Thomas and Cory are very kind, friendly and helpful. My Mom feel in love with it and is planning on moving in.

It's nice. The only complaint I would have is their transport vehicle is only available from 9-1. The food is a little bland, but it's not horrible. It's clean and the people are pretty friendly. Only because of the timing limitations for transportation, I would give them a strong four.

So far it's been wonderful. Their food is excellent, it's really good. The people are extremely friendly. It's been a good move. They are so new, they are still working on the activities in the memory care. But so far we are really happy with them.

Overall our experience with Carriage Court has been a good one. The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff seems friendly and caring. I looked at a few options in the area and Carriage Court seemed to provide a good balance for what they charge and the level of service they provide. My loved one seems to be enjoying herself here!

It's a little smaller than we had hoped for, but I think it will work out. It's clean and the people are nice. It's just a little different of an atmosphere than a place that is more apartment like. I think she will be happy there.

Overall, it is a warm and friendly place. It is kept clean. The services are good, to what my level of need is, which is independent. However, the food needs a lot of improvement. In fact, I had a conversation with the administrator and the food manager today over that issue. It isn't so much that the food is bland, but the quality needs improvement, particularly the salad bar. The service at the dining room also needs improvements. Another area are the bus service that it is offered. It should be available 7 days a week at no extra charge.

At The Parkway Senior Living he is having trouble with the staff. We moved him in before they were ready to open. A lot of the issues had to do with that I think. Next year I may have a completely different review.

Mom is pretty pleased at The Gardens at Arkanshire. Recently she did mention that the cleaning lady that came to clean her room only stayed for about two minutes. That doesn't seem to be to thorough to me. That's the only complaint that I have really.

Its a very nice facility. It is very clean. The people here are wonderful. The staff and residents are kind. They are caring and helpful. My loved one is very comfortable and happy here. They could improve on their activities. Other than that, everything has been going great. I would recommend the Montvale Estates if your in the Springfield area. This is a very nice community. Everything has been going smoothly.

The food is very individualized and it somewhat okay. Overall I would give them a four. I don't really have any complaints. The care services could be a little better and the cleanliness could too.
