I am really very pleased with the care my brother is receiving I am more than confident we made the right choice. He really likes being where he is settled in and quite content.he is doing some of the activities they offer not a lot but he is doing more than where he previously lived.The food is pretty good if he doesn't like it he has the option of sending it back and asking for something else. He is allowed to have food in his room which makes is better so his fridge is stocked with food I bring him. The staff is very friendly and nice here.I would recommend this community

I have no complaints about how things had went for my tour at this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I thought the overall experience was pleasant it was just not the right location for our family in the end decision.

This community is very nice however it was not in the desired area we were looking at. We liked the community a lot it was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and nice. It seemed to offer a lot of things in the area of activities and amenities.

I toured this community for my mom. We liked the staff and the menu. The community did not feel like it offerer a nice atmosphere. They offered activities. We would suggest a tour for other families.

This community was nice however we didn't think it was going to be a good fit for my mom. The community is on the smaller size and there didn't seem to be as many activities than others we had toured. We were also thinking more down the road and thinking if mom needed more care than it would be better for us to move her to a continuing care community versus just a assisted living community.

Both of my parents have recently made the move into this community and so far things are going well for them both. They are getting settled in and adapting into there new living environment that has been the perfect fit for them so far. The staff have been helpful to there needs and I like that the nurses are on top of things when it comes to there health. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and we have been pleased with how things have gone so far.

We just got there and they are working with us , the family, and there are no real problems. Because of the hurricane they evacuated the residents and my uncle has been home for 2 weeks. He has been wondering when he can return to the community. He was doing good as expected while at the community. They were helped with medication, drove him to doctor appointments, and they work well with his Physical Therapist. It is great for me so I can meet him at his appointments. The staff have been keeping up with me and they are kind, caring, and calm. It is small enough to get to know the family. So far things have been okay. He likes the meals and he goes and gets it from the dining room.

We really liked Cherryvale Place community. It is a very nice facility. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. It had a good feel to the atmosphere. All of our family members could not agree at the time of where was the best place for our loved one, but this community was top on my list.

Dad seems to be slowly adjusting to the Highlander Place. It has been hard losing his independence and the way he was accustom to living his life. Right now we are working with the community and trying to get some clarity on their point system and how they charge based on the services they actually provide. The staff does their best to assist him when he needs their help. He seems to like the meals that they serve. They provide transportation for the residents for weekly shopping trips and dad has started to join them on their outtings. They have some nice walking and sitting areas for the residents to get outside and enjoy the fresh air. I would recommend others to take a look at this community.

This is a pretty nice community, and we had a nice tour of it. Everyone was friendly to my family, and I. The community from what we saw looked nice. The staff we met was kind, and treated us well. They answered our questions. The only issue was that the rooms were not big enough for my parents, and their needs. It was a nice experience, but we did find another community that met our needs better overall.

I had a nice tour of this community, it is a nice facility. Everyone was very kind, and friendly. The community looked very nice, and everything was neat, and tidy. The staff I met was polite, and helpful. It was a good experience, but they did not have any openings at the moment.

So far this community is working out pretty well for my mother in law, and her needs. The only thing she has complained about is the food. The food needs better flavor, and the meat is tough to chew. Other that issue the staff is kind, and helpful when needed. The community looks nice. They do a good job with the cleanliness around facility. She is safe, and in good hands in this community, and I would recommend it.

The community is wonderful. My sister in law has settled in and you would think from a number of friends she has now made and how they treat her she has been there forever. The residents are so friendly and easy to get along with. The staff is good very nice and accommodating.The communication between staff and family is open and very receptive on their part. In fact, we have hospice coming in and the staff works well with them. The community is very clean in fact they have a common kitchen where you can go in and cook a full meal if you like and after you clean up they send a team in to do an extra cleaning. They offer snacks every day in this area which is a nice treat. The food here is horrible there is no taste it is not seasoned well if at all there is definitely room for improvement in this area. The resident goes out on day trips to concerts at local churches or they go out to eat or shopping so they are very active.

So far my grandmother is doing pretty well since her move to this community. We do feel she is safe, and in good hands. The staff is taking good care of her, and her needs. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the facility. They provide good meals, and nice activities for the residents. Everything has worked out well for my grandmother with her move to this facility.

My aunt is doing well with her move to this community.

The community is nice however once you get in there and start walking around you can see that it resembles more of a nursing home than assisted living. It just didn't give the feeling of not being independent and not doing things for yourself.The staff was friendly and informative and the appearance of the community was clean and nice but my mom knew it wasn't the place where she would be happy.

Has a walk in bathtub for resident use.

Mom is doing better than I could ever have expected. The place is wonderful just the right size as soon as you walk in the door you feel right at home. Mom is enjoying meal times and interacting with the residents. The staff is great very friendly and encouraging they treat you like people not like patients. I feel very lucky to have found mom a nice place where she is happy safe and secure.

My loved one has recently moved into this community and so far we are pleased with how things are going for her. The staff are always so polite every time we go to visit and I am comfortable with the care they are providing her. The only complaint I would have is that they have more of a variety for her to choose from off of the menu because she is diabetic. They only seem to have about three selections and she gets tired of them after a while.

My mother is doing well at Bell Gardens Place she is in the assisted living area and the staff is some what attentive although I would like to see more nursing assistance to help residents there. The food is excellent and it is served in the dining room where my mom likes to go so she can also visit with the other residences. They offer a lot of activities during the day, they take walks around the grounds, and have exercise groups and they do try to encourage my mom to participate. They do offer a van for transportation to outside shopping and doctor appointments as well. I would have no problem recommending Bell Gardens Place to friends and family.
