The staff at Rogue River are polite, nice and very professional. The community is clean. Mom likes the food and they have healthy choices. I would recommend this community. They offer a lot of activities that she likes to participate in.

My mother in law was at this community for a short respite stay. We were very happy with this community and we would use it again. The staff are very helpful they answered our questions and were very attentive. She said the food was ok. They do offer a lot of activities.

I think we are great. There is always improvement, but where isn't that anywhere? We do pretty good at most all places in here.

This is a very nice community for my Aunt. She is offered activities from the staff. A very clean environment inside and out. She seems to be comfortable there and happy. I would recommend this to other families.

We had been looking at Nursing Homes/Memory Care units for 4 weeks to find an appropriate, cost effective location for our mother. We had looked at a total of 17 area places when we found Birkford Place. This place was one of the most cost effective but "top of the class" places. The facilities are wonderful, clean and staffed with the friendliest staff we had run across. The food wasn't just adequate. It was very good, restaurant quality food. There are activities daily, and weekly outings. We are extremely happy so far with our short experience. The bottom line......our mother is more alert, happy, hungry and better taken care of than the previous place of three years.

Was in another place, came here and it's the best. Other residents tell me too. It's the best, get great attention here.

I find the staff very professional, conscientious of needs of residents. They all work as a team, on the same page they communicate well with each other. Residents are well taken care of and seem happy to call Parkhurst "home". I enjoy having p&s there.

My first impression of Bickford was outstanding, it was clean, smelled good, people smiling, introducing themselves, it was light, and had a nice chatter. I immediately Felt comfortable. When Meredith and Ricky met with us they covered everything explicitly and were clear about their philosophy and care of the residence. While they were discussing everything I felt I was the most important person in the room and they wanted to make sure that I understood everything. They even contacted me later in the day to see if I had any questions I needed to ask or anything I didn't understand about what they talked about. We made the decision to move Dad into Bickford. He has been there for a month and a half and the care he has received has been excellent. Every time I go to visit my dad I am greeted with smiles and encouragement. This whole experience has been an answer to my prayers. Bickford is made up of care-Angels and the cook is the Queen-Angel Dad loves the FOOD! A big thank you to Bickford??

It was a great experience for my my father here at this community. They took very good care of him and his needs. The community was very neat and tidy. The staff was terrific, they were always willing to help. There were many activities offered. Everybody here was very kind and friendly. They were very attentive and accommodating to my father. It was a lovely experience.

My Mother in law is doing well at Plum Creek. The entire staff at this community go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. They offer a variety of activities, however she is not yet able to participate in them. This community gets my recommendation.

The staff and residents went out of their way to make our visit successful. Residents happily showed us their rooms and staff was very friendly. I had the feeling that my mother could be who she is, without too much pressure to do things she does not enjoy.

Everything has worked out very well for my friend here at this community. Everybody has been very kind and welcoming. The community looks great, they do keep everything nice and clean. I really like the staff, they have been very understanding. They are always willing to help and very attentive. There are nice activities offered, she enjoys the working out class and the dancing class. She is very pleased with the meals, she loves the food. I know she is being cared for well and I'am pleased.

The staff at the Bickford of Raytown has been really nice. I am very pleased with the care my grandmother is receiving. I had the chance to try a meal and it was very good. I feel it's a safe community. They do offer various activities onsite. My grandmother has been interacting with other residents this has been great.

The staff here went above and beyond for me and my Nana while trying to move her to Oregon to be closer. Special place!

I would definitely recommend this community for a loved one or friend. My mother is doing perfectly fine here. The staff is very outstanding. They have wonderful communication with the family and are very friendly. There is family night on Thursdays. I was so impressed that she got her hearing back and is able to participate in various activities. This community feels like home.

My mom stayed there for 20 days while we went out of state on a long road trip/vacation. Everyone was very nice to mom and us. She enjoyed her time there and a few of the activity's. The staff there took very good care of her during her stay. The administrator even went out and bought mom a shower stool for her shower because we forgot to bring hers from home. Would highly recommend this facility.

This is a lovely community, it has been a very nice experience for my mother here. She has adjusted very well to the community. The staff have been awesome, it has been pleasure working with them. She is getting involved in the community and trying the activities they offer. The food is decent. They do a good job of keeping the community nice and neat. I know she is getting good care. Overall this would be a community I would recommend.

So far everything is working out well for my parents here. My mother loves it, and my father is doing okay. It has been a very positive experience. There are many activities offered, my mother really enjoys the activities. The community looks very well-kept. The staff is good, the activities director reaches out to me to see what activities my parents enjoy. This is pleasant community, and I would recommend it.

This is a community I would recommend. They are taking very good care of my father and his needs. He loves the food, they serve very nice meals. The is staff is wonderful, they treat him very respectful. There are activities offered, he has gone to a few music ones. I know he is safe and in good hands.
