Great little assisted living nestled in a lovely neighborhood. Staff is friendly and activities are well thought out......they meet the residents requests.

Everyone at this facility has demonstrated caring thoughtful actions toward my family.

[Removed] was informative and fun! she interacted with staff and residents. This building was very well maintained, clean, lots of flowers and fountains, residents interacted but definitely could see the different levels of care needs. The staff seems very accommodating! This will definitely be a consideration for us and we'll bring Mom for visit.

We toured this community for care. The staff were nice and did answer the questions we had on the care. They do offer activiites that are offer to the residents. We found the community to be very clean. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one with a good value

As a new tenant I have found this to be an exceptional place to live. Everyone is helpful and good natured and the food is excellent.

We are happy with the care of this community. The staff is very nice and we like the care that is being received here. They go out of their way to take great care of my mom and the caregivers are outstanding. The menu is very good and the dining are is beautiful. This is a new community and everything is wonderful. The activiites are wonderful and I like that my mom is receiving here. I would highly recommend the care and the excellent value for great care of a loved one.

I toured this community with my mom for my dad. The activities sounded fun and varied. One hall had a slight odor but the facility was clean and the staff friendly.

The facility is lovely, clean and inviting. Staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and nice. My brother seems happy there. My mother in law was at Bickford for 2 years before her death. The service then and now are excellent.

My mother was in another assisted living facility for about 14 months. We have already noticed in one month at Rogue River Place a BIG difference in Mom's attitude and making friends. This is due to the great staff

We toured this community and the staff was nice. The rooms were very small and not what we loved te cleanliness and very beautiful. A lot of nice people. This would have been a nice place for good care for my father. He was a community that had more men, and at this time it would not be what he was wanting. Families should tour this community for the care of a loved one.

My mother is a resident here.My family lives close by and they have had positive things to say about the care. They have been very attentive to her, anytime she may have a question they respond quickly. The attitude and demeanor of the staff is very friendly.We chose Parkhurst place because of what they said they were going to do and so far they have met those expectations. She seldom says she wants to go home and she seems to be comfortable.

I feel Rogue River Place has exceptional qualities. The staff is very caring. The management in my opinion could not be better, [Removed] has helped us get through a very difficult time. Moving out of a family home is very traumatic and [Removed] have made it a very good experience for me and my family.

My sister-in-law stayed here while we went out of town. She had a good time and got involved in the activities they offered. The thing she didn't like was the food. They didn't have a lot of options and it didn't taste very good. Overall I would recommend them to a friend or loved one.

[Removed] was our host and she is an energetic and knowledgeable lady. Even though this is a new facility with residents not moved in yet it is easy to see what a nice place this is going to be. The building has been totally renovated and beautiful. The dining room decor and table settings rivaling that of a large cruise ship. [Removed], the activity director, was very helpful in describing her vision of how the residents will enjoy their time here. The apartments are quite large and well laid out. Closet space is huge! As for the restaurant operation I the residents will have to fill out their menu selection the day before which may be difficult for some. I know I enjoy my food selection at the time of seating and not deciding what I want for dinner tomorrow night. Not sure if this is how they do this at their other properties but if so it may not be an issue. All in all this is a great assisted living option.

I am happy living here in this nice community. The staff is always caring. I like the meals that are served here. I like a lot of the activities that are offered here. The crafts and the day trips are helpful. I would recommend this community for other families and their loved ones.

This place is the best kept secret in the Rogue Valley. I was so impressed from the moment I walked in the door. The Executive Director was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It was very apparent that the staff knew their residents just by their interactions. The facility was clean, nicely decorated and didn't feel overwhelming in size like some of the larger places in town. We liked the hominess, the courtyard, and the general overall warmth of everyone we met. Looking forward to moving mom in soon.

My parents are very happy in this community. The staff is really attentive. I am happy that the community is clean for them to live in. They like the meals that are served. They are active in activities. We would recommend this community to other families for good care.

My mother moved here recently and so far she's happy there.They run it very well and she gets a lot of attention.The food is good and she likes it. They had a meeting at the beginning of the year to improve the food and it's been good so far. They offer a shuttle service so she can do activities outside of the community.It is a little concerning that the place is only half full and it's a little empty. She also has a mini fridge in her room that makes a lot of noise and it's been difficult to get them to replace it. Other than that it's been great so far and we would recommend this community to anyone.

I researched care centers twice in 2 years and both times recommended "Kent Place" for my aunt. She, toured it and moved. The care was excellent. Staff treated her as if she were a special family member. Strong bonds were formed. [Removed] went far beyond the call of duty. They made it a wonderful place. 200 characters is not enough space to review. I need 5 pages single spaced to do justice to a review.

We were able to tour this nice community. They offered a lot of great activities that would have been helpful. This community was clean and the staff were very nice and were willing to help us work something out for the cost of the care. We did like the community and it was great for the care. I would recommend other families to this community for great care.
