By far the best place we looked at and the pricing was much less than we had been paying. Very happy there. Staff has been excellent and friendly. Very helpful. They have managed her issues well and have communicated well with us.

When you walk into this Community it smells amazing! All the workers always have smiles on their faces. They treat the residents as their own family! I think that is great. Love that they all have their own apartments and not just a room they share with someone else.

As a chaplain with regularly visits residents at the facility. I've been very impressed with both the kindness of the staff and how professional they are. The facility is always clean and well kept. Additionally, the patient/residents that I talk with know they are in a safe place receiving good care.

I've been very happy living here! The friendliness of the staff and the residents and the availability of all the activities has really made this place feel like home. I love the location of my apartment, and the facility is very bright and cheery.

I've looked at other places and this was the only place where there were people around. There are so many activities available and opportunities to get involved. It's not just games but educational, spiritual, and so much more.

My M-I-L enjoys the activities and crafts offered especially bingo. I have found the staff friendly and the facilities seem to be well maintained over the past 2.5 years she has been a resident.

The staff here is so caring and patient. I was so nervous to have my father move in but they have been amazing and take such good care of him! We are so lucky to have this in our community!

From start to finish this place has been amazing, the staff is unbeatable every aid and nurse has a smile they are very helpful and informative food is good and they have so many activities to keep everyone busy.

Blanchard Place gas a "home like" atmosphere. The nursing staff is very caring and treat the residents as family. The staff is very receptive to question and suggestion for improvement. The admissions coordinator, nursing director and activities director are great and the meals are delicious. We are blessed to have their facility close to home.

My mom is very happy here. The staff is very helpful and caring. If there is ever a problem someone lets me know and they will get an answer for me if we need to know something.

We loved the fact that it was a small facility and we ALL got to know the staff very well. The nurse/caregiver ratio was very good. Some other facilities we looked at didn't come close to Trustwell. We would recommend it whole heartedly to anyone. Thank you for helping us find it! Trustwell was really so good to my Mom. She just passed away on [date removed]. The staff that took care of her was extremely upset and were so good to us too!

Nice, bright clean facility with nice rooms as well. Staff is very helpful and meals are generally very good. Overall my mom is thriving there. It’s been a good decision for me and my siblings. We’d recommend Miller Place to others

Thank you to A Place for Mom for making arrangements to visit Trustwell Carlisle Place. Carlisle Place has been a very good choice. The staff has been great and the facility is well kept. Mom has made the transition with the help of the staff and residents making her feel welcome. Plus it has been great to see that family’s are made to feel welcome by having a monthly Family nights with the staff serving dinner to over 100 family members and guests. Thank you again

Always been a great place to be and good atmosphere.

Place always has activity for residents and the all community.

Smaller scale. More intimate. Lower key. Nice quiet setting. Staff knows all residents. Staff extremely attentive and kind. Designated outside smoking area which is covered and has nice comfy outdoor furniture. What sets it apart from the other much bigger places is obviously it's not really big and chocked full of activities. It's smaller and a bit slower of pace......because it's smaller the staff knows each resident and they check on them several times throughout the day.

When they heard of my Dad's situation, they immediately went to do an assessment on him at the home is was in at the time. He met the criteria, despite his health needs being pretty extensive at the time. I paid the amount for the remainder of the month and we were able to get him moved the next day. He was placed beside the nurses station for closer, more frequent observation. The aides and nurses were very attentive. In two short weeks, they grew to know and love him. They quickly became like family, to my family and stayed in constant contact regarding his condition. The facility was very clean and not at all over whelming. Very much like "home". Nothing loud, scary, or unsafe. I couldn't have asked for better for my father's last days.
