I toured this place 2 weeks ago looking for a place for my mom. After visiting other communities, I chose this one because everyone was very nice. The lady who led out tour was very caring and genuine. I am very happy my mom is moving here. It is so clean and welcoming. We enjoyed the food and the cook came out and introduced himself. Everything was very delightful.

While touring the community I found it to be exceptionally clean, friendly, and inviting. Each staff member we passed said hello and knew everyone. Residents were out and about enjoying themselves playing Bingo and cards. The apartments are a perfect size for my mother and she is very excited to move and make new friends. I am excited that she won't be alone anymore.

This is a Great place to live. All the people are great. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way.

My mother lives here and loves the food and the large options of menu items. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It is a fine facility.

After researching several facilities in Montgomery County my family and I thought Arbour Square would provide the best opportunity for comfort and care. We were not disappointed. It is the cleanest, friendliest and most convenient senior living facility possible. From entertainment to workouts to trivia games and "Happy Hour" there is always something to keep us occupied. Plus our shopping and bus trips really outdo the competition. Although I have a dietary problem the staff has applied themselves vigorously to keep me happy and in good health. Since moving our brother to Arbour Square we have seen 100% improvement in his health, outlook on life, and over all appearance. We want to thank everyone for all you have done for him.

My Father has been here for a little while now and he is doing very well. He has started getting involved in the activities. They have activities everyday and do all sorts of outings. They have a fleet of vans to shuttle the residents to different places. They even have a billiards team and go to other communities to play against them. He also has a rehab type of class for his back. I have been there numerous times myself and everyone there, the staff and residents are very friendly. The residents are all happy, you can see it in their demeanor. They have a wonderful dining area that is like a restaurant, the food is great. I checked around before my father moved and we chose Arbour Square over other places. The staff is terrific. The coordinator even paid a visit to my father at his home before he moved to the community. The director makes it a point to check on him and see how he is doing. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. And Jaime with A Place For Mom was very nice to deal with when looking into options for my father.

My mentally challenged brother is living at Villas of Shelby . I look after him. Villa is a amazing place. I can't think of anything to say bad about it. I enjoy going there for visits and even consider living there myself in the future ! My brother is very pleased and His entire family is very pleased !!! Thank you to all the people who make Villa a wonderful place to live !!!!

My husband and I have been residents for a little over four months. Coming here was a big decision for us. I sure had my doubts of the big change in our life. Now we know what a great choice we made. We are both so happy now. Our kids are very happy that we made this choice. It was at their suggestions that we left our happy home. Arbour Square is so perfect for us. The place is kept spotless. The staff is very caring and friendly. I still do not know how they greet every resident by their first name. What a memory they must have. And it sure makes you feel like family. There are a excellent variety of activities. and entertainment. Everything you could possibly need or want is available here.

I like this facility. There is plenty to do and a bus provides daily outings.

Apartment home community. It feels like a home. Privacy when you want it. Marvelous food when you do not want to cook. The chefs are exceptional with planning and preparing tastey cuisine with nutritional variety!

The community is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and they pay attention to my mom. She loves it here. I'm glad we made the decision to move her here.

My sister and I are so happy we placed our mother here! The staff is very friendly, upbeat, kind and attentive! There are such a variety of menu choices and the food is very good. The activities change everyday and there is something offered just about every hour so there is something for everyone's interest - bingo, movies, crafts, sing alongs, eentertainment, games & cards, just to name a few. My mom will be 93 on Jan.6th and is thriving at The Villas!

The place is awesome. They're very friendly there. I was very impressed with the location. It's like a cruise ship there.

I had the pleasure of visiting the community recently, the ground are lovely and the building exceptionally clean. There were lots of activities going on during my visit and the executive director is always available and has a wonderful relationship with the residents, families, and staff. I would highly recommend this community.

Without a doubt, having visited and checked many senior living facilities here. This is the greatest place anywhere! Anyone else residing here will agree! We have won previous awards, and all have been deserving.

The staff is great. They are attentive to everyone's needs and very hands on.

Wonderful, bright, friendly place to live. It is certainly a family here. Everyone of the staff makes you feel wanted and welcomed.
