Our experience with Sanctuary at Clinton Villa has been a very good one, overall! The staff here is friendly and professional, and they were really a huge help through the whole transition process. The facility itself is clean and well maintained, and the price is affordable for the level of service that they provide!

My stay here at Maryhaven has been wonderful. I have no complaints at this time

We view 8 facilities before deciding on the sanctuary. It was number one by both my husband and I. It just felt like home. What we didn't know until Mom became a resident was how warm and helpful the staff would be. They are just wonderful. The other big thing is the residents. They immediately welcomed her home. In general they appear to like their home and our outgoing and welcoming.

We have been very happy with everything at Sanctuary at the Oaks. However we did set up times for them to check on meds and they have gotten that wrong. She has some pain patches that go on in the morning and eye drops that she needs and they have forgotten sometimes. The regular employees that have been there a while seem to do just fine. It's the other employees that seem to forget. The food is wonderful. The facility is clean. The administrators have worked with us and been helpful. It is a very nice place and she is very happy. She was at Chestnut Fields before and this is way better than that.

They do an absolutely wonderful job at Sanctuary at Marian Place! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the same goes for the residents that I have met! The sales person we worked with was professional and informative, and really a big help throughout the whole process. The facility itself is beautiful, and the common areas are always immaculate. They even do a great job with the food!

A friend of mine has his brother in Sanctuary at Villa Marie and my friend and his brother are both very happy with the experience. it did take a long time to get him a place there due to a long waiting list and no availability, but once he got in there everyone is very happy.

The place is wonderful. The staff at Sanctuary at Clinton Villa is just fantastic. We as a family could not be happier. My brother is walking around with a smile on his face for the first time in years. We are very pleased with this facility.

I visit my Mom weekly and always leave feeling happy with her decision to move to Maryhaven. The community is clean and smells good. Mom quickly found new friends in neighbors and regular visits with the ladies in the front office. We are very blessed.

Great place! Jennifer was the best to work with. Extremely helpful. The entire staff was so nice. Very happy my brother will have a great environment to live in!

This is a wonderful, wonderful place! My Mom was here for 3 years and just loved it. The food is great. The staff members have created an amazing family environment for all the residents. They truly care. It was such a blessing for her to live here. Having to walk outside everyday to go to meals was great for her. The grounds are well kept and it was like walking through a park everyday. It reminded me of Lauderdale by the Sea. Activities are a little slim but overall it was great.

This is a great value for my mom. She can pay for her room & board ($838), escort service to all meals ($250), and land line phone from ATT ($45) out of her Social Security check each month. This allows some money left over to take care of other needs. The food is good, if not gourmet. She is never hungry. She gets exercise and fresh air walking to meals, since the apartments are separate from the main building. The Care Givers are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make her fell good.

They do an excellent job at Sanctuary at Maryhaven! The staff is friendly and professional, and they just make you feel so welcome! The facility itself is very nice and well maintained, and they have a lot to offer the people who live here. Every time I have visited the food has really impressed me!

I am pretty satisfied with Sanctuary at Marian Oakland. So far I would rate them highly. I think they do an overall good job. There isn't one thing I could single out, and I don't have any major complaints.

We picked this community based on the amenities such as offered food, and housekeeping. We like that it is like a motel environment, having no kitchens keeps him safe. They have been good to dad, and patient. He claims the food is good, but I don't know about the activities, they are very personalized with the residents and close knit.

It was nice, clinical in setting. They sit down with you with a therapist and social worker. They're really nice. They went over our care plan. They tweaked it where we needed help, dropped things that weren't acceptable. Mom was just there for rehab, but it was nice.

My mom has been in Maryhaven for a couple of months. So far the staff has been phenomenal; friendly, helpful, and courteous. She is very happy and continues to make friends and enjoy the activities. I visit a couple of time a week and have had nothing but positive experiences.

They're doing a great job at Sanctuary at Clinton Villa! It's a nice looking place, and they do a great job keeping things looking clean and well kept. The staff are very caring, and really seem interested in how their residents are doing. They treat them like more than just numbers, which I was very glad to see. My loved ones also seem to really like the food!
