It's very nice, the staff is very kind and very helpful. The other resident are friendly as well. We are very happy with them. I would give them a five.

My husband and I moved into the Waterford a couple of months ago and although it's taken some getting used to it's been a great experience so far. The staff are nice and friendly and beyond helpful. The place is very clean and the food is good! I would definitely recommend!

We're very pleased with how things have turned out with Waterford Manor! It's a clean, nice looking community, and everyone seems very friendly! My only complaint is that there has been a bit of a learning curve in terms of knowing who to contact regarding specific issues, which I feel they could clear up with some sort of orientation packet. But otherwise we're very happy with the place!

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

I work in the Healthcare industry and have had the pleasure of working with residents at Tradition. The entire staff cares so deeply for their residents and it shows. From the time they move in they are treated like family. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for senior housing.

Waterford Manor has a marvelous staff who are friendly and helpful. They also provide transportation to local stores and church.

I toured several facilities and found The Waterford to be a wonderful place. The staff and people there were very helpful and friendly. The are lots of activities for residents. Convenient transportation to church, grocery store etc. are provided. The apartments are older but nice and maintained. Sidewalks are ice free and parking facilities are cleaned. The are nice courtyards and places to walk when it is nice outside. The staff is courteous and very caring.

I recently moved my mom into The Heathers Estates. The place seems to have a vibrant, positive community of residents. The staff, Judy and Ann, have gone above and beyond to not only help with the transition, but make my mom feel at home. I have complete peace of mind knowing she is there. I'm grateful for places like this.

I really liked the homey feel of this place. The minute I walked in I felt welcomed. It smelled good and there were lots of happy people and activities going on in the lobby. Mom really likes the small aviary where she can come and see the birds every day. Nice, spacious apartments with lots of natural lighting.

I would rate this community as great in all aspects. Each of the goes out of their way to be there for us at every turn. They encourage us to enter into as many of the activities as we can in order to create a family atmosphere for all residents. The dining room serves wonderful meals, including white table cloths and napkins. The wait staff is coached to treat us all with a smile and a great attitude that they are pleased to serve us. ALL areas are kept neat and clean at all times. ALL our needs are met with a smile and often times a hug! The Christmas season has been a lot of fun. They have activities scheduled for each day with choirs from the area coming to sing for us and with us, fun! The Christmas Holiday Gala was fabulous. Starting at 4pm with favors and wine while greeting each other with a Happy Christmas Hug. The evening continued with a special dinner of Beef Wellington and all the trimmings - serenaded with Choir Music and continuing with a Gospel Choir sing along. Fantastic. There are Christmas decorations at every turn including decorated Christmas trees. We also had an evening "Lite up the Nite" starting at 7pm. Glorious nite with stars shining and a church choir singing and then all the outside was lite-up with lites on the trees and portico's and gazeebo. Followed by hot chocolate and cider with Christmas cookies. This is the way for seniors to live! Bless us all.

It's an older place, which means it's affordable. My mom is in an apartment here and it's great.

After 30 years in a 5 level townhome I lost my wife of 58 years. The townhome was too big and my family and I decided to downsize. My daughter in law and I visited about 8 locations to find a new location for me. The whole family and I were impressed with Tradition from our first looks. We are really pleased with my choices, as the staff and facility are better than I could have looked for. I have recommended it to several people. The meals are great.

Everyone at The Rivers is very nice and very sociable. All of the staff members and residents are just great people to work with and to have dealings with. They do seem to be a little bit understaffed however.

Heather Manor is going very well. I think the courtyard is just fantastic. The layout is very good. His apartment is very well situated for his life style. I am just very pleased with this facility.

It's a wonderful place to live. The people are so friendly!

There are many activities we do in our community. And maintenance is the best. 9 out of 10 times they can fix the problem the same day. They even install light bulbs so I don't have to climb on a chair! Recommend highly!

I have lived here at the Heather for 7 years and I have enjoyed it all. The people who work here are so nice and accommodating. The people who live here are so nice and so much fun. I would not move away as you couldn't find a better group or care. Friendly, I give the people who work here the highest marks you could give. Everyone is so friendly.

I have lived here going on seven years. The Heathers is a great place to live. the staff here at the Heathers care about the residents.

Last spring my sister and I where looking for a place for my parents to live as they both dementia. My father also has mobility issues and uses a walker. He needed a handy cap bathroom facilities! The day we went to look at different assisted living places Tradition was the first place we looked at .As soon as we walked in it felt like home! We had several other places to check out that day, just to make sure we covered all options Then we decided to take our parents to our first choice and they loved it. That day we where treated to free lunch. They have a full service restaurant that serves three meals a day.The food was excellent! As resident you get 10 meals a month included in your rent.The apartment layout is excellent, not super big but great for two people! There is a patio door and balcony.,which brings the outdoors in. The apartment is full of light . The halls/pathways are wheel chair friendly! Plenty of storage. The best thing for my mom was that she had a dishwasher and a laundry room! The staff has been awesome and so helpful! Special kudos to Jennifer and Brian (head chef)!

The people that work here are very, very friendly and nice and answer any questions that I have. The other people who live here are also very nice and I feel very safe. It was a big experience because I had lived on my own for 39 years before moving here, but I can't think of anything they could do better.
