Apartment, facility excellent, cleaning good, nursing good, activities fair, food poor, staff excellent, parking excellent, maintennace good.

Our loved one was there for a respite stay. Everybody our family talked to was very friendly. However, communication between the staff is horrible. Before my loved one went there, they did an assessment. And I had specifically told them that in the mornings she gets disoriented. They assured me somebody would check in on her in the mornings and make sure she made it to breakfast. Well as soon as she moved in, they went into lockdown due to Covid. And on that first day, no one came in to check on her or bring her food until my sister came to visit that afternoon. My sister was there for about 8 hours, and she said no one came in the whole time she was there. She finally went out and tried to get some food for our mom. My sister said it seemed like they didn't care that Mom wasn't eating. She has daily medication that we had brought all sorted out and ready for us to administer to her daily. There was no mention that they were going to lock those meds up, but they did. So then we couldn't find them. And there was nothing noted that she even got the meds. When we couldn't figure out how to set up the TV, they came in right away to fix it though, and they were very courteous to our mom. It just seemed like they were discombobulated during the few days they were on lockdown, and the staff just wasn't talking to one another like they should be. Other than that, they were very nice and polite. The food was good. It's a very nice and fairly new facility. But the closing bill was triple what we were expecting based on what they had told us. And the main problem was communication.

Our loved one was only there for a few weeks and during those weeks they fell a few times. The care services and their communication to the families needs improvements. However, we did think their coordinator was very well versed on people with dementia and Alzheimers. She knew they needed to be treated with respect and dignity, and she even gave our family tips on things we have overlooked with our loved ones care.

The memory care unit was large and the ratio of resident to staff was not the best. The community is neat and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was good and they did have some activities avalible

We are very happy with one of the staff members who works with the dementia residents is amazing, she takes great care of my husband and she goes above and beyond to help. I have noticed that the dementia residents have a totally different menu with lower quality foods than the other residents. We have been upset with the rates, they have raised them a lot since we moved my husband in. I would also tell people to watch your loved ones medications as well.

You need to be pretty mobile to be a resident with lower care needs. They have a small staff and it may take a while to get help. The food is okay. The room sizes are fine. The layout is ok, it is kind of spread out.

My first impression of Park Place was very good. The administrative staff was friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this was my first experience with an assisted living facility. At the time, very few facilities had openings. Park Place was one of the nicest we visited but also one of the most expensive. I would say that Park Place is more of a retirement living than assisted due to the amount of nursing staff and their lack of education. Many of the "nursing staff" had no qualification for helping my mother. My mothers main connection with the staff was a button which often went unanswered or was answered after a long period of time. A few of the nursing staff appeared to hold the whole department together. These key persons were wonderful but unfortunately they didn't work every day. The food is marginal at best and includes a lot of chicken and turkey. The cafeteria is not clean. Dirty dishes are often left on tables for long periods of time. The apartment cleaning is done once per week but they seemed to have problems staffing this area. The maintenance persons were wonderful help with moving her in and helping set up some furniture. Park Place is not a good fit for my mother and her physical needs.

Have a disregarded the doctors orders, too often.

We toured the Traditions at Reagan Park and it was a very nice and clean community. The manager was very nice. We liked the fact that the residents could go down at any time and get food. We chose another community based on our budget.

It has been an adjustment process for my mother with her move to this community, but for the most part all is well so far. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands. They have a friendly staff, and they have been helpful. When I go to visit the community is well maintained. They do provide nice meals, and good activities for the residents. Overall the experience is going well, and I would recommend this community.

I had visited this community during the construction of the building because they where in the process of opening up there facility and it felt just like a hotel. I just did not think that was the feeling I would want my mother to have in her living environment. The hallways where very long with big units. It was a nice experience it just was not the right fit for her.

We had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well. The staff was kind, and helpful. The community was nice, and clean. It was a good experience. Our concern was that this is a fairly new community, and we wanted a more seasoned facility. Overall our tour went well, but not the one for my mother.

This community was nice. I did not like the overall layout and I did not like the location of the rooms. I also did not like the location of the facility. It is way far in the cut. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

This is a nice community, and for the most part my mother is doing pretty well. She is comfortable, but I do have some concerns. My main concern has been with the staff to resident ratios. I feel they need more help around the facility. The staff that is there is helpful, and kind. I'am hopeful that they will hire more help to equal out the ratio. Other than that issue the meals are nice, and the community is well-kept. A place for mom was very helpful with all the information they provided me with. I would recommend this community base on the level of care your loved one needs.

My tour of this community was a good one. Everything went well. and it was a good experience. This is a pretty nice community. From what I saw it appeared they do a good with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was kind. Everyone was nice to my family and I. Location was a big factor when considering where to move my mother too. I did find a community that was closer to me, but my tour of this facility went well.

[Removed], [Removed] and [Removed] were nice women. The place is clean and new, but it lacked a sense of home! Felt more like we were in a Micro Motel. This is the best way to describe it, my wife agreed as well. We just felt like something was missing. I don't like to not give a good comment about a place, but I have to be honest with you. Maybe as they get established for a while, things will be better! The location would have been perfect for Mom, seeing it is not too far from where she currently lives!

The location of this place is good, but it seemed crowded.

I did not participate in any of their activities or the care services they provided. They are short of staff and the food is horrible. I'm still waiting for the director of nursing to call me back. Needs better management.
