We love Sentinel Pointe!

We chose Pine Ridge of Hayes because I really liked the woman that I spoke with and when I went to tour it seemed like the residents were active and not just sitting in their rooms. The location is also great and the price worked for us. The apartment sizes are very spacious, she has one of the smallest ones and she is thrilled with the size. They are doing a great job and mom really likes it here. I would absolutely recommend to others.

This is a very friendly and caring place and community for your loved one. I have had clients at lots of different places in St. Louis and this one for sure stands out. I had lunch here once and it was amazing.

This is a good place. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The nurses from Homestead are caring, and go out of their way to work with the residents. There are really no activities for the residents to participate in. I've heard that the food is not that good, and most of it my loved one won't eat.

We chose Ashford Court because they do go above and beyond to support the transition and move to the facility. They were great through that whole process and we were very impressed. The apartment sizes are great. They staff are very caring and they really deeply care about all of the residents.

We chose Ashford court because when we did the walk through my dad was most comfortable here. He liked the layout, all of the people he met, and they had a lot of social activities which is a bonus for him. The general manager and sales guy were very inviting and engaging, it was more relaxed and fun than other tours we took. He loves the activities provided here. They do things like around the world wine tastings and nerf gun target practice. The apartment sizes are really good. They also have a nice courtyard where he can sit outside. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

My experience so far has been top not, the cleanliness of the community is excellent. The staff members are above 5 stars, and the value for cost would be 6 stars.

The community worked well with the residents with different levels of memory care needs. This is a good value for your money. I would recommend you look into the community for your loved one and see if it fits for your loved one needs.

It's a very friendly community, with very adequate accommodations. If I had to choose again, I would still choose Sentinel Pointe. I continue to stay here because I'm pleased with the facility and the staff. I do like that they have a nursing component, so there's round-the-clock availability of staff if you become sick or have an issue. The food is very good, with lots of variety and options to choose from. And they work very hard at providing activities and things for the residents to do through these difficult Covid times.

We've been very happy with them. We chose them because it allowed Dad to maintain his independence with a lot of support around him. It was very clean, with no strong smells, and just an open, airy, very pleasant environment. Every one of the staff are so sweet and so helpful. And the residents go out of their way to make new residents feel welcome. I figure Dad liked the food, because he was a member of the clean plate club and was known for eating every last bite on his plate. They have little parties with cake and a little bit of wine, and some coffee and punch. Their Valentine's Day party was really sweet. They even elected a Queen of Hearts and King of Hearts, and they got sashes and crowns and the whole thing. I think they offer really good activities and a nice variety of things. Everybody looks like they're having fun. They have an art class and crafting, yarn needlework like knitting and crocheting, and I've seen people building puzzles, playing cards, sitting with each other and talking. It just seems like a really good social environment. It's a great value at Sutter Estates, and I was surprised it was as affordable as it was.

The community is neat and clean and the staff is very nice, caring, and helpful. The care received was great and the cost is about average. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

The staff is very kind and works hard to accommodate my father. We have seen a more positive change in his attitude. This was a difficult transition for him, but he seems much happier and healthier since he moved in. The place is newly remodeled and is beautiful and very clean and well taken care of. They work hard to have amenities that enhance their clients stay. They treat them like family.

Our loved ones have only been there for two months, and so far we have had an excellent experience. The staff members are great as well as the care services they provide. The food is okay not the best, but their activities are amazing. We could not ask for better activities, and the activities director is just an angel.

My mother is a widower and was in her late 80's when we managed to get her an apartment at Summerfield. I had done a lot of research online and visited quite a few establishments before choosing this for a residence. For 4 years Summerfield Senior Living was a fantastic residence and filled most of Mom's needs and she would share that this was where she needed to be. The facility was always very clean, the assistants cheerful and helpful. There were activities going on all the time though Mom was a homebody. They coaxed her out occasionally and she did enjoy the activities. Unfortunately after a leg amputation, we sadly acknowledged that Mom's care exceeded an assistance facility. She is now in a Skilled Nursing Facility where she is receiving the nursing she needs. My heartfelt thanks to the staff and administration for the personal care and quick responses when we felt something wasn't right. Well done for 4 years, continue to help others.

I was totally impressed with the place the last couple of weeks when I was able to go inside while my loved one was on Hospice. The staff to the maintenance workers to the laundry people, couldn't have taken better are of her. The food looked very good from what I could see . My loved one was always impressed with how much food they were bringing her, and how nice everybody was to her. They would bring by activities to her room to try and involve her, although she chose not to participate. To me, it seemed like they offered more useful activities - for instance building birdhouses, etc. - instead of just busywork. I witnessed a meeting they held where they asked for resident input on the types of foods they'd like to see and what they would like to see going on, so the residents could be involved in how they handled things. I was really impressed with them.

A Beautiful place with all the Services needed for my wife and I . . . Our plan is to return for another visit with the intention of finding our new home . . .

We chose Fairhaven Denton because of the friendliness of the staff members. The room sizes here seem average compared to others we looked into. The administration tries to build a report with the families and they keep you informed of anything is going on that you might want to know, so they are good with communication and that is reassuring. I would definitely recommend them.
