Exceptional meals, choices-yummm A very caring environment. Available multiple activities, movies, etc (until stopped because of covid virus)

Great Place To Live. Everyone is so nice and friendly.

All resources are used to keep our community safe. The staff is helpful and kind. The covid 19 has caused things to slow down but we keep hoping the opening will soon allow more events and visitors.

My apartment is really comfortable. the staff are exceptional. The residents are friendly and, mostly out-going. Food was great, covid has had an effect on that.

The Thrive is a great home away from home. I really enjoy being part of the family.

Thrive at Green Island is an awesome place to live. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel and the care is impeccable.

It's an excellent place for most elderly place. We were looking at the independent portion and she is a little fussy and really liked the place. They offered everything that we asked and helped us accommodate our needs. The dining room looked like they had good options fro the residents for food and they could take the food back to their rooms. The room size was a great. She had an efficiency room with refrigerator 15' by 16' was the room size, plenty of closet space. The bathroom made it easy to get in and out of the shower and transfer to the toilet. They had very open doorways. They even removed the door from the bedroom to the bathroom with no questions asked. The room had a kitchenette, bedroom, and living room.

I love the staff at Thrive. Everyone is so kind and helpful to my sweet mama and to me. This community at Thrive Augusta is awesome! Mama is happy here.

My dear father lives in the Thrive community. He enjoys all the friendly residents and staff. The special activities and great food are a real hit and much appreciated.

Hard to review during this crazy time! Thank you to all of the staff for keeping their spirits high.

We have been very, very pleased with the care our mother has received here. The staff have been so kind and loving toward her and she has felt happy and cared for, which has given us so much peace of mind.

We are pleased with the care our Mom gets at Thrive especially during this trying time with the pandemic. The caregivers have been exceptional with face-timing and calling us so that we can see Mom.

My husband and I have lived here since November 2019. We have been very pleased with our treatment from everyone. They have kept us safe all through the pandemic and seen that we are well fed and entertained.

We chose Thrive because of the activities that they do with the memory care unit. trying to keep them moving and playing memory games. I realize that this was a new facility and the help was fairly new but we had to keep reminding them that's why we had our loved in there was because they couldn't remember certain things. They have since got a lot better at everything. They have a very friendly staff and an awesome chef.

My mother is a resident of this facility and truly loves living there. However for the past month I have been trying to resolve what I think is a double charge taken as a draft from her account. I can’t get an answer about this and it is very frustrating.

Beautiful Facility, really nice but not right for my Mom.
