I have been so impressed with Thrive’s efforts to improve the community - not just the buildings and interiors, but the teams and leadership as well. When my mom first entered the memory care section of the community, she was 20 pounds underweight and was having trouble with her medications. The staff was very compassionate and accommodating to her needs and before we knew it, she was back to her ideal weight which helped in getting her on the right medicine. It was such a relief! I highly recommend the Social at Savannah.

As an Aging Life Care Professional, I have the opportunity to spend time in many long-term care communities and The Social is one of my favorites! Warm, friendly staff, wonderful activities, and the food is great! Clearly the sign of top-notch leadership!

I was very nervous about selling my home and moving into independent living at The Social. I put my trust in God and it must have been His will because everything has fallen into place and this has been the most wonderful change I have ever made. I love my apartment and all my mew friends. There’s so much kindness in our community. I am happy to say this will be my forever home.

I have someone always here to help me. It gives me so much security to know I am not dealing with everything on my own. The leadership team is just a phone call away. Also, I live with lots of people my own age who know me and understand me...it makes all the difference in the world to feel understood, loved and safe.

The Social has proven to be an outstanding community with friendly staff who are always willing to go above and beyond to create the perfect living environment!!

Since my brother, [name removed], has been at the Social, first in assisted living, now in independent living, we have been so very pleased not only with his care, but with the loving community that he is now a part of. Through hurricane evacuations, Covid lockdowns, and day to day care, I have seen the professionalism and empathy exemplified by the staff on a daily, weekly, monthly, now yearly basis. The Thrive at Montvale team does senior living differently. They have such an active and passionate community in Bergen county. The design of the independent living and assisted living apartments truly feel like home. I love how they bring so many people together, with their social signature events, activities and parties. It's such a fun environment with plenty of friends! The culture at Thrive makes it one of the best senior communities in Bergen county! Looking forward to seeing them again soon!

Beautiful place! The staff was VERy friendly including Chef [name removed] that came out to talk with us and baked us a pie! We will keep them in mind and will followup when the new cottages are built.

Thrive at Montvale has a terrific team and I look forward to working with them in the greater Bergen county area!

My grandmother is very happy here. We chose this facility because it has been renovated, it is clean, the activities, the food, pretty much everything we gave 5 stars above. The apartment sizes at the facility are perfect, she is in a studio and it is nice. I would highly recommend to others looking.

Wonderful employees. Great memory care place for my wife!!

This community is kept very clean, however it is more on the expensive side but for our loved ones needs it is worth it. Our loved one talks about some of the activities they have which includes the residents singing and playing the piano. They have penny auctions and play balloon volleyball. We really like how well laid out this community is.
