I have moved my mother for the third time in ten months! Thank goodness, I found Season's!! Their food is amazing!! Nothing frozen or canned. I especially like that they only have 15 residents and the staff ratio is one to every four residents, this means my mom is changed often which is very important to me! The facility is very clean and very pretty inside! The staff and owner are so sweet to my mom and the other residents. This third move has given me so much peace, I no longer have to worry 24/7 about how she is being treated. I do like to visit my mom at least 3 days a week but if I can't make it I don't worry because I know she is enjoying herself and the staff loves her!

The Landing at Stone Oak is a very positive place and both my parents are there. We're very pleased with the services they're getting, we're pleased with the communication and we're pleased with the activities that they involve the family in. They have bus field trips, guests who come in, different art activities, and they get them up and moving as much as possible. I would and I already have recommended The Landing at Stone Oak to others.

Our mother is a resident at Bader House. We have had her at several different homes, but this place is amazing. She gets the attention here that someone with Alzheimers needs to have on a daily basis. [Name removed] is wonderful with all of the residents. Her smile and sweet personality are contagious. If anyone is worried about having to put their loved one in a home, Bader House will make your decision very easy.

I was very impressed with this community. It was one of my first choices. This is a lovely community. Everything looked great. The community is very well-kept. The staff was kind and courteous. Location was an important factor in when considering where to move my husband too. Unfortunately this community was a little far for my family to travel. It is a very nice community overall.

After dealing with three other senior facilities, it was a blessing when I moved my aunt to the Seasons. These folks are head and shoulders above most other like facilities in San Antonio. The folks there are genuine, caring compassionate people that keep the patients's interest and well-being foremost. I would heartily recommend the Seasons and the staff there for anyone considering care for their lived ones.

The room is nice and big enough for his things; the care is overall very good; food is good most of the time; activities are a bit sparse (but he doesn't participate much); my biggest complaint is communication between the staff and residents because 80% of staff don't speak English - this really hurts the care when you can't communicate.

All staff are very good with residents by attending to their needs. It looks clean and well taken care of. [name removed] always makes crafts and time with the residents a fun time. I enjoy helping her with the ideas she come up with.

The Landing at Stone Oak was a pretty nice place. their rate scale does not include the level of care. they do have a dog there and that seems to be their main marketing ploy. This property is about 4 years old, and one thing I did notice was that there were a lot of people in wheelchairs .I think I saw one gentleman actively wandering. my mom is very active. the other thing I noticed is that the place had sort of a old musty smell to it

The personnel at this facility seem to be pleasant. It’s a bit too early to tell about their turn over but they do have many people on staff on each shift. However, I am disappointed in the communication between the people you talk to concerning with some matter. It seems to be every place that I been to seem to be that way.

I'm glad we found this community for my brother. Although I thought it was more of a nursing home there is not a nurse 24hrs. The caregivers are nice and attentive. It is a beautiful place. He has a spacious room. The dining area is nice and the food is tasty. The grounds are well landscaped. He likes to watch movies with the group. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Season's Alzheimer's and Assisted Care is a new and nice community. The environment struck me as echoing and loud. It was not a peaceful and calming atmosphere. They had separate buildings with different functions for senior care. It was not a good fit for our loved one.

My tour of this community went well. Everyone was friendly to my family, and I. The community looked good from what I saw. The experience was a pleasant one, but I did find another facility that met our needs better.
