The cost was decent too compared to other facilities. I really felt good with the care my mom received there. We picked this community, because of the location, atmosphere, there were only 14 residents. When I toured the residents were happy and the place did not smell like a typical nursing home.

My spouse is currently a resident at The Landin at Stone Oak and everything has been great for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The food, activities, and care services are also great. The executive staff is not only there for the residents, but for the families as well, to help them through this transition. I would recommend The Landing at Stone Oak to family and friends.

The staff here at Seasons (Tezel location) are the best. They take such great care of my father and are always there to help us with anything we need for him when we come to visit. They truly care for my dad . Very patient and understanding. Although I would prefer my dad at home… I know and have peace of mind that he is with people who are taking great care of him.

Our family had an in person tour with The Landing at Stone Oak and we found the community as well as the overall tour experience to be great!

The Seasons Alzheimer's Care and Assisted Living community is small, close to my home, and they truly care for our loved one which is something we like most about the community. It is always clean. The activity director is awesome as well as the all caregivers. When it comes to the cost, well they are all expensive. [name removed] is kind of a unique situation. But then everyone has a unique situation. It fits his needs and my needs very well. I looked at some of the big fancy places and I knew that was not him. I really wanted it to work for him and for me.

My wife, a stroke victim, has been at the facility for 3 months after having been in several other facilities over the past 2 years. Season's is providing the best and most attentive care of any other place we have experienced. The medical staff as well as the aides and activity director have been kind and are well trained. Plus the staff to resident ratio affords more interaction which is so important for my wife and other residents. Also, and very important to the residents, the meals are prepared well and served hot and the entire staff provides whatever assistance is required.

My mother is a resident at Seasons Nursing Memory Care, Nacogdoches Road. The facility is beautiful, but what makes the experience more special is the personal care and attention my mother receives from the staff.[names removed] and the rest of the staff attend to my mothers needs in a warm, respectful, caring manner. [name removed] and [name removed], along with the rest of the hospice team has been amazing, as well. Lenora attends to daily activities to stimulate my mother and the rest of the residents. The care and experience at Seasons Nursing has exceeded our expectations.

My mother lived at Seasons - Old Tezel Road for seven months. The staff treated her with dignity, respect, compassion, love, and patience...lots of patience. When she displayed behavior issues, they worked with the doctor to allow her to retain her personality, but keep everyone safe. All of the hospice personal who work at this facility as well as the owner and the manager gave me their personal phone numbers and told me to call them any time I had a question. The facility was always clean and fresh smelling. I was welcome to visit at any time. During the last few days of my mother's life I even slept there. I am very thankful for the care my mother received at this facility.

Various activities for the residents: 1. My mother enjoys the gentleman who sings and plays the piano weekly. She can even request one of her favorite songs. 2. There are dancers who encourage the residents to dance or sit and march with their feet while they shake tambourines and maracas to various types of music. 3. Mom looks forward to the art and craft activities. She has been very proud to show them to family. I am very pleased the Caregivers took the time to get to actually get to know my Mom and her personally.

I would highly recommend it. We had a great experience with Seasons. In fact, I was so appreciative of their care of my dad, I made them 20+ fidget quilts. They treated my father who had severe dementia with so much compassion and they were very supportive and caring to my mother. We were impressed with the variety and number of activities they had for the residents. The staff were attentive and respectful to my dad even when he was being difficult. The staff were with him and cared for him compassionately as he died. We would highly recommend Seasons.

keep in mind my mother is on hospice and receives additional care paid for by her insurance. The reason the cost is high is the high staff to client ratio which this facility provides. In addition the staff really do care about their clients! I would like to see them provide more water to the clients at times other than just meal or snack time.

My mother was a resident at Seasons Alzheimer's Care and Assisted Living. I would easily rate every category at a 5 for this facility. The staff were helpful and engaged with the residents. The facility was clean, in good repair, and safe due to several locked gates. I can't say enough good things about this facility. I would highly recommend Seasons Alzheimer's Care and Assisted Living to family and friends.

The decision to place a loved one in a Memory Care facility is stressful and life changing for the entire family. Our decision to place dad at "Season's" has truly been a life saver for all us!! The facility is exceptional. Managers are on-call 24hr. a day and are accessible. There is a Hospice RN, LVN, and Aide on site. The chefs and food service are wonderful. The activities/entertainment are enjoyed by all. The individual rooms and living areas are pristine. The property is continually updated and manicured. Security is top notch with 3 coded gates before entering. My family has never been strangers to the staff. The managers, aides, nurses, cooks, and entertainers are family to us and have always treated dad with care, respect and dignity. The staffing ratio is above requirements. The facility is open 24hrs. a day and there is complete transparency between staff and family. God bless the entire staff for the work they do, it is truly an invaluable labor of love!!!
