This is a small facility that is all around what we were looking for. It is quiet and clean. It's like walking into a family members home, not an impersonal memory care unit. The staff keeps me up to date...

I'm glad we found this community for my brother. Although I thought it was more of a nursing home there is not a nurse 24hrs. The caregivers are nice and attentive. It is a beautiful place. He has a spacious room. The dining area is nice and the food is tasty. The grounds are well landscaped. He likes to watch movies with the group. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Season's Alzheimer's and Assisted Care is a new and nice community. The environment struck me as echoing and loud. It was not a peaceful and calming atmosphere. They had separate buildings with different functions for senior care. It was not a good fit for our loved one.

We toured this community when looking for my mom. The first thing we noticed was the exterior of the building. It reminded us of a prison, with a very small area out front and fences surrounding the premises. When we got inside it was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly as well. We did not choose The Seasons because the amount of space they offered was not enough.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Staffing ratio good most of the time. There is no true housekeeping service/s. Staff sweep and or mop the floor/s as needed. The house is new, August 2013, and does not seem to smell bad. No nurse call buttons in the bathrooms and or bedrooms. Bathroom is often without toilet paper and or paper towels. Personal laundry was not been done the first week. Roommate also has dementia and continually moves my husband's clothes to his closet. Roommate can become defensive so clothing has to be check daily. Meals are fair - hot foods are often cold. I have not seen a menu but seems to repeat weekly.

My mother was getting excellent care in the beginning(2019). After almost a year and before Covid the quality of care declined. My mother was not getting needed meds and care. Her walker has disappeared 3 times now. I have had to contact the owner regarding issues on average every 6 months. The newest problem delayed feeding of residents. The other problems still exist and the owner always says she is aware, but clearly addressing and fixing the problems is not a priority. The monthly fee is average and was ok as long as the care was being provided. Now that the care is not being provided because they are obviously short staffed, I wonder if my mother and other residents are safe. I am no longer pleased with the care provided..my mother's fall risk has increased as a cane is not safe, but her walker has disappeared again and staff, mgmt and owner don't seems too concerned. Keep looking for a good place for your loved ones. This is not the best place for them.

My loved one was in this home for far too long before I became aware of the numerous problems and violations there. Dehydration of residents was a huge issue. People were kept in Geri chairs all day. Beware of this facility.
