The Pavilion Senior Living

The staff is really nice and friendly. They work with the family and the residents. If I call and need something and they don't know the answer, they'll find out and call me right back. Great staff - you can't beat 'em. They have nurses there 24/7. If there's a problem, they call me and ask for my opinion first to see if my loved one needs to go to the hospital. And my loved one likes the staff, which means a lot. Even during Covid, they've kept up safe activities, and they're doing games all the time.

The best!! My Mom has been there only a couple of weeks, but all I can say is that this is a wonderful place for your loved ones, and that they will get only the best of care. The food is good, activities are fun, and they do care about their patients.

Things seem to be going well so far. I have not heard any complaints about this community from my loved one. When I visit the staff seem very nice and helpful. The community is clean and they do offer some activities such as someone coming in to play the piano.

This is a nice community. The staff is caring and attentive. The menu is good and we both like the variety of the menu. They have a lot of activities that she is participating with the others. I like that she is making friends. Families might want to tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I love this community, and my mother is doing very well since her move here. She is doing great, and has adjusted well to this community. They have a lovely staff, they have been attentive, and helpful. I know she is safe, and receiving great care. This is a community I would recommend this community, it is a great place.

This has really been a positive experience for us at this community. Everything is working very well for her and she seems to like it here. This community is a positive environment and the residents are very kind and friendly. My mother loves the food and I enjoy the meals as well. I am very pleased with everything this community has done for us. I would recommend this community.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Carthage Pavilion, I'd give them high marks across the board! It is a very nice place, and I would recommend it highly!

She doesn't interact with the facility very much. We have only been there a short period of time so we really can't give a lot of feedback.

The Waterford is wonderful! The best place I could ever imagine. The staff is very friendly, caring, and accommodating. They're always wanting to do something for the residents. The food is wonderful. They have plenty of activities to offer as well. I couldn't ask for anything better. I'd definitely recommend The Waterford to others. "If you're looking for a nice place, it's the best I've ever seen." I give The Waterford a 10!

Waterford is a God sent. My father has alzheimers and needed more care than i could give him. So my brother and I found this place. We feel that me made the right choice. He is adjusting to the new surroundings . My mind is ate ease because I know that they will take good care of him. Thanks for making this transmission a smooth one.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, the facility is very nice, and the price is very reasonable.

It is more affordable and they provide a great deal of service for residents. I definitely recommend it. Staff have been very supportive and helpful to my dad which is greatly appreciated. Nothings perfect but we're very pleased.

The people there stood out. They care a lot for the residents that live there. It's a great place for elderly people! They are very caring people.

in my opinion, several of the residents really should be in a nursing home, not memory care. Maintenance needs improvement: shower has been leaking for 4 weeks and linen closet door won't latch. Had one medication error: I found my husband's nighttime meds in his pajama pocket the following morning. The have not read the information I provided that would help them get to know my husband better.

Primary concerns are related to poor overall nutritional value of meals, lack of regard for dietary restrictions, and phone not being manned 24/7 for timely distribution of nighttime meds that are as needed. Staff at The Pavilion in Smyrna are considerate and compassionate of the care for those in their community. Their patience with the never-ending demands of each resident is a blessing to family members. My brother and I are confident our mother is cared for in a thoughtful manner and are pleased with this first, and hopefully only, experience with assisted living.

I just had a few complaints. In the beginning it was great but I felt like as time went on and Dad was so confused some seemed to have lost their compassion. The food in the beginning was great but it had gotten not so good. Cleaning his room started getting somewhat slacking! They did not have a lot of activities for men. All in all, I felt like it was a beautiful facility and for the most part took good care of my dad.

We have been content with care and attentiveness of our loved one. Considering the high cost of facilities, We feel we made the best choice for the care of our family member. The Pavilion has provided a clean comfortable living place .

Things are lost constantly hearing aids , glasses etc They start gatherig the pts for lunch about and 45-1hr before serving To many falls happening and not being found in timely manner They need more cleaning help for rooms in MC especially. There are some really good and caring staff members that you can rely on

Generally based off of our experience, The Pavilion Senior Living at Lebanon is a facility that I would recommend to other families who are searching for care for their loved ones.

I toured this facility and it was good. It seemed to be a nice place. Very clean and also friendly staff.
