I would say this is one of the best community's in the Austin area. This has been a great move for my mother, and her needs. She likes it, and I'am satisfied with all they have done for us. It is a smaller community compared others, but it is a very nice facility. She has a fabulous bathroom, and good views from her room. The staff is polite, and friendly when I come to visit. They provided three different levels of care, and also they allow pets. It has been a great experience for us in this community, and I would highly recommend it.

I toured this nice community for care for my mom. I liked the staff and the cleanliness with the nice atmosphere. They have a nice menu and a list of things that would of helped my mom. I would recommend this community for the care of a loved one.

We were impressed with Mapleshade the moment we walked in the door. We toured several times, tasted meals, and met with different staff members before bringing mom in to visit. Her comment as we left was, "I love it!" She moved in recently and is thrilled with all the activities and yummy food, plus she's making new friends. The staff has been amazing as well. We're so pleased that mom is enjoying her new home.

I am a new resident to The Village at Mapleshade and I would like to take a moment and recognize the Culinary Staff who has helped make my transition easy. My first few meals have been wonderful; better than I could expect. The staff is very kind and attentive to my needs and the variety of offerings on the menu is great. I look forward to having friends and family out soon to enjoy with me.

The Village At Mapleshade is a true 5 Star experience! From the moment you walk in you get a sense of warmth and caring from the entire staff and Directors! The facility itself is absolutely beautiful! It feels much more like a 5 Star hotel than an Assisted Living Facility. The common areas are beautifully appointed and the rooms are well designed with ample room. There are a variety of activities to get everyone involved and the special Family Nights are just that truly special! They involve the family every step of the way and strive very hard to make you feel Welcome and part of " The Family". The food choices are plentiful and well presented! The Chef is outstanding and it is evident that he takes pride in the meals he prepares! We have eaten there many times and have never been disappointed! The dining experience is on par with any upscale restaurant! I have toured several facilities as well as having my Mother in two others facilities prior to our move here last year shortly after the opening and this is the first time I can say I feel she is truly happy! If your looking for a place to call home , look no further you have found it at The Village of Mapleshade!

The staff was friendly and answered our questions during our tour. We felt that The Village wasn't a good fit for my parents but it's definitely a good option!

i like this community. The staff are nice and caring and very attentive. The community is clean and is taken care of. They are offering my mom a lot of nice activities to stay active. This location is close to my home. y mom really like the room that has a nice room with a good view. We would highly recommend this community for the excellent care and value.

Mapleshade is a wonderful find. The beautiful boutique assisted living facility has been the perfect new home for my mother. From day one, the staff has been friendly, attentive and caring. They are quick to respond to any request and need. Mapleshade offers fun daily activities and outings. The food is delicious and they have fun-themed monthly family dinners. As a family member, I always feel so welcome. It's a comfort to know that my mother has such a great place to call home.

The Village at Mapleshade is a wonderful AL community. It has a great vibe from the second you walk in. The support staff is caring and do their hard jobs with smiles on their faces. Would recommend this place for any family looking for a loving place for their senior loved one.

Things are going well for my mother in law at The Village. The staff are great and attentive. We think the food is good and she likes it as well. They offer a lot of activities and the activities director encourages the residents to participate in them. The community is well maintained. Her apartment was one of the reasons we chose this community. It has a kitchen and this is a newer community as well. I would recommend this community.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. We like the care from the aids that are helpful with my mom's care. I do feel that the staff could use some small improvements. My mom is very pleased with the variety. She likes the activities bingo, singing. I feel good knowing that she involved with others. I would recommend this community for the good care and value that is received here.

The place has hotel like common arias and big windows. It had a resort feel to it. It was very comfortable. It is close to the doctors and hospital we use

The Village of the Park is at the top of my list. The community is beautiful. I have a friend who currently resides here and she loves it! The staff is very friendly and attentive. My son toured this community and had nothing but good things to say about it.

I recently moved my mother in, in the midst of a very stressful life-changing event. From the moment she moved in I have been so pleased with the level of care they provide. They truly embrace not only the residents but their families. The level of professionalism they exude alongside their loving, compassionate personalities has certainly exceeded my expectations. When you talk with the residents there, they all are very happy. That to me is a true indicator if a place is good or not. The smiles on everyone's faces and feedback I have gotten is all positive. My mom raves about how nice everyone is to her which certainly gives me great comfort when I am not there. The location is perfectly located in the Heights which is not a far from the med center.

Staff are friendly and responsive to client needs. it's clean and apartments are good size for retirement apartments. Biggest complaint is that the food has gone down considerably since mother and dad moved in. Additionally, when they moved in one of the reasons they moved to this particular facility was because they served three meals every day. That has since been reduced to two meals on Sundays. The last time I ate there (6/15/17) I was served an entree that was completely inedible. I complained to the person at the desk and told the waiter the meal was terrible. However, my complaint seems to have not impacted food service. Everything about the place is great, except the food. My opinion is that the food is terrible and it appears that family/resident complaints don't seem to impact it.

The meals they are providing my mother are always well proportioned with a variety of healthy choices. The staff have taken extra time to get to know my loved one and really make sure she is comfortable with her new living environment. Overall I have no complaints.

The Village of Tanglewood is a lovely place. The lobby, dining room, library and courtyard are stunning and reminded me of a beautiful hotel. The residents seem happy and were engaged with the staff and each other. The community is small which, provides a family atmosphere.

The best decision we made was choosing Wood Glen Court for my sister who was battling cancer. It started when Michelle called me on a Saturday to discuss our needs. She is so kind and caring it made the decision easier. Vickie was fabulous getting my sister's medications set up (it was complicated). They administered them perfectly and timely! WGC will make you and your loved ones feel at home and loved.
