The attention from the sales staff and nursing director from the very first meeting has been incredible. They took the time to really understand my concerns and my father's needs. We looked at 3 options, and this community was the best in the area hands down.

Very informative and enjoyable tour. [name removed] and the staff were so pleasant and willing to assist in all ways. Lunch was outstanding and kudos to the Chef, who took the time to speak and visit with us personally. We were very impressed with the facility and the activities offered to the residents. Planning to revisit and take my parents.

Arbors at Bridgemill is a brand new facility, and you can smell how fresh it is as you walk through the doors. My mother is considering the Assisted Living section that residents are currently moving into. Arbors is beautiful, has a cozy homey feel, and the staff has sincere compassion and high energy.

This is the top choice for hubby and I based on many factors. We thought that MIL would see what we saw, and maybe she did or didn't. It remains one of two, IMHO, and hopefully we can move this process along, but MIL is insistent on seeing another property as well. Friendly, comforting, beautiful, great location for us - so many pluses. It is still on the table for serious consideration.

Beautiful facility, It would be wonderful to have my mother there.

Very impressive. The thing that stood out most to me was the long term tenure of many of their staff. They love working here and they love seniors. I think this would be an excellent choice.

We loved this place!! Nice kitchen size?? Swimming pool and gym are good size and beautiful!! Real restaurant makes the food and food plans give you option to cook a few times and dinner out without paying for what you are not eating. In site sport bar with very good prices give you a option to happy hour or cards with friends or family and does look like a outside regular bar. We love the floor plans and prices are fair too.

The "Lakeway Family member" that reviewed below must have the wrong community. The Harbor is a beautiful community with an engaging lobby (not sure where they came up with that comment) and staff that cares about their residents. The Director, managers, med technicians, nurses and care givers all value each and every resident and strive to make every day the most enjoyable and comfortable day for all.

This is a beautiful facility with decent sized memory care rooms which are nice and bright. It isn't open yet, so I can't really evaluate as I would with residence present.

My dad moved in here and I have never seen him happier! Once he decided to move in he has blossomed. His medications are given to him daily and he even has a girlfriend. We couldn't be happier to see him so happy and active! The staff all care and have become more like family to him and us. This was such a blessing to find a community that truly exceeds our expectations.

This meeting and tour were great. The people and facility are wonderful, but probably more than we need at this point I could not meet with [Removed] as she had prior appointments. We were very pleased with our tour of Harbor ! The resident coordinator [Removed]went above and beyond to answer our questions and provide a personalized approach to our concerns. We found the facilities to be fresh , elegant yet comfortable , and inclusive. This was the only facility we found with an indoor pool. The employees and residents seemed joyful and engaged. If your seeking assisted care this facility should be at the top of your must tour list!

I’m writing in response to a recent tour. We found the facilities to be beautiful. The staff took substantial time to get to know us , discuss our needs and answer our questions. We’ve placed a deposit as we make final decisions . I believe the staff & facilities are comparable to places twice as expensive. Our only reservation is the limitation on transportation radius to 10 miles. Many area specialists are still only located in Austin & this was the only area the facility seemed to lag behind other Lakeway Facilities on . The response to our concerns on this issue were accommodating and quickly offered . A huge positive in comparison is the indoor pool. Mainly the most impressive aspects were the happy residents and staff. When people enjoy their jobs it shows!! If you are searching for assisted living you must put this place on your must see list ! Finally , I’m convinced some of the reviewers have mistaken this for another Lakeway location. It is clean , beautiful, & has an upscale feel when you walk in. The true gem here is The Personal relations Director- [Removed] .

Very new and well organized. Residents seem very engaged in activities and are strongly encouraged to participate

This facility is only one year old so it is immaculate and has a full size refrigerator in the kitchenette that is stainless steel. One side of the assisted living building has a spectacular water view and the other side faces the parking lot. There is an outdoor space that is marvelous and faces the water. Many activities including Bunco and Bingo as well as an excellent exercise and rehab area with trained staff. The level of care is on a scale based on need. The prices are a little bit higher than other facilities in this area but this is a brand new building that is filling up fast. Very lovely staff and a thorough tour was provided with a surprise gift at the end of fresh made key lime pie in an individual sized package. We were very impressed with this place. It has a sister facility named the Presidential Place which we toured earlier but that one was close to downtown Hollywood and has no water view option.

Just finished a tour and we were amazed. I just could not believe the building opened 3 years ago, everything looks brand new. This place has it all, they even have an indoor pool! I was also very impressed with all the activities they have for the residents. I know my parents will love this community.

We found this assisted living for my dad in July . It’s very fresh and clean . Food is gourmet ! The chef is amazing! They are very attuned to the comfort and needs of their residents. Quick response to any concerns you may have. Lots of activities if they are willing to participate. Every employee is friendly and attentive. His apartment is very comfortable with his own familiar furniture that we used to decorated it . It is the best fit for my dad and his needs at this time.

Very impressed with the facility & amenities. Unfortunately the only vacancy is the too small studio apartment.
