[Name removed] is amazing and the staff is wonderful. I look forward to my moved one moving there in the near future, I know they would be in great hands.

Quail Ridge is a beautiful facility and the care is truly excellent. The staff really knows how to care for their residents. From the activities and food to the outstanding care, you can't go wrong with Quail Ridge.

Homey environment and clean. 3 Meals a day that are prepared by a chef, not just that, they are tasty! Activities and things to do all day long, or just sit by the fireplace on a cold day. A 'must recommend'.

My grandmother lived at Capital Place before she became too ill to be on her own. She was treated like family, loved the food and the staff. The provided transportation was invaluable as she was not able to drive and we couldn't always get her to her doctor appointments. They have a beauty salon on site, so that made life easier too. Can't say enough about how happy we were with Grandma's stay at Capital Place!

Night and day difference for my mom at Belleview Heights. They are much more intuitive in exploring the specific needs of my mom. They have been very communicative and gone above and beyond to meet her needs. Not only do they care about her, but they always check in to see how I am doing. This is the kind of care I could not provide myself, nor could she be safe in another environment.

I have lived at Las Brisas for almost 6 years. I hope to be here as long as I can. I am 88 yrs and my pacemaker battery is good for 10 more years and I hope all off my other body parts hang in there. I also have a kitty and she is also very happy we are living here. We have a very special young women, [name removed], who is our "Our Resident Experience Coordinator", that presents every opportunity to each and every one of our residents to keep active and entertained and aware of the opportunity to keep our senior years full and happy. She has this wonderful ability and "know how" to bring special outside professional people into us that enriches our senior years. If she could be twins, triplets, or multiple people, I am sure every facility like Las Brisas would be lucky and eager to have our special lady on their staff.

I would like to give our activity director 5 PLUS STARS! She knows her job and does it to a "T", or a "P", (for perfect). [Name removed] fills our senior days with activities, morning, afternoon, and early evenings. Never a dull moment! I would like to thank her so much for what she did for me personally that ended up including other residents including other residents also. I am a triplet, and she featured "my story" in our monthly "Holiday Newsletter". That started a regular monthly resident story. We got to know the person featured on a much better level and as some of these residents moved on to full care or deceased, we were glad for the information we received of their lives. Our triplet story was shared in 1939 at the world's fair and again in our high school newsletters. Now, in my late 80s, I am so grateful to close out my years with my senior friends knowing that we three triplets existed and were blessed.

[Name removed] is a gem ---- and if I could give her 10 stars I would! She is innovative, creative, a problem solver and a great employee. I can't imagine Los Brisas without her!

I’ve been a resident at Las Brisas for 1&1/2 yrs.and can personally vouch for the staff, especially the activities director, [name removed]. She goes above and beyond to provide interesting and enjoyable programs to keep us informed and entertained. From weekly outings to restaurants and points of interest, in-house games, movies, lectures, live music, happy hours and her ingenious and always appealing decorations, she keeps us engaged and always anticipating “what’s next?” The management and kitchen staff strive to keep the residents happy. It’s not an easy job to please 100 people with diverse tastes and personalities, all the time but they try their best. Some people like to complain no matter what you do to satisfy them. As for me, I love living here.

Las Brisas and their staff are all caring and competent individuals. I would especially like to emphasize the fantastic event and activity coordination handled by [name removed]. I have accompanied my mom on several of outings organized: Morro Bay, Harmony, Santa Margarita, and Santa Margarita Lake... each outing included information provided by docents and/or volunteers. [Name removed] also goes above and beyond to decorate Las Brisas for each occasion. She brings in numerous guests that dance, play music or a combination thereof. She provides group and individual games to meet the needs of the residence. She is often on hand to help serve meals and provides daily announcements for activities and even has a regular Trivia quiz during lunches. Specific to my mom, [name removed] encouraged her to share her flag collection over a series of 5-10 talks over the course of the year... words cannot describe how much this pleased my mom. Las Brisas would not be the happy and lively place it is without [name removed].

The Gardens at Brook Ridge have been a blessing to our family. After my father took a bad fall in 2018, it was necessary to move my parents into assisted living. We are so thankful there was space at The Gardens because my family couldn’t be more pleased with the care and attention my parents have been given. After a severe stroke, my mother entered hospice care and the Gardens was able care for her in my parent’s apartment. Not only did they care for my mother alongside hospice services, but they cared for me as as I sat next to her until her final breath. I don’t know what I would have done without the love and care from The Garden’s staff. They have continued to give my father assisted care since my mother’s passing. My father has shown great improvement since then and I credit it to the staff at The Gardens. They make sure he is out of his room daily for social interaction, help him with walking therapy, book his medical appointments, administer his medications, transport him to all his doctor appointments, and keep my family updated on everything that is going on. I thank God every day my Father is in a place with people that are able to help him with his special needs all the while showing compassion and love which I never thought was possible from a facility.

My wife has been there only one week; but, so far, care has been not quite, but almost a night and day improvement over her last residence . . . cheaper.

One of the best things about Las Brisas is the activities director [name removed]. She plans great activities and meals out and is always helpful and friendly.

My mom has been at Las Brisas for two years and she loves it there. Every time I visit she talks about how fortunate she is to live there. Beautiful facilities, great food, lots of activities and an awesome staff have made her very happy!

My favorite, a lot of amenities. The staff was both friendly and professional. The apartment was lovely.

Moved my 98 yr young mother there out of her home of 50 years. She has adjusted nicely and getting into the routine of the facility. The food is EXCELLENT and is served 3 meals daily. They have a soft serve ice cream machine there available 24/7 and there are fresh cookies available at 10 and 3. Soup pot is also available from 10 til 4. Lunch is the big meal but there's nothing small about the breakfast, and the supper is usually a sandwich with soup. There is a daily chef special entree and then an alternate entree. Desserts are great as well and sugar free desserts are available upon request. The units are quite nice and it is very clean everywhere. I would live there if I were ready to make the transition!! I have a mother and an older brother there. Can't say enough good things about the facility and the staff. It's where "everybody knows your name"!! Each new move-in receives an Ambassador to help them learn about their new home and whats available to them!! There are activities all the time! Great place to be!!!
