In September I will be here 7 years. I love it here. I have an 8 year old shih tzu dog. I walk him 3 times a day outside the community. The food is great here and the staff is also devoted to us. I can't ask for a greater life. I'm 87 years old.

We want to take this opportunity to thank the entire professional and caring team at Caleo Bay for taking such wonderful care of our mom during a very difficult "end of life" period for our family. We want to specifically acknowledge the current manager [name removed], the previous manager [names removed] and especially [name removed]. The attention payed to our mom was evident on every level and every day that our dad was able to visit with her, until Covid lock down. And when that was no longer possible, because of Covid 19 lock down protocols, they responded to his calls, sometimes 3x a day. Mom was a resident from October 2019 thru her passing this past month. They focus on family thru all of their programming, and support. They celebrated my parents love story every day. The facility is ultra clean, never felt like a traditional nursing home. The food was not that bad either. Anyway we would highly recommend this specialized center as we looked into so many options in the Palm Desert area, where mom could be close to dads home. Management staff are kind, efficient and genuinely caring individuals. Activity director is outstanding and provides excellent events, special outings and celebrations. The food is really good with a varied menu. The facility is well maintained. When Covid-19 first appeared, the facility acted swiftly with measures to keep the residents safe and healthy.

Wow, this place is beautiful and full of amenities. If you like cruising, you should love this place. You will be pampered and fed daily, there is always something to do, and the staff is amazing.

I have lived here for 7+ years. Managers are professional, yet caring. During this period of quarantine, they were kind and made certain to make us as comfortable as possible.

A+ I have lived in this facility for over 3.5 years. I have enjoyed living here. The management and employees are helpful, and there are many activities for our participation. They are fun and interesting, along with educational. I have 3 caregivers that are excellent also.

Nothing is perfect forever, but Capital Place helps keep me safe, healthy, and alive. The food and activities are good. But, now the virus has changed things for sure.

My late wife spent the last three years of her life in this kind, loving place. I always refer to it as "The Marigold Hotel." [Names removed] and all the other staff go above and beyond for their older friends. I would rec this to anyone.

While there have been a few bumps in the road, I have been extremely happy with my husband's care. The current administrative team is second to none, creating an environment that seems to keep the staff happy and hard working. The nursing staff is somewhat fluid, but there are several nurses that have been there for awhile and know the residents very well. They are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Everyone who works here at all levels is given training in caring with these sometimes challenging residents. The building is always very clean and meals are healthy and well received by the residents. There are many varied activities offered daily to keep the residents occupied and on every holiday there is a party that includes friends and family. I regard everyone who works at Cardinal Court as extended family and they have given my husband excellent care. I have no regrets!

Creekside Pines staff are phenomenal, caring,a and professional. It is a very caring environment that keeps the residents active, engaged, and connected to their community. During COVID, the community has been safe, secure, and the residents have been well protected. The food is definitely good. They offer three meals a day with restaurant style dining including linen table clothes and servers. The price is reasonable in comparison to other communities considering all of the amenities and services that are provided. They have activities such as karaoke and taking the residents on outings.

The staff at Madison Meadows has been wonderful. The cleaning crew especially has done a really good job and always has a positive attitude, especially during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic when a clean community is more important than ever. The community has been really accommodating with some of my friend's behaviors. The staff really seem to be able to handle him well and are very respectful of his independence, while at the same time making sure he is receiving the level of care he needs. His mental state has also improved noticeably since moving into Madison Meadows from his previous community. The location here is particularly great because it is right in downtown Phoenix and there are a lot of familiar activities for him to participate in. In his previous community, he was paying more for less attentive care, so I feel he is getting a better value for his money here. They are flexible and willing to accommodate especially with diet. The community has a lot of activities available for the residents. Even when they are not conducting their own activities on-site, they encourage my friend to do things outside of the community in downtown Phoenix. With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the staff has done a good job of keeping me informed about what actions they are taking to keep the residents safe. They are doing a good job with food delivery as well since residents are required to be socially distanced. They are keeping in-line with the government's recommendations.

Caleo Bay has an amazing staff. [Name removed] the resident manager is wonderful and the whole staff does a great job. It is very clean and always smells good. For the type of care they provide they do and amazing job. We are very happy to have my mom at Caleo Bay. She feels safe there which is so important.

My mom loves this place! When we went to visit, they had a resident assigned as an "ambassador" who spent time with my mom and answered her questions. After she moved in this resident kept up the contact introducing mom to other residents and including her in activities. The staff are so friendly and helpful.

Just the openness of the space as you walk in is so welcoming. [Name removed] kept that feeling of caring and home alive as we toured. I was welcomed with not just hand shakes but hugs and care. I found a loving home.

Great place - would love to live here.

Quail Ridge is a beautiful facility and the care is truly excellent. The staff really knows how to care for their residents. From the activities and food to the outstanding care, you can't go wrong with Quail Ridge.

Homey environment and clean. 3 Meals a day that are prepared by a chef, not just that, they are tasty! Activities and things to do all day long, or just sit by the fireplace on a cold day. A 'must recommend'.
