Sunrise Senior Living

I have not been up to see my loved one or the facility. But as far as I know and from what I have heard, it has been very satisfactory. She tells me that the food especially has been really good.

Great staff, everyone goes out and above for my mother. Nurses and front desk staff have the absolute best.

My Mom is very happy there. Overall, I finally have some piece of mind that she is well taken care of. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families!!

We really liked the location of Sunrise Willowbrook and the friendly staff we met. We moved from a Sunrise in Richmond Virginia and the transfer was very smooth and easy.

The staff and quality of care is phenomenal. Genuine, respectful care across the board. Easy communication with ease of mind that your loved ones are being well taken care of. Per my parents, the variety of food options could be improved. Their food is tasty and of good quality. For activities, my parents love the live music. I think they would like to get outside of the home more often, going on local outings like the botanical gardens, a game at Northwestern, dinner out. This may be too hard to facilitate but getting out in the community gives them a happy outlook. I am very satisfied and grateful to Sunrise of Park Ridge.

My aunt has been a resident at Sunrise for a few years now. Most of the staff is the same as the day we moved in. The team there IS AMAZING! I would recommend Sumrise Fair Oaks to anyone interested

I always feel.a sense of home when I visit Sunrise. The staff is friendly and professional. The place is clean. I watch how they give such personal attention to their residents. It is truly refreshing to see.

They do a good job and are dedicated to aiding residents- with participation it is a great facility. The facility did meet our expectations .

It looks like more of a home than an institution. The staff have been there a long time.

My mom was only there for 12 days before she passed away but everything that you have listed were excellent. I'll never say a great value for the money because $[removed] a month is a lot but it's competitive. I tell every person I know who is in the same situation that is the best place to take their people. She was not able to take advantage of the activities or the food. But the place was so clean and the people were so great.

I think it's a great place! The staff is wonderful. It's expensive but worth it compared to other places.

Sunrise in Chevy Chase is wonderful. They helped my mother make a diificult transition to assistance living. Not only did they successfully acclimate my mother but they counseled me also. My mother is absolutely in the best facility and at every unscheduled visit she is clean, well fed and happy. They are vigilant in overseeing that her medical condition is in order. I recommend this facility to anyone who wants a safe place for their parent. My mom is well taken care of which provides me peace of mind.

Brookdale for 9 years. During that the resident the staff took tremendous care of her. I never lost a night's sleep. They watched over her and informed me if she wasn't ok. Brookdale's staff was a second family.

A place for mom did a great job helping to connect us to Sunrise. We were struggling to find a good fit for dad’s needs and did not have much time. They helped us connect since I live far away. Sunrise is good fit and that was important. I am so relieved to have a happy comfortable community for dad. Everyone at Sunrise has helped make a smooth transition and make dad comfortable

5 for all, it's a well run facility. What makes it such a great experience is that when you walk in you have a fantastic receptionist who knows your name and greets you The place is just well organized it's very clean they take really great care of my mother that check on her so many times a day she's 92 and she gets such great meals there too I've eaten with her numerous times and have been always enjoyed the service they come to your table that's incredible but yeah I love it The management is very management is great so yeah I love the place and I'm so thankful I found it's only about 10 minutes away from my house too so that's really cool and plus it subsidized by Fairfax county so it's a little cheaper place for Mom to go and so anyway yeah thank you

It was a great experience because of questions 2-7 above; cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and administration, quality of care, meals/dining, activities, and value. Just as an update, [name removed] is no longer at Sunrise of Lafayette Hills.

My mom lived at this community for almost 6 years. She just ended up moving to another state to be near another relative so she was very sad to leave her friends and the amazing team at Sunrise of Frisco. We are so very grateful that we had chosen Sunrise as her home and highly recommend to anyone interested. The management team is always kind and caring and is sure to respond quickly and to take care of any concerns or needs that might come up. The care team and the medication techs are superb and such a happy team to be around. Everyone was so sad to see my Mom leave and gave lots of hugs goodbye.
