Overall we have been very pleased with Sunrise of Montgomery Village. What has made it such a great experience so far, is the staff. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The community is so clean and airy, and the staffers start at entry level and then move to other jobs. as an example: the lead receptionist is now a billing specialist, and the lead waiter took the receptionist's place. that continuity is incredibly comforting because they know you when you come in the door. the nursing staff and caretakers are excellent ât communicating so well and offering suggestions for PT and OT to help progression and help ward off regression. the caretakers also tell me honestly exactly where mom is at physically and emotionally. they really care about the residents. the upper-level managers are also great and have provided regular updates on a monthly basis. I've just been so happy with the care and professionalism. it's top notch.

Everything about Sunrise Dix Hills is just right for mom. From the very social residents, to the caring effective staff, Mom is so comfortable here. and really considers it her home.

The main reason we decided on Sunrise of Danville over other places we looked into was because of their willingness to work with increasing levels of care needs. Staff are friendly, helpful, caring, and remember each resident's favorite meal items. You can't fake that stuff!

Our experience was very good. My father was there for over a month. The staff was very compassionate and professional. The food was well done. Activities were appropriate and abundant. The garden area was very nice. In conclusion, I would recommend this facility strongly.

Sunrise at FlatIrons is a great place

The value for cost is based on the cost of other facilities. I toured 4 other facilities and sugar valley was by far the best informed, friendliest, most honest,brightest lighting and by far the most economical. I called and talked to people that work or have worked in some or all of the facilities only to find that a lot of what I was told was BS which didn't surprise me but ultimately made my choice very easy.

Nice staff. Everyone was very helpful with giving me resources. My doctor recommended I look here. The sales girl was very informative. We are looking to move in the next 3 months.

I would say this is a great place. Good management. Lots of activities. I did recommend this place already to someone but they wanted to be in Washington DC

No basis for an answer when it comes to the activities. He didn't participate in any activity. He died after being there 10 days. However, based on the experience we did have with the community, we would recommend them to others

What I like most about Highland Trail is that it is manageable for my mom-at 86 she can feel independence in this place. I have peace of mind

They took excellent, comprehensive and compassionate care of my mother. I would recommend them to anyone. I would choose them again for care of any member of my family. I have nothing to say except that I am very happy that they were there for my mother every step of the way. The facility was always be clean, never smelled. The added touch of a resident house dog was truly lovely. My mother loved that dog and I believe it stretched out the quality of her days.

I'd recommend it without thinking twice. Care and communication was outstanding.

I just moved my father in this week, they did a bang up job helping me get everything sorted during a stressful time. The young man in admissions is extremely proficient in what he does. Place is lovely, people are warm and welcoming, I'm sure my pop will be in very good hands here. Hats off to Yall.

My experience was fantastic and so was my Dad's. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to care for him on hospice care. The whole experience was great! If I'm not recommending Sunrise of Edina, I'm always mentioning A Place For Mom when someone asks.

My mom enjoyed the activities and the outings. She liked the opportunity to start new ones too (baking club, game night). She got to do things she never had before like acting in a play and being in a book club. The food was good and the desserts better! I appreciated the care givers who assisted with personal care, and the servers. The maintenance staff especially [name removed] go the extra mile to help with small things in the room (from hanging curtains to fixing thermostats) Both my parents were there until my dad passed last year and my mom moved last week ( only to be closer to family). Thanks

The staff is very friendly and respectful. I recommend the location. They sometimes miss the mark on dietary restrictions even after I have advised them of mistakes. The parking lot is too small, unfortunately and that sometimes is a pain because there is no other nearby parking. But that's not a reflection on the operations.

I can't recommend enough! They do a wonderful job going above and beyond. Between the services they provide and way they genuinely care for the residents, it really is a wonderful place to call home for my loved one. I think you will find other reviews mention it too, but the staff is exceptional. Huge shout out to [name removed] and [name removed] who really make you feel like you are part of the family. You are absolutely in good hands with them.
