Sunrise Senior Living

We toured this facility and it was great. It was our first choice, we liked everything about it. Everyone was friendly. Cleanliness was good. Our tour guide went out of her way to help us and provide good information. She even mentioned Veteran's benefits before we could ask. She encouraged us to call her for any questions and help, even if we didn't choose this facility. I'd definitely recommend them as an option for others to consider/tour.

My mother has actually strived to become more independent since coming to Sunrise. The staff pays so much attention to detail and really cares about all of the clients in the building. It's a very family-like atmosphere. And it's just a very good place, especially after our experience at a different facility.

Sunrise of Wilton was lovely. On the surface, without having a resident there, they get a 5 for the tour. Not applicable for food, activities, quality of care. I don't know about those 3 items just from a tour.

She was only there 5 days but... she was very well taken care of from start to finish staff was wonderful. . Very attentive! Very compassionate to not just my mom to all of us

There is improvement needed with the medical staff communication with the doctors and myself, otherwise they're fine. I picked this community because it was a convenient location.

Everybody is really caring, and everybody seems to know everyone. It's just a warm, happy place.

The value for the money is pretty good. We picked this community, because of the proximity to my home, and I liked the size of the community. They have extended themselves to accomodate, my loved ones unique needs. They have been very helpful. I would recommend to other famlies.

It is a great place, my loved one has settled in and enjoys the community.

The community was wonderful to work with and always communicated with us. They did do a great job at keeping everything clean. There was a few times that my loved one's room needed a good vacuuming. The staff was always friendly and willing to help when asked. Some of the food looked ok. My loved one was a picky eater and the community did everything they could to get my loved one to eat. Even making something different for them. My loved one ate in their room most of the time. My loved one's room was near the activities. Unfortunately my loved one wouldn't participate, but the community always had something going on. The cost was about the same as other communities. I would highly recommend Aspired Living. The rooms are nice and the staff is fantastic.

This facility has been very good for my loved one, I visit her daily. Cleanliness is good. My only suggestion would be to maybe shampoo the carpets on a regular basis. The staff has always been very helpful and concerned for my loved one, they go out of their way to be kind. Communication with the family is very good. They're great about answering my questions or finding an answer if need be. We did have quite a few problems at first, but the staff went out of their way to help get those problems resolved. They allowed me to put cameras up in my loved one's room. If I see her up and around in the middle of the night and I call them, they're great about going to check on her/assisting her as needed. My loved one is definitely more comfortable here now. She doesn't use silverware anymore, so they mostly serve her sandwiches. I do wish they would add more of a variety of finger foods for her, chicken nuggets etc. Overall, I'm very comfortable having my loved one here and they do a great job caring for her. I would recommend them to family and friends.

It was a brand new facility, and was open maybe a month. They had a smaller amount of residents. It was a very nice place but was more expensive. The people who gave the tour were friendly.

Sunrise of Alexandria has been a great place for my family member. They have excellent support staff.

I toured this community and it was really good. Very clean and the staff was friendly. It was a little more expensive than some others, but still an option that we considered.

Mom is enjoying her stay at Sunrise of West Babylon. She really is enjoying the food - I know not to visit her around meal time! It was an adjustment at first, but nothing that wasn't expected.

They have been fantastic. My loved one loves the food. They have so many choices, and with each meal, they have soup, salad, three differnt entrees and then dessert. They have all kinds of activites. They were flexible with the initial process, considering that it was virtual. They gave a warm feeling. It's a beautiful place. The memory care unit has their own outdoor area. Overall, it's a wonderful place.

My brothers and I reluctantly placed our mom at Aspired in Westmont, but we are very happy she is there. The entire community from front desk to the back office are kind and friendly. Everybody knows our mom by name and treats her with respect. It was and still is hard for my brothers and I but we sleep better knowing that she is safe and well cared for. We are grateful for Aspired!

Our experience has been great. The people that work there are so good to the residents. There are a lot of activities for them to do as well as outside activities.

Staff is very caring and conscientious, easy to get ahold of if need be. From the receptionist to the aides to nursing to the Director of Memory Care, every single person seems genuinely happy to be there personally knows each resident. The community is clean and my mom is happier than she’s been in ages. She says she’d recommend Aspired to anyone, the people are really nice, they have a lot of fun, and the food is excellent. Memory care residents don’t lie, so that’s a really positive review on its own! I’m thankful we found a home for my mom where she’s so well cared for now that she can no longer safely live independently. It wasn’t easy, but we certainly made the right choice.
