The rent keeps going up. Room size is good and the meals are usually good.

Everyone was very friendly. The residence all seemed happy and well taken care of. Everything was clean.

Give them all 5's. I doubt my FIL participated in any activities. I was able to observe a lot of things going on when walking through. Staff was always helpful and friendly. It takes special people to work in a unit like that. It is very confusing putting a loved one in a facility. I could ask anyone I saw a question and they either had the answer or directed (or took me to) the person who would have the answer. [name removed] was in a double that shared a bathroom with another double. I never say anyone use the bathroom. His roommate had too much stuff stacked up in the room. By the second day someone had moved his things around which helped a lot. Between wheel chairs and furniture it was "cozy". I would encourage family to bring as little as possible and add as things are needed. They really need so little. Laundry staff was awesome. Frequent washings, keeping track of who had what...[name removed]'s roommate looked like someone had brought everything he owned and dumped it in the room. Several large suitcases, dresser, wheelchair etc. The poor man was never out of bed, basically vegetative. It would have been easier to care for him if 95% of the stuff was not there.

[name removed] was very helpful, and explained everything. The staff seemed nice. The community was clean. The area is nice too! We had a great experience !! Great place...

The day she passed the staff was extremely caring and compassionate as to the families feelings. We really appreciated their help and concern I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

The facility is large enough not to feel claustrophobic but small enough to feel homey and accessible. The staff is very friendly, helpful and attentive.

I am very happy with Brookdale Roseville. The staff are wonderful. The times I have been there you can tell they care about residents. I feel comfortable that my sister in law is in good hands. But i am not there 24-7. The room sizes are very big enough for 2 people.

From the moment I walked into Sterling Roseville I got a good feeling. As I waited, I could observe different workers all with smiles and very kind and courteous to the guests everywhere I looked. I knew my father would feel the same. And he did. The time he was at Sterling everyone made him feel comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Each time I was there it had an upbeat atmosphere. I could see the guest there were happy. He even said the food was real good too. A special thanks to [name removed]and [name removed]for all the extra stuff they did. I can’t thank all at Sterling Roseville enough in helping my dad heal up quicker. I would recommend Sterling to anyone.

Mom loves it at Grossmont Gardens and is so happy to be back from a rehab facility she was at. It is a nice place, the staff and residents are welcoming, and they take great care of her. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

My family member truly enjoyed his stay at Sterling Court! Studio apartment was very nice and easy to furnish. Staff was great and very attentive! Wish he could have stayed there longer! Love this place, the staff and residents!

The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Very clean and does not smell. My parents say the food is surprisingly good. A few things have been not great, like the veggies but overall good. I think there are a fair amount of activities but I think it's hard to get some of the people to join. So far so good with my parents and it's very close to me!

Seeking a place for my friend who is very sick and in need of a safe place with caring caretakers. Avista was referred by a friend. So happy to say that we toured a well-kept and clean faculty with nice and thoughtful people who spent half a day listening to our circumstances recommending solutions. They weren't in it to sell an apartment. It was obvious they live what they do and they care for the residents and know them by name.

The room carpet gets dirty - could be cleaned more often. Our loved one doesn't like the food, but she doesn't like anything, so I can't really say and she also doesn't participate, so I can't really say. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families, I think it's a very nice community especially for the cost. The staff is always very friendly and communicative with me.

You must be involved because not all Care staff are trained well and monitored for individual resident's needs, as well as it is a highly transient position so there is a regular turn-over of staff necessitating continued training and moderating training. Currently, the majority of Care staff are mature, but the younger ones often show they are going through the motions and are not always as conscientious. For approx. [fee removed] a month I do not feel we get the value unless I am there regularly to insure we do.

I would let others looking know that they are kindly tolerant of belligerent, disruptive and confrontational residents, of which my mother was one! The facility is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly! Particularly the manager. Price was reasonable as well.

All 5, they are absolutely wonderful and my Dad is very happy. I like that it's small enough that everyone knows everyone. All the staff is involved in care, very easy to contact and overall cares for their residents. Yes I would recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

It would all be 5s down the line. Sterling court is wonderful my dad loves it, he's not even in the room until 8:00 pm. I would most definitely recommend this community to other families. I would recommend it for everyone w memory problems. They have my dad reading to the group and doing other things. Theyre not waisting away in a care home they do stuff w them all the time. Also, the food is good and i bought my dad a full adjustable bed so hes comfortable. He comes and goes but he's not in his till night time. I have a hard time reaching him because he's too busy now

I have been a resident here for over a year now. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention. I absolutely love the meals and activities. Grateful for the warm and welcoming environment.

I like that it gave my friend her freedom back. It gave her a way to live on her own with the help she needs. She has friends, a community, and a place to call home. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommended this community to others and will continue to recommend

This facility has many levels of care. Management changed hands a year or so ago, but we didn't notice a huge upheaval. It all seemed to go smoothly. We have been pleased with our Mom's care. The rooms (ours is a single/no kitchenette) are nicely sized. Plenty of room for a bed, chair, dresser, bedside table, TV stand, bookshelves, etc. She has a balcony (she's on the second floor) but all rooms have a small patio/balcony. She has a frig in her room and room for a microwave. She is even able to do her own laundry, if she wants, in their community laundry rooms. Lovely dining room, pool, the grounds are well kept with lots of walkways for strolling. A library, community room and lots of activities. The only thing they are having an issue with is getting drivers for the weekly "bus tours" that used to take place. We are hopeful those come back soon.
