The food was terrible due to the way it was given. The service in the dining room was ok. During COVID the food being delivered was cold. The staff was good. They allowed virtual visits to happen. The room was really small and it was a private room for my loved one.

We chose New England Club because of the affordability, it seemed like it was better for my aunts needs. Her apartment here is great, she is in a 1 bedroom and it works very nice for her. She liked the food before covid, but it took a drop in quality once covid hit. I would recommend this community.

This has been my home for around 10 years. Overall, I have enjoyed it. The last couple of years our staff has changed often which I find unsettling. Some let go and some voluntarily. As of today, [date removed], we seem to be fully staffed. I feel well taken care of especially during the Covid pandemic. Thank you for all your do for us.

Very clean room - works very fast and efficient. Pleasant personality. Her name is Joy and she's aptly named. Maintenance dept. is very accommodating if you're having a problem of any kind. wish my room wasn't near the generators - kind of noisy - also on the 3rd floor you can hear the traffic in the summer when the windows are open.

For the most part, I'm very satisfied with the care at the village. There's sometimes a lack of communication between the aids and requests by residents. Culinary is erratic in its cooking. Overall I wouldn't live anywhere else. The staff are very accommodating towards the residents. I hear them grumbling about their assignments and sometimes about residents. I would be upset if I heard they were complaining about me in front of other aides and residents- talk to me about it first. They work very hard most of the time and they respect me as a person. The fact we've had no virus in the building is phenomenal and it's because of the management rules and staff implementing them. I have done and well recommend the village to anyone.
