I moved back to MI from over 15 years in a retirement community in Florida (The Villages). I was originally from Saginaw, MI, married & moved to Bronson, MI and resided there for 50 years. Happy to be back to MI and its welcoming people, and a variety of activities.

My mother has really made an easy transition into this community with the help of all the residents and the staff. The residents have made sure to invite her into there social events and really make her feel welcome in her new living environment. The staff have also done a great job at checking on her often to make sure she is comfortable and her needs are being met in her new living environment. The entire building including the lobby and bedrooms are very well maintained and kept clean for the residents. We could not have found a better fit for my mother and we are very pleased with our choice of this facility.

Independence Village is a very nice place to live. I’ve been here for about 1.5years & have made many new friends. The employees are all very kind & caring, helpful & respectful. The food is excellent, & there are many menu choices. The activities & outings are fun & interesting. The shuttle bus will take you shopping, to appointments, etc. It is also very clean & attractively decorated.

My grandmother was at the inn for about 2 years and did very well there. The company that cared for her Honestead was good with her. She was very independent but needed help and wasn't always accepting of it but they managed to keep her comfortable and safe. The inn is a fun place and [Removed] the activities person is great. I have recommended this place to other people and those that moved in have all thanked me for the recommendation. Large rooms, clean, everything included made it easier on me to write out only one check every month and not have to deal with utility company bills and issues. This made it less stress on me while she was happy. Win win.

My loved one is adjusting very well since her move to this community. The staff is great, they tend to her every need. The room she is in is comfortable and has everything she needs, they try to make the community have a home like feel to it. They offer a variety of activities and the residents go on walks together. Overall it's a good community and we are happy with our choice to move her here.

They have an awesome activities coordinator and they do a great job getting residents involved and active. They have a loving staff that gently care for our loved one. The staff welcomes our visits and the food is really good.

This is an excellent community. It has been so good for my dad. He is eating well, going out on the bus frequently and has made a lot of friends. He is so much happier and our entire family can't believe that we didn't look into this place sooner. There is new management at Willow Park and the company is always making improvements. We would recommend Willow Park to anyone who has a family member or friend looking for an enjoyable retirement.

Everything at this community has been great. They are doing a awesome job with my loved one he really loves it here. The food is good and they have a variety of food to choose from. They offer a lot of activities, but my loved one has not wanted to participate. I would refer them.

My loved one is doing very well here. She has not been here long but everything is going smooth. It is very nice and quiet. She has gone out shopping with the community and they have activities available. She likes the meals they make, especially the salads, she said it was terrific. I appreciate the help we got from A Place For Mom, it was helpful.

I have had a few interactions with the staff and they seem nice. They encourage mom to participate in the daily activities. They offer a good variety of tasty food. The community is well taken care of and I would recommend it.

I can't speak highly enough of the staff and facilities at Independence Village of Plymouth. The staff really cares for its guests just like family. The food is 5-star restaurant-level quality! It was the best choice we could have made for my Dad.

Everything is working out very well for my mother here at this community. The staff is lovely, they are one of the main reasons I chose this community. I knew she would be receiving great care. This is a nice community, and they do a great job with the cleanliness of the place. Everything is very well maintained. There are nice activities offered for her when she ready to give them a try. She is very pleased with the meals. She is safe and in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend, it is a lovely place.

I came to this area six years ago looking for a place to live. I liked this place the best and asked if I could stay for three months. They said I could, I stayed three months and found a place I wanted, I have been here for a year and half. I am still here. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU.

Wonderful place to live. Warm residents, wonderful staff and numerous activities. There is a shuttle bus for shopping 4 days a week and weekend outings. The place is immaculate with excellent housekeeping and laundry services. Plus the food is great too. You couldn't ask for more!!

I have lived at the village for 4 years. It is very clean and friendly. The girls at the front desk are great. Our Life Enrichment coordinator is fantastic and keeps us busy with activities and so many fun things. Our chef is excellent with good food. Since I have to live in a independent place, so glad it is at Independence Village.

Independence Village is a delightful place to live and call home. The rooms are bright & cheery and the staff is friendly & helpful. There are numerous activities available and the food is great. The chef loves to accommodate even the pickiest eater. Its easy in such an atmosphere to be happy, make new friends & enjoy life.

I have lived in this facility for five years. It is a beautiful community with friendly staff. It is an ideal place for me at this stage of my life.

Have been here almost 5 years. Have met many friendly & nice people. They have many things to keep a person busy or entertained. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful.

Strategic location - near medical facilities, doctors' office and shopping. If you no longer drive, now is available. Food is excellent. Lots of variety on the dinner menu. Laundry and housekeeping services are very satisfactory. Washing machine and dryers are available for your personal laundry needs. There is a great variety of planned activities and outings to meet everyone's needs and desires. I would recommend this facility to any of my friends.
