I was very impressed with this beautiful community! Also I enjoyed the delicious food at the brunch, kudos to the chef and the staff – very friendly and helpful. When I walked into the lobby, I had a warm, fuzzy feeling, very welcoming and friendly community.

I have lived here for 2 ½ years and have been quite happy. There are many activities and outings available. The food is good and there are a lot of menu choices. The employees are caring and compassionate and helpful. It is very clean and well maintained.

I attended the awesome brunch with my dad who lives at Brighton Valley. The food was delicious – my favorite is the omellette station! Everything was so organized and easy to get the food. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Thank you for a delightful day!

My parents have a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment with a small balcony here and they love it. When we went on the tour there was no pressure and they were very accommodating. It is resident driven community, they really look out for each other. They are making friends and enjoying the activities they have to offer. The grounds are nicely landscaped. The maintenance is great and helpful the only downfall is the water pressure is very poor. I would recommend this community to families.

This is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here almost a year now and I can’t say enough about it.

After living here for almost six years I can still say that I came to the right place. I feel safe, have my apartment, its location and that I can prepare my own breakfasts and lunches. We are offered a wide variety of activities and programs and can choose what suite us and our schedules. I feel that our director is the best ever and has a helpful and thoughtful staff. It is a blessing to be a resident here!

Excellent facility. I saw negative comments posted about their transportation services, but [Removed] was upfront about what is provided. It seems reasonable to me. The halls are well lit and wide, the facility is clean and maintained. I saw residents active and looking happy, not just sleeping in the lobby like other places. We are going back for other family members to see the facility and eat a meal. Very impressed

Sycamore Creek is and excellent community so far. The staff is nice, the food is good, and the facility itself is brand new. They seem to have a lot of activities there to keep everyone busy. They even have a movie theatre. My loved one immediately liked it there, so it seems to be a great fit.

This is a newly remodeled community. It is very clean here. The staff is very friendly, organized and caring. She enjoys the daily activities she has PT and OT and will join the musical entertainment. It has a nice safe enclosed courtyard that she will enjoy when the weather is good. The food is good with plenty of options. I would recommend this place.

Our parents moved into Storypoint soon after they opened and have been in the independent living and currently in the assisted living. Soon after moving to assisted living my mother went under Hospice care. In addition to the staff working together with Hospice, they provided excellent care for her and my father. The facility is clean and creates an excellent atmosphere for our older growing generation. They provide many services and activities and are always willing to help with any situation. The staff really takes an interest in the patients to make them feel like a family. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a facility, to check Storypoint and talk to the staff.

Selecting a new home for a senior loved one in any family is hard on everyone. The caring and sincere team at Independence Village - starting with the thoughtful and honest sales manager to the wonderful "director of resident happiness", made our decision easy to make and moving to the new home simple and uneventful. They have lived up to every commitment they made to us when we were looking for a new home and the helpful staff and management team are always accessible.

My mother is 97 years old and CSL has provided wonderful help to her. She has been able to remain independent with the support of everyone there.

[Removed] was amazing. Really sweet and willing to help out with our needs. Very nonjudgmental and the amenities compared with cost was unbelievable. Rooms were spacious and everything looked beautiful. Will absolutely put this on top of my list.

For the amount of time that my loved one has been here she seems to be doing well. The facility itself is a nice place with knowledgeable and competent staff. They do a good job at keeping the place clean and organized. They also provide many activities; every time I visit I notice that there is always something going on and there are a fair amount of people participating. The other residences there are also friendly and welcoming. I know that my loved one has made a few acquaintances while being there. I would recommend this location to other families. The facility has a lot of natural light and it has a very bright feeling.

Beautiful facility. Beautiful gathering of family in your gathering room. Happy to know my aunt and uncle have a wonderful place to enjoy their lives at. Friendly staff too. I’m from Jackson, MI
